LeBron finished the night with 23 points, 12 assists and 9 rebounds. After the game, Kanter told reporters, “I don’t care … what you call yourself. King, Queen, Princess, whatever you are. Not all of the obstacles on 90 Day Fiance come from bureaucratic red tape or judgmental parents or lack of financing. A lot of issues arise when people haven’t been up front about their past. There’s a lot going on with Molly and Luis, but the more that we learn about these two, the more concerns we have. Especially when it comes to Molly Hopkins and her newly exposed criminal history. We know that every couple on 90 Day Fiance is unique, but … is Molly the new Danielle Mullins? We know that it’s harder to keep up with new 90 Day Fiance couples than it is with the ones we’ve had years to get to know, so here’s a bit of a reminder about Molly and Luis. Molly is 41 and comes from Woodstock, Georgia. Originally from Atlanta. Molly was also a star of the reality series Double Divas for two seasons. Luis, who is only 26, is from Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic. It was in the DR that Luis and Molly met and eventually fell in love. Molly and some of her friends were on a trip, Luis was bartending. It was a classic cougar-meets-boy romance. Separated by a 15-year age gap and by nationality, they’re letting the 90 Day Fiance cameras follow them as they undergo the K-1 visa process. But the couple faces other challenges. For one thing, Molly has two daughters — not, in and of itself, a challenge. But her older daughter, Olivia, does not seem to be a fan of Luis or of the idea of him becoming her new stepdad. (A stepdad who was only 12 when she was born? That’s not always a bad thing, but we can see why she might balk at it) Molly’s father is also not convinced that Luis is right for her. He believes that Luis is just using Molly for her resources or citizenship or both. Hmmm. On Sunday’s episode, Luis finally made it to Cougartown. Wait, sorry … we mean to America. And into the embrace of Molly Hopkins. Molly had to get her daughter, Olivia, to drive her to the airport. Now, there are plenty of folks who can’t or don’t drive for a variety of reasons, but it’s only natural that fans wondered why Molly had to rely upon her daughter for this. As it turns out, there’s a very good reason: Molly Hopkins’ criminal history doesn’t really portray her as the best or safest driver. This photo is only one of the mugshots that Molly Hopkins has accumulated. Starcasm , bless them, did some digging, and came up with a list of Molly Hopkins’ arrests . In 2008, Molly Hopkins was charged with possession of marijuana. It was a misdemeanor charge, involving less than an ounce of the naughty plant that is, don’t forget, still illegal in many US states. Molly’s May 2012 DUI arrest involved accusations of speeding and improperly changing lanes. But … we’re mostly concerned about the DUI. In November of 2012, Molly had another mugshot taken, but records aren’t clear on why that happened … except that she was booked in a courtroom. She may have appeared in order to address the DUI. In June of 2016, Molly was pulled over for speeding. The officer administered a breathalyzer test and, well, she got another DUI. Molly pleaded guilty and was sentenced to “72 hours in jail, two years of probation, and 240 hours of community service.” (That sounds like Paul isn’t the only 90 Day Fiance star who is currently on shock probation) But … what happened to Molly’s license? She had two DUIs within the same 5 year span, and had to surrender her vehicle tags. Which she did. Now, all reality shows (just about) are filmed months in advance, so Molly filed for an early end to her probation in July and, in August, her wish was granted. She is still subject to random drug testing and may not have any alcohol in her house. (To our horror, we just realized that Molly and Luis may have to have a dry wedding, if they make it to the altar. So Molly’s friends and family will be punished for her mistakes) Starcasm notes that Molly had four non-DUI speeding tickets on top of all of this, which is probably more than most people get within their lives. That’s cause for concern, right? Still, this kind of shady past isn’t quite the same Danielle Mullins’ criminal background , is it? Just because she’s an older woman of means with children and Luis is a twenty-something younger man whom many suspect of looking for an easy route to American citizenship doesn’t mean that these two are the next Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali. But … let’s keep our eyes open.
