Miley Cyrus is looking for a boyfriend. And denim. Three months after her confirmed split with Liam Hemsworth, the former Disney star, 21, hinted on Twitter that she is ready to get back into the dating game. “I want a boyfriend that will wear jean on jean on jean with me,” she wrote, while sharing an image of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake circa 2001. Cyrus does love her some Britney Spears . 4 life. She wished the “Perfume” crooner a “Happy album release day” this week, and said in her recent documentary, “I’ll be a diehard fan for Britney, always.” As for whether she also hearts Liam forever? Insiders indicate that she has been exchanging “flirty” texts with her former fiance, and that The Hunger Games star wants to reconcile with his ex. “She’s confused about how she feels,” a source tells celebrity gossip magazine Us Weekly , while “[Hemsworth] is telling friends he misses her.” Oh boy. Could be all just hearsay and conjecture. The ” Wrecking Ball ” singer recently told the December issue of Cosmopolitan that her current focus in life is music. “I need to treat my music like a relationship – give it my time and all the attention it deserves – and that’s my main love right now,” she told the publication. “This is the best time of my life,” Miles added. “I’m not going to look back on it and be like, ‘I wish I hadn’t been dwelling over a breakup,’ you know?”

A video of Kate Upton nude, save for some strategic body paint and modeling for Sports Illustrated earlier this year, has been released by the magazine. Thank you, Sports Illustrated. Thank you. If you recall, Kate got painted up for a SI bikini shoot, only the bikini was just painted on as she attempted to recreate an iconic swimsuit issue cover. Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx: New Couple Alert?!

Katie Holmes is in a romantic relationship with Jamie Foxx, a new report claims, and not only that, the duo has reportedly been together for some time. Sources tell celebrity gossip magazine In Touch that Holmes, 34, and Foxx, 45, are determined to keep the romance quiet, and out of the public eye. “Katie and Jamie have been dating for a while,” an insider told the publication, adding that Foxx secretly spends time at Holmes’ New York apartment. “They’re very Mission: Impossible about their romance.” Very well played, totally accurate In Touch source. Another source claims that when a driver pulled up to take Foxx to the set of his new movie, Annie, they were shocked when Holmes instead entered: “A hotel employee confirmed that Katie had stayed at the hotel with Jamie and that she was taking his car. So the driver drove her home to her apartment.” Radar reported that the two were getting cozy in August, when Holmes and Foxx were holding hands and dancing together at a Hamptons benefit. At the time, a rep for the mother of Suri Cruise insisted the two were “just friends,” but magazine sources contend the two are very much an item. Do you believe it? Model Sues Photo Agency for Including Image in HIV Positive Ad

Avril Nolan is positively irate. Because she is not HIV positive. The model is seeking $450,000 from Getty because it used her image in a quarter-page Division of Human Rights ad that appeared this April in the newspaper amNewYork , one that reads: “I am positive (+) … I have rights.” Woman Files Suit Over HIV Ad Nolan says the poster implies she has this disease, adding that the picture in it is from a fashion shoot two years ago and never meant to be used in such a manner. Erin Lloyd, Nolan’s attorney, says her client was “mortified” upon seeing the ad and that it has “has caused a lot of anxiety.” “Upon learning of the publication, [Ms. Nolan] became instantly upset and apprehensive that her relatives, potential romantic partners, clients as well as bosses and supervisors might have seen the advertisement,” Lloyd writes in the lawsuit. “Feeling humiliated and embarrassed, [Ms. Nolan] was forced to confess to her bosses that her image had been used in an advertisement for HIV services, implying that she was infected with HIV, in a newspaper often used by her own clients for advertising and that is distributed to tens of thousands of New Yorkers every day.” Photographer Jena Cumbo, who snapped the pic, tells The New York Daily News that a lot of people involved in this incident “dropped the ball” and that she did not comprehend her contract with Getty.

Miley Cyrus: Axed from Vogue Cover for Racy VMA Routine

Miley Cyrus is scarcely covering herself in the music video for Wrecking Ball . But she won’t be covering an upcoming issue of American Vogue at all after using a foam finger for ways in which it was not intended at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. According to The Daily Mail , Cyrus has already been photographed for the front of the December issue of this famous magazine. But editor-in-chief Anna Wintour has axed the planned feature after witnessing Miley’s antics with Robin Thicke on a national stage in Brooklyn last month. “Anna found the whole thing distasteful ,” an insider tells the newspaper. “She decided, based on Miley’s performance, to take the cover in a different direction.” It’s unclear at this time whether or not Miley’s pics will appear inside the issue or be scraped altogether. While many have been critical of Cyrus’ lewd VMA routine – did you read what Dr. Laura said about it ?!? – this is the first time any backlash has actually affected Cyrus’ career in a negative way. It’s also clear that Vogue has much higher standards than Saturday Night Live. While Wintour has essentially banned Miley from her publication, Lorne Michaels will be welcoming her as a host and musical guest on the second episode of SNL Seasom 39.

Miranda Kerr Nipple Slip: V Magazine, Italian Porn Star Style!

Miranda Kerr is no stranger to letting it all hang out, and her new spread in V Magazine is no exception. Although calling it a “nipple slip” is a stretch. That implies it was accidental. This was not. The 30-year-old Australian model recently flashed her bare breasts during a super sexy photo shoot for the publication, as you can see after the jump. While our headline may make this magazine spread seem racier than it is – it’s far more tasteful than Miley Cyrus Twerking – it is technically true. Kerr, posing as Hungarian-born Italian porn star and politician Cicciolina (real name Ilona Staller), certainly gets into character and pushes the envelope. Burn Notice Spinoff: Possibly in the Works!

Burn Notice will soon need to bid farewell to Michael Westen. But Sam and Jesse may be sticking around for awhile. Creator Matt Nix has told TV Guide Magazine that he would “love” to come up with a spinoff for the characters played by Bruce Campbell and Coby Bell, while the latter makes a Burn Notice spinoff sound like a legitimate possibility. “It’s definitely something Bruce and I would both be into,” Bell told the publication. “It makes sense. Jason Hoppy Accuses Bethenny Frankel of Water Throwing, Vegan Diet Pushing

The divorce battle between Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel is starting to get uglier than Kris Jenner’s talk show reviews. As previously reported, Frankel is already accused of referring to her estranged husband as trash in front of their little daughter. Now, an insider who has apparently seen Hoppy’s court-submitted documents, tells In Touch Weekly that they allege more mean actions by Bethenny in March. “She threw water on him to wake him and yelled that she ‘has more money than God,’” claims this tabloid source, adding that ” Bryn was sleeping in the next room” at the time of the confrontation. The source goes on to say that Frankel is consumed by her career, to the point that Bryn locked herself in the set bathroom once under Bethenny’s watch and firemen had to be called in. Moreover, Hoppy says Bethenny tried to force vegan recipes on the child, even though a nutritionist later said that it wasn’t healthy such a young girl. “According to Jason, Bethenny has ‘issues’ with food and refused to allow Bryn to eat animal products,” the insider tells the publication. Frankel’s attorney has denied all allegations, but there’s no denying the following summation by this anonymous mole: “No one expected it to be amicable. But this has gotten downright nasty.”
