Perpetual rumor has turned into enthralling reality: KATE MIDDLETON IS PREGNANT WITH HER THIRD CHILD! No, really:  KATE MIDDLETON IS PREGNANT WITH HER THIRD CHILD! You’ve likely read that sentence so many times in the past that you started to doubt whether it would ever be legitimate. But it wasn’t a supermarket tabloid making the gigantic announcement on Monday morning… it was Kensington Palace! “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child,” the statement read, referring to Kate and Prince William and adding: “The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news.” Middleton once again is suffering from a condition that causes severe morning sickness, just as she did during her first two pregnancies. As a result, she approved the reveal of this news early (Middleton is not even three months along) and was forced to cancel an appearance in England on Monday. Explains The Palace: “As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. “Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today. “The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace.” We can’t say for certain when Middleton or William will speak on the pregnancy themselves, but Prince Harry has officially become the first family member to do so. “Fantastic, great, very, very happy for them,” Harry said in a video shared by The Daily Express’ royal correspondent several hours ago. When asked how Kate is doing, Prince Harry responded as follows: “I haven’t seen her for a while but I think she’s okay.” (Editor’s Question: How long until we also learn that Pippa Middleton is pregnant ? Or Meghan Markle is pregnant ?) A Clarence House spokesman, meanwhile, has said that Prince Charles and Camilla are “delighted” with the news. Kate and William are already parents to a precious four-year old named George and an adorable two-year old named Charlotte. Despite the young ages of these children, fans have been wondering for months and months just when Middleton would get pregnant again. The impending birth will relegate Prince Harry down to sixth in line to the throne. But he doesn’t seem too bothered over that fact, does he? At this point, we do not know when Kate is due or whether she’ll have a boy or girl. We don’t know whether the beloved couple will even find out the gender ahead of time or not. Prince Harry: Nobody Wants to Be a Royal!

Prince Harry … let’s just tell it like it is, Prince Harry is dreamy . He’s charming, attractive, good with kids and animals. He’s also an actual prince. What could be dreamier? But as Harry reveals in a shockingly intimate interview with Newsweek, he actually doesn’t have much interest in being an actual prince, or in being a royal at all. So is he really the dreamboat we always imagined him to be? One particular quote from the interview has several people up in arms — a quote where Harry claimed that no one in the royal family is really all that into it. “Is there any one of the royal family who wants to be king or queen?” he asks. “I don’t think so, but we will carry out our duties at the right time.” The issue is that Harry and his family live in a literal palace and have access to all sorts of servants and all sorts of admiration from the public . From the moment they were born, they were set aside as special, and they never had to deal with so many of the struggles that everyone else faces. So to hear him sound so unappreciative of all he’s been given in life … well, it’s rubbing a lot of people the wrong way. But as he reveals in the rest of the interview, his statement comes from a deep desire to just be a normal person. And that’s understandable, isn’t it? “My mother took a huge part in showing me an ordinary life,” he explains, “including taking me and my brother to see homeless people.” “Thank goodness I’m not completely cut off from reality.” He says that “People would be amazed by the ordinary life William and I live. I do my own shopping.” Harry admits that sometimes he gets scared that he’ll get too much attention while shopping for groceries, but “I am determined to have a relatively normal life, and if I’m lucky enough to have children, they can have one too.” “Even if I was king, I would do my own shopping.” He says that it’s “a tricky balancing act,” being royal and still trying to live a normal life , because “We don’t want to dilute the magic.” “The British public and the whole world need institutions like it.” But while he thinks the monarchy is important, he’s also intent on “modernizing” it. He explains that while, by the numbers, he and William are doing much less work than the Queen, it’s because they’re putting an emphasis on quality over quantity. “We use our time wisely,” he claims. “We don’t want to turn up, shake hands but not get involved.” For Harry, using his time wisely means focusing on the kind work that Princess Diana would have wanted him to be involved with. It also means doing something the royal family has never done: raising awareness about mental health and the importance of getting treatment when needed. He says that after his mother died, he “shut down” for almost 20 years, and he struggled with being in the position he was in. But William convinced him to get counseling when he was 28, and now he’s “fired up and energized and love charity stuff, meeting people and making them laugh.” “I sometimes still feel I am living in a goldfish bowl,” he reveals, “but now I manage it better.” “I still have a naughty streak too, which I enjoy and is how I relate to those individuals who have got themselves into trouble.” So it seems that even though he may not have a desire to be king, he’s still embracing his role in his own special way. Bill Cosby: Supported in Court By Real, TV Wives For Whatever Reason