Well, it looks like we have some bad news for the star of the USA network’s third best-loved series behind Mr. Robot and, um … is Burn Notice still a thing? Clearly, we didn’t really think that joke through, but the show we’re talking about is Suits , and the star we’re referring to is reigning Ms. Much Too Hot For Basic Cable, Meghan Markle. As a human who exists on planet Earth, or perhaps a super-smart ape with an abiding interest in celebrity gossip (we don’t judge), you’ve no doubt heard by now that Meghan is dating Prince Harry . In fact, you’ve probably caught wind of one of the many rumors that Meghan and Harry are engaged ! Obviously, there’s been no official word on that front, but the consensus amongst insiders is that a royal announcement should be happening any day now. However, according to one clairvoyant, Meg shouldn’t waste any time picking out a wedding dress: “My spirit guide is showing me that Prince Harry will propose to his girlfriend Meghan Markle November/December time, I am told that the engagement is already planned and she’ll say yes but they’ll break up before any wedding can take place,” psychid Lyndsay Edwards reported on her website today. “My spirit guide tells me that Meghan is not the right partner for Prince Harry and that there is someone better suited who will come into his life not long after he splits up from Meghan Markle.” Daaaay-um ! Sorry, Meg. Hope you didn’t go pledging those Suits residuals to Unicef or anything nutty like that. First rule of dating a prince: Don’t start acting spoiled until he makes you a royal. You young folks might want to write that one down. Anyway, in keeping with the proud tradition of psychics throwing shade at Meghan by suggesting that Princess Di would totally hate her, Edwards hints that Harry’s next girlfriend will be chosen for him by a solicitous ghost: “I get the strongest sense that this next relationship for Prince Harry is somewhat planned on spirit’s part and I would question if she’s been chosen for Harry by a loved one in the spirit world who is going to ensure that Prince Harry and this girl cross paths,” she writes. “I am shown when the two of them meet and it appears that Prince Harry isn’t looking for anyone in that way but is taken by surprise and caught off guard by his immediate attraction to this girl who I am told is really sweet and polite.” Having apparently mistaken her own psychic prediction for a roast battle, Lindsay adds: “She looks quite petite and very natural in her appearance – totally different from Meghan and more similar in appearance to girls he’s dated previously.” Clearly, Lindsay’s predictions are ridiculous, but to be fair, she’s using her reputation as a psychic in the most effective way possible–by telling other people that they’re fat and they’re soon to be dumped by their significant others. After all, anyone claiming to have psychic abilities is 100 percent full of it, but anyone bashing their social betters in truly petty fashion is just giving you their version of the truth. Shortly after she married Jeremy Vuolo in November of 2016, Jinger Duggar became the first of her father’s daughters to permanently relocate from her native Arkansas. Jinger and Jeremy moved to Laredo, Texas after their wedding, and it’s been said that Jim Bob Duggar was less than thrilled by that development. So we’re guessing he’s really not too happy about what the couple may have in store next. Last week, Jeremy got fans buzzing with a tweet about a potential career change. Linking to a post about a job opening at an organization called Banner of Truth, Vuolo tweeted the following: “Ahhhhh!!! I told you this was my dream job.” The ecstatic tone led fans to believe that Vuolo had already accepted the position. That would be an interesting development, as it would require him to move to Edinburgh, Scotland. Banner of Truth’s Twitter page describes it as “a Christian organisation which publishes books, organises conferences, and publishes a monthly magazine. You are what you read.” Currently, Vuolo works as a preacher , and he’s been vocal about his passion for theological research, so it’s not hard to see why the position of editorial assistant at a Christian publishing company would appeal to him. According to the Banner of Truth website, the job would have Vuolo directly involved in the publication of faith-based books and periodicals: “The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the editorial work, from early manuscript development, to detailed editing, proofing, and page design,” the description reads. It’s still unclear if Vuolo has accepted or even applied for the job, but fans are speculating that such a move would outrage Jim Bob for a number of reasons. For starters, if Jim Bob was displeased when Jeremy and Jinger relocated to Texas, we’re guessing he’d really be angry if they up and moved across the pond. On top of that, Jim Bob and Jeremy differ in their religious beliefs to the extent that Jim Bob was reportedly hesitant about giving his daughter permission to marry Vuolo. It seems the primary point of contention is the fact that Jeremy is a Calvinist , a belief system that flies in the face of much that Jim Bob holds dear. Though the movement began in France, Scotland is considered to the epicenter of modern Calvinism, a designation that Jim Bob is no doubt very much aware of. A move to Scotland would send a strong message to Jim Bob from both Jeremy and Jinger, who’s been openly rebelling against some of the draconian strictures of her childhood ever since she became a Vuolo. It’s impossible to predict how Jim Bob would respond, but it will certainly be interesting to see how all of this plays out. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but it sounds like Meghan Markle is not a witch. Hmmm … this might require some context. You see, it’s about a story relating to Kate Middleton’s pregnancy . … Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third royal baby. Everyone’s excited about it. Admittedly, this kind of thing has diminishing returns in terms of public excitement, but still, everybody’s pumped. Among other things, another royal child will be a welcome distraction to the Brits in the face of the looming chaos and despair that is Brexit. Over a week before they announced Kate’s pregnancy, we told you that Kate Middleton was probably pregnant again . We even listed the reasons why — one of which being that there were signs that she was “ill.” Kate is known to suffer from particularly unpleasant morning sickness. Specifically, she has hyperemesis gravidarum , which means that her morning sickness is so unpleasant that it has a name that sounds like a Harry Potter spell. Which brings us to Meghan Markle and her alleged healing powers: So, there was a story going around that said that Kate Middleton couldn’t eat because of her extreme morning sickness. (Sorry, late ’90s television shows — not everything’s better when it’s “extreme”) That sounds totally believable, right? Morning sickness, even the normal kind, can be hell on the body. Star came forward with a story in which their source claims that Meghan Markle provided a solution to Kate Middleton’s problems. “Meghan put her culinary expertise to royal use. She researched all-natural, ancient remedies for morning sickness, then made a mild broth using organic herbs.” There’s … so much in that. One, there’s the implication that MegMar was able to fix something that Kate’s doctors could not. Two, the always dubious “all-natural ancient remedies.” We’re all for herbal remedies (sometimes) but just because people did something a long time ago doesn’t mean that it works. Three, citing her “culinary expertise” is next-level amazing. Using food to heal an illness is something normally reserved for video games. “[Markle] had it rushed to Kate’s bed chamber.” The use of the word “chamber” is always more fun than “rooms.” Because, you know, they’re royalty. “Grateful Prince William gushed it was the first thing his pale princess had been able to get down in days.” Nice alliteration. So, like we said, we are sad to say that Meghan Markle does not seem to be a witch. We’re sure that this would be great relief to Prince Harry’s ancestor, King James I, who was absolutely terrified of witches to the point where he’d have probably fainted on the spot if someone had offered to read his palm. But gosh, it sure is less interesting than Prince Harry’s girlfriend and very likely his future wife secretly being able to cure incurable ails through natural remedies and the culinary arts. But Gossip Cop reports that the story is bogus. They report that a reliable source close to Meghan Markle assured them that it’s a total fabrication. So … that’s that. The fact of the matter is that people are thirsty for stories showing what kind of relationship Meghan Markle has with Harry’s family. Kate Middleton was an outsider in that she wasn’t royalty already. That was, at the time, a big deal. Meghan Markle is a divorced actress and she’s American. We’ve come a long way from Princess Diana having had to “prove” her virginity. But … some worry that Meghan is such an outsider that Harry’s family might just put on polite smiles in public but secretly be discouraging their union. People want reassurance that she’ll get along well with the people who could very well become her in-laws. That, we imagine, is why this story had such appeal. Megan Fox is one of the hottest women on the planet. But the actress is taking heat at the moment for something that has nothing to do with her looks… … and everything to do with judgmental parents around the Internet. On Monday night, Fox surprised followers on Instagram when she shared a collage of four photos: One featured herself. The other three featured her sons, each given his own adorable portrait. This was one of the extremely rare times Fox has given the public a glimpse at her immediate family members – and it may be one of the last times after some of the feedback she’s received. First, here’s a look at the montage of cute images: Very adorable and seemingly harmless, right? Apparently not; not to a certain section of the World Wide Web. The top-left photograph features four-year old son Bodhi in a Princess Elsa outfit. Yes, Bodhi is a boy. Yes, this is a Princess Elsa dress , to be specific. And, no, as you might unfortunately expect, many social media commenters responded to this ensemble in negative fashion. To wit: “Another Hollywood weirdo mom… so disgusting you allow your son to wear princess dresses,” wrote another critic, while yet another took things to a whole new level with the following take on the issue of child