This piece of isht doesn’t even have an argument to make in court … According to NBC News : DeMarco Myles, 19, wrote down his first name and cell phone number for a 19-year-old Howard University student after he allegedly raped her in her room at Bethune annex, an all-women’s dorm, Friday afternoon. Police tracked the number to a Fourth Street NW address where Myles lives with his mother and arrested him. The first attack took place in a Rhode Island Row apartment Oct. 26 in Northeast D.C. The victim, a 24-year-old consultant, was working from home when she got a knock at the door about 2 p.m. by a man who said he was promoting a party. He forced his way in to her apartment before allegedly trying to kill her. She said she screamed at the top of her lungs and fought back as he kicked and beat her and stabbed her at least 25 times. The Howard student told police the suspect appeared in her room and made casual conversation about 1:15 p.m. Friday, one week after the first attack. She told him to get out, but he didn’t. She began texting a friend, and the suspect pulled out brass knuckles with a purple blade, grabbed the victim’s phone, texted the victim’s friend and then raped the victim, according to court documents. Then he allegedly wrote the note, saying, “Since you don’t know me, here’s my number.” He tried to cross out the phone number, according to court documents, but detectives were able to read it. A man matching Myles’s description entered other rooms at Bethune but left when asked, detectives learned. Myles told detectives that the sex with the Howard student was consensual, but he admitted forcing his way in to the Rhode Island Row apartment and stabbing her after she resisted, according to court documents. He asked detectives if she survived, saying he didn’t mean to kill anyone. Thoughts go out to the victim and we can only hope this disgusting kid gets a reality check in prison soon!! Images via nbc

Jesus Take The Wheel: Upper West Side Nanny Stabs Toddlers In The Tub

What the hell??? You can’t trust anyone these days. According to The New York Post , the children’s mother was at her three-year old’s swim practice and came home to a horrific scene. An Upper West Side nanny stabbed to death two small children who she was taking care of while their mother was out, then slit her own wrists in a failed suicide bid this afternoon, sources said. The children’s 36-year-old pediatrician mother came home from running errands at about 5:34 p.m. when she walked into the nanny — Yoselyn Ortega, 50 — in a pool of blood in the kitchen, sources told The Post. She rushed to the West 75th Street apartment’s bathroom, where she found her two youngest children, ages 2 and 6, with several stab wounds in their small bodies. “Something happened to my kids!” the sobbing mother screamed, according to a witness. The kids appeared to still be breathing when they were rushed to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, but they were pronounced dead on arrival. The mother — who was out with her 3-year-old child — was also taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt, where she had to be sedated, a source said. Ortega, who was is in police custody, was taken New York Presbyterian Hospital in critical but stable condition. The children’s father was on a plane from San Francisco and had not been told about his children’s death, a source said. A neighbor told The Post she heard “the mother screaming hysterically” when she arrived at the apartment. “It’s horrifying, it’s a very quiet building,” said the neighbor, who met the nanny for the first time yesterday and described her as “very quiet.” Hope the nanny makes it through the night so she can spend the rest of her life rotting in a cell. Showing us he’s willing to do pretty much anything, George’s racial-profiling azz is going to question Trayvon’s character by using his school and SOCIAL MEDIA records in court. SMH According to CNN : A Florida judge has ruled that Trayvon Martin’s school and social media records can be handed over to the defense team of his alleged killer, George Zimmerman, despite the efforts of the slain 17-year-old’s family to keep the information private. The decision, made Friday afternoon by Circuit Judge Debra Nelson, could prompt the Miami-area schools Martin attended to provide documents that may include his grades, attendance and any disciplinary action. But Nelson also ruled that Zimmerman’s medical records must be given to prosecutors, though she stipulated that she must first review the material to determine if anything should be removed. The decisions came just hours after Martin’s father made a plea to the court not to disclose his son’s records. “I think it’s wrong that we attack the victim,” said Tracy Martin. “Our first priority shouldn’t be to assassinate the character of the victims and make dead children seem as though they’re the perpetrator.” If you were on trial, would you try to dig up dirt too or would you be able to respect that the young man you ‘accidentally’ killed can’t defend himself? Her family’s tryin’ to act like they don’t know anything about it but her bedsores and infested apartment prove that she wasn’t being taken care of. A team of rescuers had to tear down a wall in the apartment she lives in with her family and kids just to get her out! According to the Daily Mail: A 500-pound woman is recovering in hospital after she was found lying in her own waste covered in bedsores and maggots. The unidentified woman, 41, had to be extricated from her Detroit apartment by a team of experts and taken to St John Oakland Hospital where she will remain in intensive care for the next two days. She lived at the home with her husband and four children. Now questions are being asked about why no one did anything to help her sooner. The family revealed she has been bed ridden ever since a 2011 car accident which left her with a smashed pelvis. The woman was on some kind of state assistance, which may have been cut off, according to a preliminary investigation, officials said. The apartment showed signs of a bio hazard, insect infestation and was deemed uninhabitable after a fire crew removed a wall in order to rescue the woman, according to The Detroit News. Her children – two toddlers and a teen – have been turned over to the care of an aunt. The house has been sealed with the belongings inside. Police spoke to the woman’s husband – who has also not been identified – who said he tried to help her. Crying, he said: ‘I love her and it was hard, and it was just me. And I just did the best I could for so long.’ Warren Police Commissioner Jere Green revealed he also spoke to the children and sister and said an investigation is underway. ‘Obviously, there was a failure somewhere for this lady to get the care that she needed.’ Looks like her hubby’s best wasn’t too good for her OR their dayum kids!!! Once she got enough money, she told herself, she’d buy herself a better one. “I didn’t know if I wanted to look like Janet Jackson or J. Lo,” the Los Angeles cosmetologist, 46, says in an exclusive interview featured in the November issue of ESSENCE magazine. “I just wanted a new, bigger booty.” Tragically, her quest for curves cost her all her limbs and almost her life. In 2004, Brown says she paid a “pumper,” an unlicensed person, to inject industrial-grade silicone into her buttocks. Brown can’t recall how much the woman actually charged — maybe $500, maybe $1,000 — but over time, she says, the area became intensely irritated and painful, and the skin blackened. By early 2006 she says the silicone had hardened, causing severe pain and infection, ultimately requiring her to have lifesaving amputation of her limbs last year. Now adjusting to her new life with prosthetics, Brown shares her story — and her warning for others tempted to check out “pumping parties” — with writer Amy Elisa Keith in ESSENCE. “I was left here for a purpose,” she says. “I have to get the word out so that nobody else makes this choice.” We hope Apryl’s story is a warning that’s taken seriously. According to Celebuzz: Janet Jackson has fired off a legal letter to Vanity Fair Editor in Chief Graydon Carter, demanding the publication retract allegations suggesting the music superstar delayed her late brother Michael’s funeral over a financial dispute. In excerpts from Randall Sullivan‘s upcoming book, Untouchable: The Strange Life and Tragic Death of Michael Jackson — and published in the esteemed Condé Nast magazine — it was alleged that Janet, 46, had delayed her sibling’s funeral over money owed relating to the burial plot deposit. “The article states that, according to Untouchable, Ms Jackson put down a $40,000 deposit to secure a burial plot for Michael Jackson but refused to let the funeral take place until that money was repaid. This is untrue,” Janet’s attorney Blair G. Brown wrote in the letter sent on October 5 and obtained by Celebuzz. “Ms. Jackson never delayed the funeral in anyway. In fact, she paid for the funeral and was reimbursed for some of those expenses by Michael Jackson’s estate in the year after the services took place.” Jackson, via her lawyer, added: “In addition, there were other private costs associated with Michael Jackson’s passing that Ms. Jackson incurred and for which she has never sought reimbursement. To falsely accuse Ms. Jackson of holding up her brother’s funeral over money is outrageous. This story is particularly hurtful and distressing because of Ms. Jackson’s strong desire to serve her brother, whom she loved dearly, and she wishes to stand with and support her family.” Brown said the damage to Jackson’s reputation was “exacerbated” because the article was republished by numerous media outlets around the world. “I demand that Vanity Fair retract its statement that Ms. Jackson “refused” to let Michael Jackson’s funeral take place until the money she put down as a deposition on his burial plot was repaid,” the lawyer said. “To the extend that this statement appears in excerpts of Untouchable published in Vanity Fair’s November 2012 issue, I demand that Vanity Fair publish a retraction explaining that the statement is false.” Brown also claimed: “The article is replete with additional false and defamatory statement regarding Ms. Jackson.” We really hope none of this bull is true. We’re not insurance agents but we’re pretty damn sure it takes longer than two weeks to get your ride replaced after it’s been totaled in an accident …especially an accident that’s under investigation. Seems a little shady to us and we hope this fool isn’t messing with her money! According to TMZ… Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, got a brand new ride following his NASTY car accident last month — and wouldn’t you know … he took home THE EXACT SAME CAR he had before. TMZ broke the story, Nick and B.K. got into a scary accident in GA last month and his precious Chevy Camaro was badly wrecked — with the bumper torn off and a missing front tire. The details surrounding the crash remain unclear — but we’re told the accident is currently under investigation. In the meantime, sources close to Nick tell TMZ … he wasted no time replacing his messed up ride — and even though he had his heart set on a Maserati, he ultimately went with a new Camaro, just like his old one. We’re still shocked by this video… and now Aida Guzman is finally speaking out after the incident. We showed you the footage of Aida being brutally assaulted by a police officer for no reason at a Puerto Rican Day parade and now police say they will launch a full investigation into the actions of the 19-year veteran cop. According to the Daily News… Mother-of-three Aida Guzman, 39, from Philadelphia, has a swollen and cut lip as well as injuries to her hands and arm after the violent assault from Highway Patrol Lt Jonathan D. Josey II, 40. Speaking at her Chester home yesterday, she said she was angry at the officer’s actions and insists she had done nothing wrong and that she was merely a participant in the parade. Translating for her mother, her daughter Keysha, 19, said her mom was hit from behind and while she was on the ground the officer said: ‘That’s what you get’. She then told him,’It wasn’t me.’ She said: ‘That’s what happened. I didn’t do it. He has no right to put his hands on me. I’m 39, I don’t play games like that. ‘I feel angry, very angry. I go to someplace, got a good time and look this happen, for no reason.’ Lt Josey – a 19-year police veteran who moonlights as an actor and comedian, according to the Philadelphia Daily News-is seen in the video punching Ms Guzman violently in the back of the head after someone else in the crowd throws silly string or water at the officers. In 2006, he nominated himself to be a ‘Daily News Sexy Single’, where he listed his most outstanding feature as his ‘charm and magnetic personality’. In March 2010, Josey was cleared in the fatal shooting of an armed robber at a 7-Eleven and was later cited for bravery. He was stabbed in June 2010 when he was trying to break up a fight at a bar when he was off duty. An internal affairs investigation was launched on Monday and Josey was placed on desk duty pending the outcome of the investigation. Deputy Police Commissioner Richard Ross said of the incident: ‘We’d be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge that the video is disturbing. ‘Clearly, the one issue at hand is she does appear to be walking away. She does not appear to be facing Lt Josey at that time.’ The 39-year-old was then arrested and was issued a summary citation for disorderly conduct, on which police reported she had thrown beer at them.
