According to BuzzFeed News , Forever 21 drew the ire of many of their loyal plus-sized customers when they discovered diet Atkins bars packed inside their orders. Here’s what Ganiella Garcia said about her experience: “I opened the bag and took the clothes out. Everything was fine. And then when I was trying things on, at the bottom there was a card and there was an Atkins bar in a little bag,” she told BuzzFeed News. “It was very insulting, and honestly, I like shopping at Forever 21 — but I don’t feel comfortable buying clothes from a company that thinks I shouldn’t be the size that I am,” Garcia said. She was not the only angry shopper. Mo’s remained steadfast in her issues with Oprah and she’s claimed for YEARS that Oprah crossed the line by inviting her family on her talk show against her wishes. Now she’s doubling down on those feelings with Comedy Hype. According to Mo, her brother Gerald who admitted to molesting Mo’Nique reached out to Oprah to speak on child predators, as he was one himself. The idea was then pitched that Mo’Nique would come on the show as well. According to Mo, she told O that her brother was a “scammer” and wanted nothing to do with the interview. She also expressed that she preferred that the interview not happen and Oprah allegedly ASSURED her that the sitdown would be canceled. Despite that, Mo says her brother was brought on alongside her other brother, her father, AND her mother. “She never said my mother was coming on that show,” said Mo. “Because if Oprah Winfrey would have said she was having my mother on that show, I would have said shut it down.[…] Ultimately Mo said she wants a PUBLIC apology from Oprah. Until that woman says let me apologize to you publically it’ll be till the day I leave this earth. Because what you did was malicious and it was intentional and it was ugly. Oprah Winfrey, you know what you need to do and stop hiding behind what you call negative comments because what people are beginning to do is see you for who you are.” She also said that she confronted Oprah at a previous Oscars party at Alfre Woodard’s house and asked her in front of EVERYONE including Angela Bassett and Regina King why Oprah had her mother on her show. “How could you have my mother on my show? That’s not what we discussed,” Mo said to Oprah while recounting the nasty things fans said after the interview. “She took the cowardly way out, she said ‘If you think I did something wrong then I want to apologize.’ You DID do something wrong, you maliciously [did] and had full intentions of having my parents on your show and not saying anything to me.” Mo is NOT holding back in this interview; watch below. Kelly was just denied bond in his Illinois child porn and sex abuse case, and things aren’t looking much better in his simultaneous federal racketeering case. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has asked a judge to deny the disgraced singer bail indefinitely to ensure that he shows up for his trial in Brooklyn, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. In a letter to the judge, Richard P. Donoghue, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, said that Kelly was a major flight risk who was too dangerous to be in public. Donoghue was especially concerned that if he made bail, he’d try to intimidate witnesses in the case. Source: E. JASON WAMBSGANS / Getty He pointed to Kelly’s 2008 state child abuse case and said the “Pied Piper” bribed his alleged victim’s family with $2 million in exchange for her not testifying against him. The prosecutor said Kelly also forced alleged victims to sign documents with false, yet damaging information and threatened to expose the info if they went public. The feds allege that for more than 20 years, Kelly was the head of a criminal enterprise that funneled young girls from around the country to him to be sexually assaulted. Besides racketeering, Kelly was indicted on charges of violating the Mann Act, kidnapping and forced labor. Kelly is expected to be arraigned on those charges in September.

Source: Scott Olson / Getty Southern California Costco Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 3 Injured A suspect is in custody after opening fire in a Costco Wholesale store in Southern California on Friday, according to reports from Yahoo! News . Corona Police officer, Lt. Jeff Edwards , says that the incident stemmed from an argument between the alleged gunman and his targets. Although the nature of the dispute has not been disclosed, The Lieutenant said it does not appear to be a domestic dispute. After responding to reports of gunshots, the police arrived at the scene and found four victims. Of these four victims, one was fatally injured while the other was an off-duty police officer from another unit. Those who were struck along with the gunman were all taken to a nearby hospital to have their injuries evaluated. Other shoppers were also reportedly injured trying to leave the store. According to a statement fromEdwards, customers were attempting to get to safety during the incident but the store’s emergency doors would not open–This caused many to panic, which lead to injuries. “It’s not very fun when you’re scared and you’re running for your life and you’re trying to open a door that says ’emergency’ and they don’t open,” one shopper named Rachel Flores told the local news. “Everybody was freaking out. People were falling over each other… Everybody’s running around.” As of now, the authorities have yet to release the suspect’s name to the public, but they do claim to have identified all of the parties involved in the initial dispute.
