Love-Love: William and Kate Visit Wimbledon

Days before embarking on their first North American tour, Prince William and Kate Middleton relaxed a little on Monday with a visit to Wimbledon. The couple were greeted with an enthusiastic ovation as they took their seats in the front row of – where else – the Royal Box at Centre Court. William and Kate, who fittingly wore a white Temperley London dress to the most traditional of tennis contests, blushed a little at the adulation: The Duke and Duchess at Centre Court . A spokesman at St. James’s Palace said the couple, who honored UK troops at an event over the weekend, were at the sporting event “privately.” Kate Middleton loves tennis and plays regularly, having visited Wimbledon a number of times. William has been going to the event since he was a child. They were in their seats around 1 p.m. in time to support the UK’s own Andy Murray in his match against France’s Richard Gasquet in the Round of 16. Murray won. Kim Kardashian Wedding to Cost $10 Million?

With Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries asking guests for a $43 butter spreader , the following report should come as no surprise. According to OK! Weekly , the nuptials – rumored to take place on Halloween – between this K-loving couple will run a tab of at least $10 million, as a friend tells the magazine “money is no object when it comes to walking down the aisle.” It helps, of course, when a TV network picks up the check. Khloe Kardashian has said that her sister’s wedding will rival that of Kate Middleton and Prince William, but an insider claims this is an actual likelihood. “It’s actually not that much of a joke. Kim is seriously determined to have a royal-type extravaganza.” Sadly, she does have more power in America than William and Kate have in Great Britain.

Paris Hilton Confirms Cy Waits Split

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits are broken up. “We’re not together anymore,” the ho-tel heiress said on Lopez Tonight . “I love him and we remain really good friends … the relationship ran its course.” “Cy and I have been close for years. My family knows him. He’s such a great guy and always treated me so well and he’s like one of my closest friends.” Paris and Cy. They had a good run . Hilton, whose romance with Waits began soon after her April 2010 split with Doug Reinhardt, is trying not to rush into anything new this time around. “I’ve never been single in my life. I’ve always had a boyfriend,” she said. “I have always been scared to be alone … I’ve never really got to know myself.” We feel you, girlfriend. On her summer agenda for the newly-single lady? “I’m excited to get to know myself and spend time with my family and my sister and all my girls!”

News yesterday while promoting his patriotic new album “I’m American.” “He’s solid. He’s got great character.” Hemsworth will also be known as a lot more than Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend in a few months: he’s landed the major role of Gale in The Hunger Games . Prince William, Kate Middleton to Visit Canada, Too!

Prince William and Kate Middleton’s excursion to the U.S. isn’t their only stop in North America. They’ll be visiting our neighbors to the north too, eh! After spending June 30-July 2 in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau, and Montreal, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Quebec City on July 3. The 29-year-old newlyweds (yesterday was William’s birthday ) will work with Maison Dauphin, an organization that works with homeless youths. The Quebec group’s mission ties in closely with William’s Patronage of Centrepoint, a homelessness charity, back home in the United Kingdom. Later that day, the royally cute British couple will be attending a community event at Fort-de-Levis to mark some of the region’s important milestones. A rep from the Department of Canadian Heritage says the nation hopes William and Kate will “regard Canada as a second home – a term of endearment often used by The Queen to describe her special affection for and pride in this country.” Following that, America beckons. Excitedly, at that. After stops in Prince Edward Island, Alberta and the Northwest Territories, they arrive in California July 8. To stay looking gorgeous at all times and in all settings, Kate Middleton is rumored to be packing 40 outfits for the North American trip. That’s a lot of Fashion Face-Off potential! File this under things that are never gonna happen, but that Steven Hirsch throws out there anyway just to get his company’s name in the news. The Vivid Entertainment CEO is offering Pippa Middleton $5 million. Not even to star in a film, but for a single scene. Steve says Kate’s sister’s “beauty and attitude” could help her become a huge adult star. The fact that there is an arse appreciation society in her honor and some racy pics online won’t hurt. Hirsch is also offering $1 million to another Middleton – Kate and Pippa’s brother James – to appear on-screen. Okay, now this is just getting weird. In February 2009, Vivid offered Nadya Suleman $1 million to appear in a flick. She said no, but then Vivid reportedly bought the deed to her home. They are dedicated, if nothing else. Fortunately for Pippa Middleton, she’s not likely to be swayed by money, given her own assets, the fact that she’s now Prince William’s sister-in-law and her own wealthy BF Alex Loudon .
