Kate Gosselin doesn’t normally do New Year’s resolutions, but she is this time. After a crazy 2011, what’s she striving for to make 2012 all it can be? “I don’t typically make New Year’s resolutions,” she writes on CouponCabin. “However, I do aim for certain things as I organize and prioritize my life.” Her goal is both simple and profound: Accomplish something! With passion! She writes, “This year, I learned that if I want to accomplish something, whether it’s hanging a picture in my home, building a chicken coop or running a marathon, it’s all possible if my mindset is one of determination and positivity!” “The year of 2011 for me was a year of gaining complete independence, and learning to look for solutions in every situation instead of focusing on the problems. Kanye West and Jay-Z Rock the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show did not lack for star power Tuesday night, on the catwalk or off. Among the big name acts to perform: Kanye West. West gave a short, sweet tribute to his late mom before performing “Stronger” and later on teamed with Jay-Z to perform their song ”N!ggas in Paris.” “In 2007 I was supposed to perform this song on this show, and I lost my superhero. Now she is my super angel,” said Kanye of the late Donda West. The Victoria’s Secret angels proceeded to walk the runway as West performed. Symbolism, people. Deep stuff. Maroon 5 Performs "Moves Like Jagger" at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

It wasn’t quite Kanye West and Jay-Z , but Adam Levine and Maroon 5 performed their hit “Moves Like Jagger” at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last night. The Voice coach and his bandmates appeared on stage to provide the soundtrack for the “Aquatic Angels” presentation, which Adam had a personal connection to. The singer drew cheers from the crowd when his girlfriend of two years, Victoria’s Secret model Anne Vyalitsyna, strutted past and he landed a kiss on her cheek. A coroner says that Amy Winehouse died as as a consequence of drinking too much alcohol. According to TMZ , the “Rehab” singer’s blood alcohol level was more than 4 times the legal limit at the time of her death. Coroner Suzanne Greenaway described the situation as, “Death by misadventure,” noting that Winehouse voluntarily pounded an extraordinary amount of liquor in the hours before she died on July 23. Amy’s family released a statement saying: “It is some relief to finally find out what happened to Amy. We understand there was alcohol in her system when she passed away, it is likely a build up of alcohol in her system over a number of days.” “The court heard that Amy was battling hard to conquer her problems with alcohol and it is a source of great pain to us that she could not win in time. Aerosmith to Release New Album

You don’t need to Dream On, Aerosmith fans. This iconic band has some Amazing news that will certainly not leave you Cryin: it is releasing a new album! Jack Douglas, who has produced past CDs for the group such as “Toys in the Attics” and “Draw the Lines” says he, Steven Tyler and company will soon return to the studio for their first release since 2004. Aerosmith – Dream On (Live) “This album will be raw, nasty, tough rock with a good deal of the old Aerosmith ‘tongue in cheek,'” Douglas says, adding that it will likely it stores in May. Tyler and Joe Perry clashed when the former accepted his gig as a judge on American Idol last season, with the latter claiming he was “looking for a new singer to work with.” But the frontman has simply gained new levels of fame and a new fan base since then, which is pretty much What It Takes for all to be forgiven.

Everyone knows Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds have INSANE chemistry. Anyone who reads or watches entertainment news knows they’re close, too. Whether they’re in any sort of romantic relationship, however, remains unlikely, despite reports like this one that claims they’ve “taken it to the next level.” OK! insiders say that lately, Sandra and Ryan have been having a hard time hiding their delight in each other’s company. Whatever the hell that means. “For years, friends have been telling them to get together,” confides a source. “Everyone could see they were crazy about each other except for them.” Nevermind that Sandra was happily married to someone else for five years, and Ryan for two years. Those friends apparently weren’t supportive of either. Over the past few weeks the quasi-couple has been seen repeatedly seen together at Ryan’s premiere of The Change-Up and even on vacation together . For the most part, though, they prefer to keep things very low key. “They like to order takeout, watch a few favorite TV shows and chill out. Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane’s marriage is in trouble, Life & Style reports . Just months away from the birth of the couple’s second child, according to a source, Gayheart is increasingly “having problems with his addictions.” ” Eric went to rehab recently to try to get it all straight before the birth of their second kid. They are trying, but the marriage is not working out.” It’s so serious, reports say the Grey’s Anatomy star voluntarily remained in rehab after completing his program to battle a dependence on prescription painkillers. While Eric is improving, he and Rebecca “aren’t talking much.” Reveals the insider, “Rebecca is trying to hold it all together as she deals with her pregnancy.” “But right now, she feels it’s better if she’s alone,” adds the source, adding that Rebecca was also seen without her wedding ring twice in the last month. Man, I hate arguing with my girl. The sh*t drives me up the wall. But when you put two relatively headstrong personalities together, arguments are as inevitable as Lebron James and failure. Seeing as how I’m still in the nascent stages of what I hope will be a long and fruitful union, I’m still figuring out how to properly navigate disagreements. Women can be complicated and all over the place. But I think winning or quelling an argument with a man is pretty easy: we’re simple creatures and our weaknesses are easily exploitable. Here’s a quick guide to five very unambiguous things you can do to come out on top in an argument.
