Kensington Palace confirmed today that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child just five months after the royal wedding. Details are skimpy for now, but Meghan is due in the spring of 2019. Kensington Palace adds that Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, “is very happy about this lovely news and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild.” The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ child will be seventh in line to the throne after Prince Charles, Prince William, William’s three children, and Prince Harry. This is yet another great-great-grandchild for Queen Elizabeth. Prior to the announcement, rumors were swirling that the couple was trying to get pregnant. Go ahed and celebrate, Internet. You finally got it right. Just a day after social media users took a look at Meghan Markle’s ensemble at Princess Eugenie’s wedding and presumed she was pregnant , the former actress and her very handsome husband confirmed the major news… … she really is pregnant! For reals! This is not a drill or another example of endless speculation. Another Royal Baby is on the way! Just ask Kensington Palace, which released the following statement on Monday morning: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.” Happy? More like downright ecstatic and amazing! As noted directly above, Markle and Harry got married on May 19 . By about May 20, nearly anyone with a pulse was wondering when they would make this exact announcement. The stars have not been shy about their desire to procreate, with many observers keeping a close eye on Markle’s fashion choices and even hairstyle ( yes, hairstyle ) to determine whether she was expecting or not. So now the wild guesses can end. And the planning stage can begin. According to a People Magazine source, Markle is 12 weeks along. This means, knock on many pieces of wood, that the Duchess is past the point where most miscarriages occur, hence her comfort with alerting the world to her status. She recently underwent a scan and is “feeling well,” this same insider says. The news comes hours after Meghan and Harry touched down in Australia for their first international tour together, meaning the pregnancy is not getting in the way (yet) of Markle fulfilling her many Royal Duties. In the couple’s very first joint interview in November of 2017 Harry evealed that the two are keen to “start a family in the near future.” Hence the rumors and all the chatter that has been following them around since. Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, issued a statement via Kensington Palace shortly after the pregnancy was confirmed, saying to the world: “Ms. Ragland is very happy about this lovely news and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild.” Markle’s father, meanwhile, is also angry that he hasn’t seen an ultrasound photo yet; while Markle’s half-sister says the baby will be “hideous and disgusting, just like his or her mother.” Just kidding about those last two reactions. For real, however, Prince William and Kate Middleton are “delighted” for the couple — as are Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, the Palace says. As a final fact check: We do not Markle’s exact due date. Moreover, we do not know whether she has a little boy or girl growing inside of her. Based on the three times Middleton has been pregnant, however, we can expect to learn these pieces of information as time goes on. It’s not uncommon for Hollywood A-listers to be described as the American equivalent of royalty. But we’re guessing that ever since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry , the Royals have become acutely aware that the chasm of difference between Tinsel Town and Buckingham Palace is about as wide as a continent and an ocean combined. Mind you, aside from the occasional breach in royal protocol , Meghan has been everything the Queen could have dreamed of and more. Her family on the other hand … At this point, we probably don’t need to tell you much about Meghan’s awful immediate family . Suffice it to say, they suck, and they’ve repeatedly demonstrated their willingness to try and destroy her life for fun and profit. Just as opportunistic but far less detestable, however, is Meghan’s nephew Tyler Dooley. The son of Meghan’s idiot half-brother Thomas Markle Jr., Tyler also descended on London in order to take advantage of the media circus surrounding the royal wedding, but his intentions were more … high-minded. Dude was just there to lend some support and promote his eponymous weed strain. Fortunately for Tyler, he’ll have plenty of opportunities to sing the praises of “Markle Sparkle” cannabis thanks to his role on a new British reality show entitled The Royal World . “English royals and aristocrats who will come together for one summer in the English countryside to live like the monarchs and super elite all while cameras are rolling,” reads a press release promoting the series. Tyler introduces himself to Royal World viewers in the clip below. Tyler Dooley Joins The Royal World “I didn’t watch the royal wedding,” Tyler admits. “I went over there. I was in London to support my Aunt Meghan,” he continues. “Honestly, with the controversy that’s happened with my family, all I wanted to do was just show my support.” Tyler cautions the audience not to be sucked in by the stereotype of the lazy stoner, claiming that he works “seven days a week” on his budding business, which is called — we sh-t you not — Royally Grown. Anyway, we might be more inclined to believe he’s a type-A go-getter if “Tyler Dooley” didn’t sound like the stoner sidekick in a ’90s high school comedy. But who knows? Maybe Tyler will beat the odds and make us proud overseas. He certainly can’t do any worse than the rest of Meghan’s family! Meghan Markle Dares to Violate Royal Tradition… AGAIN