Bill Cosby’s trial began today, for only one of the more than fifty sexual assaults of which he has been accused. Many would say that anyone still standing with him is either delusional … or stands to lose something. Well, right now he’s believed to have two avid supporters in the form of his “wives” — the one from real life and from television. Camille Cosby has been his actual, real life wife for 53 years. She’s reportedly been unwavering in her support of and belief in him. Phylicia Rashad, who played his character’s wife on The Cosby Show , is apparently also a believer in his innocence. Both women have been expected to stand by Cosby’s side through the trial. Notably, of the other members of  the  Cosby  cast , the women who played his daughters on television have been tight-lipped.  That could mean anything from not wanting to get involved — either for or against him — to being somehow involved with the story themselves and not wanting that exposed. As much as we wish that everyone who knows anything could just come forward, we can absolutely understand why some people wouldn’t want to become involved. After seeing the sort of treatment that Amber Heard’s received from Johnny Depp’s fans since last year, it’s pretty clear that anyone opposing a celebrity is going to have to deal with a very passionate fanbase. Few celebrities have had so many decades to make a positive impression on the world before the accusations against them became common knowledge. But, at the same time, few face accusations from 58 alleged victims. It’s understandable, if alarming, that people close to Cosby might still support him, despite having more than 50 accusers. Sometimes it’s easier to believe in elaborate conspiracy theories than to see the worst in a loved one. Cosby himself has enjoyed accusing his accusers of racism , which might not make sense, but it doesn’t have to. There are always going to be people looking for any excuse to believe in his innocence. They don’t need to be people who know him personally. Some people can’t reconcile a serial predator with the man they saw on a groundbreaking sitcom. Or with the man they saw on jello commercials as a child. The power of being a celebrity is far-reaching and leaves lifelong impressions. Beyond the conspiracy theorists, Cosby has also enjoyed the support of mentally unstable celebrities . Even that kind of endorsement could work in his favor with certain parties. The only thing that ultimately matters for this case, however, is what the jury believes. If the attorneys and judge did their jobs during Voir Dire, the jury shouldn’t be stacked with “truthers” or with anyone who’s already out for blood. Prince Harry: Plans to Propose to Meghan Markle Revealed?

Like Hemingway and the Jimmy John’s guy  before them, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will soon be headed to the green hills of Africa, where they’ll participate in a full-blown safari. Unlike those giants in the worlds of literature and cold cuts, however, Harry and Meghan thankfully won’t be slaying any large beasts. But that doesn’t mean they won’t have something to show off when they get home. According to Radar Online, Harry is planning to propose to Meghan during the couple’s jungle jaunt. The continent is apparently of tremendous emotional significance to Harry, who sought refuge there with his brother and father following the death of his mother, Princess Diana. “Africa means everything to Harry,” a source close to the Royals tells Radar. “It is where he and William were taken by their father to escape after their mother’s death.” And that’s not the end of the Harry’s sentimental ties to Africa: “He feels himself there, and it was the South African jewelry he gave to Meghan that first gave their relationship away,” says the insider, adding: “Prince William proposed to Kate there.” In case you still haven’t grasped the extent to which Harry really, really loves Africa, the tipster continues: “He really feels he has found a soulmate in Meghan, and both have even said they would love to live on and run a wildlife safari reserve.” At this point, you should imagine the source grabbing you by the shoulders, shaking you, and screaming about Harry’s love of Africa. “The continent, the Toto song, everything! Harry. Loves. Africa!” Rumors about Harry and Meghan getting engaged have been circulating pretty much from the moment the world learned they were dating, but it’s really beginning to feel like it’ll happen soon. The couple attended Pippa Middleton’s wedding together  last month, and the event served as their unofficial coming out party. Now that they’re a confirmed couple, it seems only a matter of time before Harry puts a ring on it. Prince Harry & Meghan Markle: Wedding Planning Already Underway?

