The guy claims he accidentally sent the message to ALL of his contacts in his phone!! 24-year-old Chris Evans has been in jail for the last 18 months after he was charged on inciting a child to engage in adult activity. He was freed after the Judges decided they couldn’t figure out who the message was intended for. According to The Daily Mail… …after he accidentally sent a saucy text message intended for a lover to every contact in his phone book. The 24-year-old swimming coach ended up in prison for lewd offenses after the text also found its way to two young schoolgirls. Evans had typed an intimate invitation to his girlfriend asking her if she would like to engage in adult acts with him ‘skin on skin’. Excruciatingly, a slip of the fingers on his BlackBerry smartphone resulted in it going out via BlackBerry Messenger to all the numbers on his phone. Among the recipients of the text were two girls aged 13 and 14, which led to Evans, who teaches swimming in a leisure center, being arrested and charged with causing or inciting a child to engage in inappropriate adult activity. …his lawyers went to the Court of Appeal in London to have his conviction overturned. They argued that Evans’s ‘misguided use of his BlackBerry’ made it ‘difficult to conclude that he was targeting anyone’. Granting the appeal, Lord Justice Elias said the circumstances were ‘unusual’ and agreed that Evans had been ‘evidently misguided’ in the use of his phone. He added: ‘The facts of this case are rather unusual. Messages… were sent to every single contact in his phone, including members of his own family.’ This guy is still a perv. The Judges suspended the remaining nine months of his sentence and Evans is now a free man. Hopefully this guy doesn’t get another smartphone since he can’t figure out how to use the damn thing! In a videotaped deposition … Lil Wayne — who is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary about him — says he can’t remember ANYTHING — but what he DOES remember is hysterical. Q III had his production team follow Lil Wayne around for months to chronicle his life as he was putting together his album, “Tha Carter III.” It appears Lil was on board, but things fell apart because the rapper hated the movie, calling it a “scandalous portrayal.” Lil Wayne is grilled by Qunicy’s lawyer, Pete Ross from the powerhouse law firm of Browne George Ross, who hammers Wayne about his criminal record, but the rapper claims he remembers nothing. And then there are the alleged threats Wayne makes against Pete Ross. Wayne says he wasn’t threatening the lawyer. You be the judge. Say what you want about Wayne but he is one witty weirdo. Just weeks after becoming one of the biggest punchlines of the colossal failure that was the 2012 Republican National Convention, Clint Eastwood is speaking out about his role in the festivities. Via US Weekly : “If somebody’s dumb enough to ask me to go to a political convention and say something, they’re going to have to take what they get,” the 82-year-old star told Extra earlier this week about his now-infamous August 30 Republican National Convention appearance, during which he addressed an invisible Barack Obama “seated” next to him. Eastwood explained himself further to Ellen DeGeneres during a Tuesday sit-down with the comedienne. “The Democrats who were watching thought I was going senile. And the Republicans knew I was!” joked the legendary actor and director. Eastwood also seized the opportunity to clarify his political views — he’s not a Republican or a Democrat, but a Libertarian. Explaining that fiscal responsibility is what matters most to him, the San Francisco native said his views also extend to social issues, too; Eastwood revealed he takes issue with any government interference in citizens’ personal lives, including attempts to define marriage, same sex or otherwise, through legislation. Said the Gran Torino star, “[It’s] a part of the Libertarian idea: Leave everybody alone!” Later in the show, DeGeneres and Eastwood took a break from talking politics to discuss Mrs. Eastwood and Company, a reality show focused on Eastwood’s wife, Dina, and daughters Francesca, 19, and Morgan, 16. When asked how he feels about the series, Eastwood said he “doesn’t feel much.” “If they want to do a reality show, that’s fine,” the notoriously private star shared. “My only request was to please leave me out of it as much as possible!” Sorry, but as much as good ol’ Clint got clowned for talking to a chair he was still probably the best speaker at the whole RNC.
