Two of the original Avengers, Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo , stopped by Buzzfeed this week to take a quiz that determines whether or not you survive the Thanos snap–and the results are absolutely hilarious. Let’s just say these two aren’t really convinced on the whole quiz experience.

According to Love B. Scott reports , Wendy served Kevin by disguising the divorce papers as a present wrapped with big bows. “When Kevin excitedly opened the box, thinking it was a gift of some sort, the process server uttered those famous words, ‘you have been served.’” The source continues, “Kevin is now persona non-grata at ‘The Wendy Williams Show.’ The passcodes have been changed and his access to the building has been revoked. Wendy has instructed staff to not let him anywhere near her.” There’s more though. Apparently when Hunter wasn’t allowed into production offices, he allegedly “went off, cursing and screaming.” Sounds like she served him right alright.
Source: South_agency / Getty Lawsuit Against Cobb County Cop Who Shot Unarmed Teen Upheld Day after day we report on police shootings where the trigger-happy officer faces little to no consequences, today we are happy to report the opposite. According to the AJC , a Cobb County police officer, James Caleb Elliott, will have to answer in court as to why he fired eight shots at unarmed then-16-year-old Neghasi Middleton, one of which struck him in the thigh. The incident was captured on Elliott’s body camera and based on that video U.S. District Court Judge Mark Cohen decided that the civil lawsuit filed against the officer held merit. Back on Nov. 6, 2016, Elliott responded to a call about a suspicious looking vehicle that contained Middleton and 3 other youths. After getting their names and birthdates, Elliott ran the plates and realized the PT Cruiser had been in a carjacking. The officer came back with his gun drawn and told the boys to get out of the car and lay on the ground. Middleton, in fear for his life because police ain’t s#!t, began to run away. Elliott then fired eight shots at him and struck him once. Elliott resigned from the force but Cobb County grand jury determined that the shooting was justified, because of course white cop HAD to shoot unarmed Black boy. SMH. This isn’t Elliott’s first time at the police brutality rodeo. The lawsuit notes that there were three other complaints filed against Elliott. One alleged he was “too aggressive” with a woman who sought assistance for her husband. Another said he demonstrated a racial bias during an accident investigation. Another alleged he used excessive force by pointed his gun at a woman’s chest without justification after he mistakenly went to the wrong address on a call. F**k 12. We hope this guy loses everything he owns in this lawsuit.

Source: Jack Berman/Getty Images / Getty Pastor Dies After Woman Shoots Him While Screaming “You Broke My Heart” Things took a turn for the worst when one woman proclaimed her romantic heartbreak to a married pastor. According to Q13 Fox , Latoshia Daniels shot at Paster Brodes Perry of Tennessee several times when she showed up to his home unannounced. She also shot at Perry’s wife who presumably tried to protect her husband from harm. Cops showed up to the Meridian Place Apartments and found the two victims wounded. Meanwhile, Daniels was still armed and refused to put down her gun. Perry’s wife said she let Daniels inside their home earlier because she knew her from her time living in Little Rock. When she was escorting Daniels back out, that’s when she pulled out a handgun and started blasting and screaming “You broke my heart” at the husband, according to court papers obtained by Q13 Fox. His wife then knelt by him, and Daniels told her to move out the way. That’s when she shot her in the left shoulder. Perry’s wife explained to police that she wasn’t aware of any affair going on between her husband and Daniels, but the shooter’s actions made an affair seem possible. Both victims were rushed to the Regional Medical Center where Brodes Perry later died. While at the hospital, cops say Daniels also attacked an officer. They said the officer was trying to take her into custody and that’s when she jerked away and pushed him before taking off running. Officers said they had to force Daniels to the ground before they could have her handcuffed. Daniels now faces first-degree murder charges along with attempted first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. She’s currently held without bond.

Last week, Jason Mitchell, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Jacob Latimore, Alex Hibbert, Yolonda Ross, Tiffany Boone and Armando Riesco all came together to take the food fusion challenge, where they tested out some internet-recommended food combinations.