cross-dressing: Putting your son in a dress conforming to the gay trans illuminati agenda. Burn in hell witch! You’re sickening! Look below. We’re not kidding. Someone really did (hilariously) say this: It’s nothing new, of course, for parents to judge other parents. Anyone with a child in elementary school or middle school can relate to what Fox is going through, while plenty of other celebrities have also felt the brunt of stranger criticism online. Jessica Simpson was slammed for dressing her daughter like a mermaid . Kelly Clarkson heard it from a bunch of losers after giving her child Nutella . Thankfully, Fox does not seem like the sort of star who will care very much what other people have to say. She may not even find out, considering how infrequently she uses social media. Moreover, there were just as many folks out there who showered Fox (and husband Brian Austin Green) with support and praise. “What’s not to understand?” one commenter wrote in reply to some of the criticism, adding: “Children play dress up. He’s been photographed wearing a Peter Pan costume, a Snow White one too… If I’d had a costume when I was a kid, I would have been Wolverine.” Another chimed in as follows: “The fact that people are complaining about Noah wearing a dress is so disgusting. Vanderpump Rules might not be the only Real Housewives spin-off, but it’s easily one of the most popular and most talked about. One of the show’s key sources of drama for the series is Stassi Schroeder, whose ridiculous exploits frustrate Lisa Vanderpump but entertain viewers to no end. And now Stassi’s back together with Patrick Meagher — which she confirmed last month on Instagram. We’ve been so distracted by the feuding coming out of that show that we hardly noticed, but let’s take a quick look through Stassi’s wild history of antics, okay? Stassi’s been a fixture on the show from the very first season, when she had an on-again, off-again relationship with Jax Taylor. (Who, by the way, has the name of a sexy space pirate but whose personality is neither sexy nor cool) During that whole on-again, off-again business with Jax, Stassi eventually revealed that she didn’t quite wait until they were through before she started things with Frank Herlihy. Though, to her credit, she did reveal it herself rather than having it exposed. Not so much to her credit … she revealed it on the “Secrets Revealed” episode, so we feel like it was more about show business. Frank Herlihy, it turned out, was a major creep. Well, we can’t conclusively prove that it was Frank Herlihy who recorded and planned to sell Stassi Schroeder’s masturbation tape , but he’s the only one who fit the narrative. You see, many, many people use Skype or FaceTime or similar programs to communicate with loved ones over great distances. They make devices specifically designed for you to communicate with pets this way while you’re on vacation, which is so good and pure. But obviously a lot of long-distance couples do sexy things on camera for each other. That’s pretty standard. What’s less standard is one of them secretly recording the other and shopping the video around to prospective buyers. This was the situation that Stassi was lamenting. And while, to be clear, it sounds like Stassi was 100% the victim in that scenario, it was definitely part of the drama that follows her storyline. It was Lisa Vanderpump herself who stepped in and saved the day by paying off the douche to not release the tape. His price? $900 He was willing to throw her under the bus for what might be a month’s rent for somebody. The last time that Stassi dated Patrick Meagher, it ended. And right afterwards, she posed for a nude photoshoot. To be clear, a nude photoshoot — unless it takes place in somebody’s nightmare basement — is always going to be more tasteful than a private video that so prominently features her genitals. (As her sex tape was reported to) So, questions of taste aside, it’s not like she was upset about the video and decided to replicate it for the world anyway. Still … given her recent history, some “fans” on Twitter did not react well. In fact, the backlash that she received prompted her to tweet out that she was suicidal. That’s tragic and all too common, even among TV personalities. Though some accused her of tweeting that just in the hopes of silencing criticism. Of course, she’d watched her parents divorce — which can have a profound impact on people as they grow up. Stassi’d also watched her parents remarry and divorce again — she said that it was almost like watching it on television. That speaks to an unhealthy level of detachment. It also might explain some of the issues that she’s had, in relationships and otherwise. It’s easy for children of divorce to be disenchanted with love and relationships. So hopefully … maybe ,,, this time around with Patrick Meagher will go a little better. Anyone can have personal growth that leads them to fulfilment and happiness. Even reality stars. Even if it these two aren’t meant to last, their antics should make for some entertaining television. It’s a win-win.