As far as we know, there’s no legitimacy to the recent slew of rumors about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry being secretly engaged . But that doesn’t mean the absurdly photogenic couple hasn’t already begun the process of planning a future together. It may not seem like a big deal to us in the States, where the word “polo” merely conjures images of overpriced Ralph Lauren men’s wear, but when Meghan watched Harry compete in the royal’s annual polo match over the weekend, it sent a clear message that these two are in it for the long haul. The horsey game marked Harry and Meghan’s first public appearance together, and served as a prelude to Pippa Middleton’s wedding , where the couple will arrive hand-in-hand, and neither of them will be wielding a mallet or sitting atop a 2,000 pound hooved beast. Basically, if anyone still doubted that Harry and Meghan were the real deal, she silently told them where to cram it on Saturday. Meghan won’t be in the UK for long (she’s due back on the set of the USA legal drama Suits on Wednesday), but her latest jaunt across the pond was enough to get the British tabloid media buzzing. Sources say Harry basically begged Meghan to attend the match, as he abhors doing public appearances on his own. Meghan was so eager to oblige that she skipped the baby shower of her friend Serena Williams in order to be on hand. “Harry was the one that encouraged her to come,” a source close to the prince tells E! News. “He hates doing these things by himself and it felt great to have someone he loves cheering him on. With Meghan, he feels like they’re a team. It gives him so much energy.” As for the Harry-Meghan engagement talk , the loved-up polo match has the rumor mill working overtime. Several outlets have pointed out the similarities between Harry and Meghan’s romance and Prince William’s courtship of Kate Middleton . Many have noted that in the past few weeks, Harry and Meghan’s publicly behavior has closely mirrored that of Will and Kate in the weeks before they announced their engagement. Of course, Will and Kate were engaged for about a month before they announced it to the peasants, a fact that has many wondering if Harry has surreptitiously put a ring on it already. Usually, this close to a wedding (particularly a high-profile “almost royal” wedding), the guest list is pretty much etched in stone, but in this case it seems there’s a lot of last-minute tinkering going on. In order to understand why the guest list is so important to Pippa, you have to remember that it was a wedding that made her a household name. For much of the world, Kate and William’s wedding was the first time they laid eyes on the younger Middleton sister. For reasons that remain unclear, Pippa’s butt became a worldwide trending topic, but the love affair between her pert backside and the public would prove short-lived. After a few failed attempts at careers in the public eye, Pippa is mostly a footnote these days, but she reportedly sees this wedding as an opportunity to crawl back into the headlines, however briefly. As such, the supporting cast that will surround her on the big day has to be meticulously curated. Pippa is reportedly attempting a tricky balancing act – loading the guest with enough big names to ensure that her wedding is a star-studded affair, while at the same time avoiding being overshadowed by up-and-comers more famous than herself. Obviously, Meghan Markle is the up-and-comer du jour, and Pippa is reportedly very concerned about being outshone. As recently as last month, Meghan was not invited to Pippa’s wedding , a casualty of the “no ring, no bring policy” (guests who aren’t married or engaged aren’t permitted a “plus one). After some cajoling, Pippa reportedly eased up and gave Harry permission to bring Meghan to the reception, but not to the ceremony. Insiders say Harry made it clear that that wasn’t good enough, and if Meghan was not invited to the ceremony , he wouldn’t be attending either. Apparently the ultimatum worked, because The Daily Express is reporting today that Pippa has broken down and offered Meghan a formal invitation to watch her say “I do.” We imagine the evening will be more than a little awkward, as Pippa has indirectly made it quite clear that she doesn’t want Meghan there.
