Paul Rudd, Jennifer Aniston Bring ‘Wanderlust’ Clip To ‘MTV First’!

Tune in to MTV at 7:56 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, to see the sneak peek, and then the duo answer your questions on MTV.com. By Kevin P. Sullivan Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston in “Wanderlust” Photo: Universal Studios Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston are going to leave it all behind for “Wanderlust,” but before they do, they’re answering your questions. On Wednesday, February 22, Rudd and Aniston will sit down with MTV News’ Josh Horowitz to present a clip from their brand-new movie “Wanderlust” during “MTV First.” At 7:56 p.m. ET on MTV, the two will introduce the clip. Immediately afterward, the interview will continue for 30 minutes on MTV.com, where Rudd and Aniston will answer more of your questions. To get your question answered, all you have to do is send it via Twitter, using @MTVNews and the hashtag #MTVFirst or #AskWanderlust. “MTV First” will give you a chance to see a never-before-seen clip from “Wanderlust,” two days before it hits theaters February 24. In “Wanderlust,” Rudd and Aniston play two down-on-their-luck New Yorkers who look for a new way of life. After first seeking refuge with relatives, the couple stumble across Elysium, a commune of free-spirit people who welcome them with open arms — a little too open. “Wanderlust” comes from director David Wain and co-writer Ken Marino, two of the guys behind the cult classic “Wet, Hot American Summer,” and comedy super-producer Judd Apatow. Justin Theroux and Malin Akerman co-star. American Idol Touts Past Success, Slams The Voice?

Did American Idol just take a jab at The Voice ? In an ad that aired last night, the Fox series hypes this evening’s two-hour episode by recounting its past success stories, which includes nine Grammy Awards, one Oscar and artists such as Carrie Underwood, Adam Lambert , Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, Scotty McCreery and Jennifer Hudson. The Voice , of course, has only been on for one season, but finalists Javier Colon and Dia Frampton haven’t left much of an impression on the music world. Watch the promo now and decide: Cheap shot? Lil Wayne and Dhea: Not Engaged, Just Valentines

Lil Wayne claims he is not engaged to girlfriend Dhea , and that his recent proclamations of “SHE SAID YES!” referred only to her being his Valentine. Oooookay. The confusion arose at a Miami restaurant last night, when he paid the staff to slip a mammoth ass ring inside a dessert he had delivered to the table. Moments after the signature ice cream sundae (and ring) came, Weezy then jumped on top of their table shouted to the restaurant, “SHE SAID YES!” Everyone inside the restaurant believed the rapper had just popped the question, as did everyone else later that night, when Weezy tweeted, “She said yes!” Apparently not. Wayne later clarified, “I meant ‘she said yes’ to being my valentine!!! Hahahaha! Y’all krazy!” Not sure we’re the krazy ones here, Weez, but whatever. The sundae costs $43, ring not included. No word on what the ring was for if he and Dhea aren’t engaged, or what happened to that thing in general. [Photo: WENN.com]

Nevada Caucus Results: Mitt Romney Rolls in Silver State, Newt Gingrich & Ron Paul Fight For Second

Results show Mitt Romney winning the 2012 Nevada caucuses by a sizable margin, giving him his third victory in the race for the GOP presidential nomination. With 71 percent of precincts reporting, Romney has 47 percent to Newt Gingrich’s 23 percent and Ron Paul’s 19 percent, with Rick Santorum at 11 percent. In his victory speech from Las Vegas, Romney made clear that he’s looking ahead to the general election, focusing his remarks on President Obama. “Four years ago candidate Obama came to Nevada promising to help,” he said. “Mr. President, Nevada has had enough of your kind of help,” he said. “We’re not going to settle for a president who tells us it could be worse,” he added , trying to downplay recent job gains and the drop in unemployment. A victory in Nevada leaves Romney primed for what should be a strong month for him: Six more states vote in February, and he won four of them in 2008. Still, the race is far from over. Not including Nevada’s delegates, which will be awarded proportionally, Romney has just 80 of the 1,144 needed at this point. If someone were to start pulling off some upset wins – not out of the question in this fluid cycle – on or before Super Tuesday (March 6), we could have a race. The 2012 Nevada caucus results (incomplete): Mitt Romney: 47% (11,822 votes, 11 delegates) Newt Gingrich: 23% (5,623, 2 delegates) Ron Paul: 19% (4,619, 2 delegates) Rick Santorum: 11% (2,749, 0 delegates)

Rocsi learned the hard way that it is important to do a little research before interviewing guests.  During a live interview, Rocsi asked NY Giants Wide Receiver, Victor Cruz if his father would be present to watch him play in the Super Bowl, only problem is, Victor’s dad has been dead for 5 years… In her defense, it was probably an honest mistake. Being in this business, I know how fast things can move. Sometimes we get thrown into situations and make assumptions that we shouldn’t. I give VC props for being so polite when he responded to her question. Rocsi also had a good comeback when she said “He’ll be with you in spirit…” Check out the video:

With rumors swirling that Kim Kardashian simply staged a conversation with her mother on a recent episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York – one in which she bad mouths ex-husband Kris Humphries – a new report claims the reality star similarly contrived the proposal that led to this pair’s 72-day union. We’ll give you a moment to process that truly startling allegation. Kris Humphries Proposal Prep An anonymous friend of Kris’ tells Radar Online that the basketball player wanted to pop the question in Minnesota. Alas, Kim gave him no say in the matter. “Kim told Kris how, where and when to propose, it was absolutely no surprise to her whatsoever,” this insider claims . Humphries reportedly is considering a lawsuit based on the ways E! and the Kardashians have edited their show to make him look like a dufus. In this case, the mole says producers forced Kris to propose during the daylight and that Kim was in “full hair and make-up” when it went down. “Kris wanted it to be very intimate and romantic, but all of his ideas were shot down by production officials and Kim.”
