Stop us if you’ve heard this one, but Lindsay Lohan is a Class A F–k-Up whose myriad probation violations have her potentially facing a serious jail sentence. The case is beyond complicated, but the actress could be sentenced to a year and a half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation. Lohan claims people are trying to make an example out of her and she’s done nothing wrong. But that defense has more cracks than her brittle teeth . Lohan’s biggest problem is her criminal history . Based on a 120-day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time. The judge has lots of questions at LiLo’s probation progress hearing next week, including why she was booted out of her community service program recently. Lindsay was a no-show nine times at the Downtown Women’s Center, and when she did bother to show up, did not do so for the required four-hour minimum. Lohan, who was kicked out of the program and reassigned to the American Red Cross, has also been skipping her weekly, mandatory psychiatrist appointments. Gina Gershon admits it takes a lot to disturb her. But there’s one scene in her new, nude movie Killer Joe that nearly pushed her over the edge, and it (sk)involves an unlikely culprit: fried chicken. Late in the film, there’s a scene when psycho stalker Matthew McConaughey forces Gina to fellate a fried chicken leg he dangles in front of his crotch. It just sounds bizarre, but the final scene is actually quite terrifying: “I’ve never been in a movie where I had a hard time watching the scene … I actually turned away, which I’ve never done. And in my movies, I’ve done some crazy stuff, but this is the craziest!” Gina told New York magazine after Killer Joe ‘s Toronto premiere. “It’s one of those things where you’re like, ‘Let’s just go for it and do it’ and in one take, you’re done, you know?…It’s the only project I’ve actually ever been nervous about or scared thinking I can’t go there…Luckily, I like chicken a lot!” In fact, Gina’s saving grace when filming the scene was that the chicken came from her favorite restaurant, Coop’s: “There are many chicken places in New Orleans, and I said it had to be Coop’s. It’s just really good chicken! And luckily, we just did it one take — you know, me and Matthew, we’re professionals — but I had thought, If we’re going to be doing this take after take after take, I better like the chicken. It’s just the right texture, the right seasoning, not too greasy.” So there you go, folks- the fastest way to Gina Gershon ‘s heart is through fried chicken. We’re big fans of sexual thrillers here at Skin Central, so when we heard Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy ‘s new show American Horror Story billed as a “psychosexual thriller,” we thought we’d give it a chance. The opening episode had everything you’d expect from the title- creepy twins, basement monsters, and, uhm, a guy in a gimp suit- but imagine our delight to see Alexandra Breckenridge show up as young Moira , the hyper-sexual incarnation of a housekeeper who most of the time appears as a glass-eyed dowager. Only Ben ( Dylan McDermott ), the head of this haunted household, sees the sexy Alexandra scrubbing his floors. Lucky stiff! This isn’t Alexandra’s first time appearing in a genre show- she bared boobs as vampire spy Katerina last season on True Blood – but she tells HitFix.com that this is one of the most daring things she’s ever done- and it’s not just the hair: “I’m always looking for a chance to play somebody who’s completely opposite of me, just because I find it more interesting. I’ve played a lot of bubbly girls. This is an extremely different role. I’ve never played someone so sexual before. ” Ok, so maybe it’s the hair: “I get hit on so much it’s not normal. ‘I don’t know who’s featured on the records,’ Tricky Stewart admits about previously announced surprise guest. And while fans are pretty psyched to hear it, they also want to know the names of every person who made the final cut on the album, Under the Mistletoe . Bieber confirmed that the Band Perry, Busta Rhymes, Boyz II Men and Usher are all contributing to the album, and teased that a huge surprise guest will also appear on the album. The rumor is that the big reveal will be Mariah Carey . Bieber’s producer Tricky Stewart said he has no idea who made the final cut. “I don’t know who’s featured on the records,” he told MTV News. “The records, as I know the records … Justin is the artist on the records. I know that he’s planning on doing things, but I have no idea what they are.” As Bieber puts the finishing touches on the album, which drops November 1, any additional production falls on Stewart’s production partner, Kuk Harrell, as Stewart moves on to other projects. “[I wouldn’t have to go back into the studio] because that’s Kuk Harrell’s neck of the woods,” Stewart said. “If something needs to be added, he’ll go in and knock it out and it’ll be fine.” Stewart noted that the album “seemed like a natural progression” for the teen star. “I think it just kind of made sense that I would be involved,” he said, having worked with Bieber throughout his professional career. “I think Justin doing a Christmas album is right on time … I feel that it’s almost necessary that he do a great Christmas album and it’s really, really good, too.” To get into the Christmas spirit months in advance of the holiday season, the team decorated their studio with all the appropriate Christmas accoutrements like Christmas trees and holiday scents. “Well, it’s different in the sense that we’ve been having Christmas and it’s not Christmas,” he said. “It looks and feels like Christmas except when we come out there’s no Christmas. What-thee-fizzuck?!?!?! A former model convicted of killing her husband, then cooking and eating his remains wants to get out of prison early. Omaima Aree Nelson is seeking early release from her 27-years-to-life sentence for murdering William E. Nelson, 56, over Thanksgiving weekend in 1991. Nelson is scheduled to appear at a parole board hearing next Wednesday in Chowchilla State Prison in Central California. Her first bid at parole was rejected in 2006. Nelson, who worked as a parttime model and nanny in Egypt, immigrated to the U.S. in 1986. She was in her 20′s when she killed her husband and then dismembered and cooked parts of his body in their Costa Mesa apartment. The couple had been married for about a month. After the murder, Nelson cooked her husband’s head on the stove, skinned his torso, fried his hands in oil, Senior Deputy District Attorney Randy Pawloski, who prosecuted the case, told the Daily Pilot. Nelson then drove garbage bags filled with the body parts to various ex-boyfriends, asking them to help dispose of the evidence and offering $75,000 for help, Pawloski said. Neighbors at the time said the garbage disposal was on for “a long time” and “constant chopping sounds” were coming from the home, according to the newspaper. In court, a psychiatrist testified that Nelson put on red shoes, a red hat and red lipstick before spending hours chopping up her husband’s body. According to Pawloski, Nelson was the first defendant to used the “battered wife” defense in Orange County, claiming her husband raped her the night before she killed him. She also told psychiatrists and her attorney that she had been the victim of sexual abuse as a child in Egypt where she was molested, beaten and forced to undergo female circumcision, a mutilation of the female genitalia.