Meghan Markle once starred on the USA Network legal drama Suits. Which now seems more apt than ever… … because the beautiful Duchess of Sussex has made it clear of late that she’ll act in whatever way best suits her and she doesn’t really care what her famous family members think about it! As previously reported, Markle has publicly scoffed at a multitude of Royal traditions ever since marrying Prince Harry in May. In July, for example, she dared to show off her bare shoulders while at an official event, while also holding her husband’s hand . Long-time observers and fans of the Royal Family really need to get a new hobby and some kind of life were aghast at this breach of protocol. Moreover, many Royals themselves have allegedly been pissed at Markle . They’re constantly worried that she will embarrass Her Majesty and/or others close to The Crown via her disrespectful actions. And that’s exactly what some think she has now done! On Wednesday, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent some time in Sussex itself, visiting with kids from the Westbourne House School and lookng as happy and as in love as ever. But that was part of the problem, according to some. Royal Couples are not really supposed to show a great deal of affection in public. Just think: When was the last time Prince William really laid one on Kate Middleton in front of strangers. The other controversy brewing as a result of this trip to Sussex centers on Meghan’s attire. As you can see in the lovely images above, Markle donned a leather skirt for the occasion. Yes, it went down to her knees, but it still radiated seduction and sex appeal, which is a major no-no within the confines of the Palace and the rules set up generations ago by some old King and Queen. Then there’s the issue of Markle’s hair. In this case, folks aren’t looking at it and assuming Markle is pregnant as a result . They are looking at it and shaking their irritated heads over how the bun is all messed up. “They are not afraid to hold hands. They don’t mind showing their emotions,” veteran royal photographer, Mark Stewart, previously told People Magazine, while former palace spokesman, Dickie Arbiter, says none of this ought to be a big deal. “Meghan and Prince Harry holding hands at a royal engagement is a refreshingly modern approach to their new role both as a couple and as representatives of the royal family,” he says. That makes sense to us. Or as much sense as anything can make within this really weird, antiquated and wealthy world. We’re sure life as a member of a royal family consists of more positives than negatives. But we also think it’s safe to say there are more downsides to palace living than most people realize. Take Meghan Markle, for example. Sure, she’s a global icon, and she’s so beloved that when she wears a dress to an event it sells out of stores the next day. But her life isn’t all tiaras and photo-ops. For one thing, there’s all that arcane royal protocol that Meghan has been forced to master. We’re guessing that nonsense has left her longing for the comparatively simple life of a working actress. But even worse than remembering a phone book’s worth of rules for the benefit of the half-dozen traditionalist snobs who actually pay attention to that crap is the fact that Meghan now lives her life in the world’s largest fishbowl. We know all about the awful Markle family and if there’s ever even the slightest indication that Meg and Harry’s relationship is anything less than flawless it instantly becomes fodder for tabloid headlines all over the world. Today, for example, it’s being widely claimed that Harry acted flirtatiously during a recent encounter with ex-girlfriend Jenna Coleman. Yes, it’s not even one of his more recent exes, but still, the news that Harry’s eye might be wandering just a few months into married life was enough to trigger pearl-clutching all over the British Empire. Here’s what we actually know: There was a run-in between Harry and Jenna, who encountered one another during some recent rich people event in Amsterdam, but witnesses say it was anything but flirty. “Harry had to walk straight past Jenna to get to his and Meghan’s table,” one onlooker tells Vanity Fair . “It was pretty awkward and some of the other guests were commenting on it,” the source continues. “Jenna looked down while Harry looked straight ahead, while Meghan didn’t seem to notice.” The witness goes on to say that Harry did everything in his power to avoid Jenna: “She sat through breakfast with a smile on her face, but Harry looked a bit uncomfortable,” claims the source. “He’d been super friendly saying hi to everyone, but he didn’t even acknowledge Jenna.” As you can tell, this is all pretty scandalous stuff. Hopefully, Meg went into this thing with the knowledge that “news” like this will make the rounds pretty much every time her husband is in the company of another woman for the rest of his natural life.
