Prince decided to call his legal dogs off. Prince Drops Lawsuit Against Music Bootleggers Was it even that serious in the first place?? SMH According to TMZ: Call him the artist formerly known as “Plaintiff” … ’cause TMZ has learned Prince has officially DROPPED his $22 MILLION lawsuit against 22 “bootleggers” who allegedly posted footage of his concerts online. Prince has only filed the original lawsuit less than 2 weeks ago … going after 22 anonymous bloggers (for $1 mil-a-piece) who posted concert footage on Facebook and other websites without Prince’s permission. But after news of the lawsuit went public … it only took a few days before Prince decided to end his crusade on the bootleggers. TMZ has obtained legal documents filed in federal court in California to dismiss his lawsuit … but it’s without prejudice, which means he could refile the suit if he feels like it. . We reached out to Prince’s lawyer to find out why P had the change of heart — so far, no word back. Prince know damn well none of these folks have $1 million.

R.I.P. Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air Actor James “Uncle Phil” Avery Passes At The Age Of 65

Sad news… James Avery aka Uncle Phil has passed away at the age of 65. According to TMZ reports : James Avery — the beloved dad on “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” — has died at age 65 .. TMZ has learned. Sources close to the actor tell TMZ he died in an L.A. hospital last night. Avery had recently undergone surgery for an undisclosed illness and took a turn for the worse late yesterday. And we’re told … his wife, Barbara, had been at his bedside but left for a short period of time to get something to eat. When she came back, she learned he had just died. Alfonso Ribeiro — who played Avery’s son on “Fresh Prince” — just posted a message on his Facebook page. Avery starred in dozens of TV shows through the years — shows like “Grey’s Anatomy,” “The Closer,” “L.A. Law,” and “The Jeffersons.” This past year, he appeared in three TV movies — most recently, “Go, Bolivia, Go!” — but didn’t appear to have other projects in the works. Story developing… He will definitely be missed. R.I.P. James Avery

Pippa Middleton, who became a global sensation as the maid of honor to Kate Middleton at her wedding to Prince William, is set to walk down the aisle herself. She’s engaged to Nico Jackson! The British event planner’s boyfriend, a banker, popped the question during their early December trip to India’s Oberoi Amarvilas, insiders share. Oberoi Amarvilas is a five-star resort, with views of the famed Taj Mahal. “It was exactly how he planned it,” one said. “Very romantic and grand!” Together for 15 months, the couple were rumored to be engaged back in September. Those rumors were false, but the pair were clearly smitten. Pip was previously linked to Alex Loudon, Spencer Vegosen, George Percy, James Matthews and even Prince Harry. But Nico was clearly The One. Since the engagement, Pippa Middleton , 30, and Nico Jackson, 36, have been keeping a low profile and have been celebrating their news in private. A source says they plan to spend Boxing Day (December 26) at her family’s Bucklebury estate before heading to the Alps for vacation in the new year. Congratulations to the happy couple and both their families, and here’s hoping that Kate Middleton returns the favor as the matron of honor in 2014!

I had a dream about the Royal Family, it involved a lesbian sex tape between two sisters who the Royal family has let into their life because they were trying to diffuse the rumours that they are aliens sent to rule the world…rumours that I assume stem from Prince Charles’ ears. It’s my thing. Well this is Pippa’s ass…and I have no idea why I am posting it…but I think it has to do with her silly name, but more importantly the fact that the sister of the future queen must have serious jealousy issues. I know a girl who got molested by her dad and her sister hated her for it and had a complex cuz her dad didn’t molest her…she was the unmolested one, with the unmolested complex, proving that girls are competitive and always want to be the best…especially when it comes to sisters…making me think Pippa may be a wild one…on some kind of rebellious kick.
