12-Year-Old Charged In Shooting Death Of 31-Year-Old Man Killed In Drug Deal Gone Wrong It’s hard to believe this kid could kill anyone , but 12-year-old Jarrell Milton is believed to be involved in the death of one man and a murder attempt on another. According to People.com reports: Jarrell Milton, 12, had been on the run since last month and was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Jamymell Ray, 31, who was killed on June 29 in Omaha, Nebraska, according to WOWT 6 News. Another man, 30-year-old Charles Fisher, was injured in the shooting. Jarrell was found in Minneapolis, hundreds of miles away from where the crime took place, police said in a statement late Tuesday, the Omaha World-Herald reports . Authorities are expected to begin court proceedings to transport Jarrell back to Omaha on Wednesday. Jarrell’s 17-year-old brother Jamar and another boy, Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, have already been arrested and charged with first-degree murder for the shooting, NBC News reports. “I don’t recall ever seeing someone that young, charged with a crime that serious,” Omaha police spokesman Michael Pecha told the network. Prosecutors said they believe that the boys had promised to sell the two adult men marijuana. But when the men showed up to do the deal, the boys tried to rob them and ended up opening fire on the men, killing one and injuring the other. Prosecutors also suspect that the three boys have gang ties. “There isn’t any question in my mind,” Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine told WOWT 6 News. “Our intentions are to file on them as adults,” he added. “There’s a question in regards to the 12-year-old under the new law, whether we can proceed in adult court, so we’ll get him into custody and then make that determination.” He’s shocked to be prosecuting such a young boy. “It’s incomprehensible. It’s unbelievable when you think of somebody who’s 12 years old, seventh grade or sixth grade, and being charged with murder for having a gun – approaching somebody and using that firearm with two other people that also had firearms,” Kleine said. “All of it’s even impossible to imagine that it’s even a possibility.” Damn this is crazy. 14-Year-Old Killed In Milwaukee After Facebook Fight Over A Girl Can we PLEASE stop acting like the things that happen online don’t have real life consequences. The phrase “It’s just the internet” needs to be put to rest… Via Fox6 A 14-year-old boy is dead after a fight over a girl on Facebook led to a shooting near the intersection of N. Lake and E. Wyoming on Milwaukee’s east side. The shooting took place at approximately 10:30 p.m. Friday night, July 3rd. Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn addressed the media and stated eight or nine shots were fired while officers were patrolling the U.S. Bank Fireworks on Milwaukee’s lakefront — just yards from the shooting. The 14-year-old boy was found pulseless after being shot in the head. Five officers in relay teams worked to save the boy. The officers were able to get a pulse back but the boy later died at Children’s Hospital. “Words can’t express our frustration,” said Chief Flynn in a news conference with reporters. “This is more than a crime wave, this is a social phenomenon.” Authorities say they do have leads in regards to the suspect who shot the boy — but no one is in custody at this time. Bobbi Kristina Friend Dies, Family Believes He Overdosed After Relapsing On Heroin Sad news… One of Bobbi Kristina’s friends, former roommate and admitted sometimes dealer Steven Stepho has died. According to Radar Online reports : Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s former drug dealer Steven Stepho was found dead of a suspected overdose Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. A source close to Stepho told Radar that his “family and friends suspect it was a drug overdose,” and that the 22-year-old had a fatal relapse after trying to turn his life around. “He’s been on the path to sobriety for a while — attending AA meetings — but they believe that he fell back into using heroin or with mixing it,” the source said. Radar confirmed Stepho’s death with the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office, who have yet to determine the exact cause of death pending results of a toxicology test, expected in about two weeks, as it’s being conducted in a private lab. On a page of Georgia’s Roswell Funeral Home , Stepho’s family said they “would appreciate [if mourners would not] wear black to the Celebration of Life Service, [as] his favorite colors were Blue and White.” Stepho told Radar less than four months ago he’d helped Whitney Houston‘s daughter and her partner Nick Gordon “get [drugs] sometimes, but not regularly.” As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 22-year-old Stepho has been twice arrested over the past two years in connection with possession of and intent to sell heroin. He was found with 5.8 grams of heroin and arrested in connection with drug trafficking in Oct. 2013, at a time when he had already been on probation. After pleading guilty, Stepho was sentenced to up to a year behind bars and placed on probation for 11 years. In his chat with Radar in March, Stepho claimed that he’d turned over a new leaf when it came to drugs, as he said he had “a great job and a child on the way.” “That part of my life is way in the past,” he said. “I made mistakes and have paid my dues for those mistakes.” Brown, who remains clinging to life in an Atlanta area hospice, had other friends caught up deep in drugs, such as her childhood pal Chelsea Bennett, who fatally overdosed last year; Paige Thompson, who was imprisoned after heroin was found in her home; and Gordon, whose own issues with drugs have been well documented. Lamar Odom Mourns In Vegas, Spotted Drinking On Plane To Funeral Lamar Odom is reportedly still reeling from the sudden death of his good friend Jamie Sangoutha i. Word has it that the former ball player isn’t coping well with the loss, as he was spotted possibly relapsing into his addiction on the way to the funeral after having spent the past few days in Vegas with friends. Via E! News : Lamar Odom is understandably still reeling from the loss of his longtime friend, Jamie Sangouthai. E! News has exclusively learned that while the two “haven’t spoken for a year,” the former basketball star is “very shaken up.” Sangouthai’s death comes as a “huge shock” to Odom, who had known the late 37-year-old since they were just kids. “It’s very scary when someone you know so well dies suddenly,” an insider close to Khloé Kardashian’s ex tells us. “It’s been a wake-up call for Lamar as he realizes that he could personally be in a very different place if he was still as close to Jamie.” And according to our source, the former Lakers star is currently coping with the news of his friend’s death surrounded by friends in Las Vegas. Las Vegas doesn’t exactly seem like the best location for an addict to mourn the loss of a good friend to drugs…and some are reporting to have already seen Lamar self-medicating to help cope with the pain while traveling back to Los Angeles for the funeral. Via Radar Online : According to an eyewitness on the flight, Khloe Kardashian’s husband was in first class taking advantage of the free alcohol as he flew home following Sangouthai’s death from a reported overdose Sunday. “Lamar had two shots of vodka and he told the flight attendant ‘Vodka and Xanax and I should wake up there,’” an eyewitness told Radar. “And he was talking on the phone and told that person that he took Xanax and took two shots.” The 6’10” former LA Lakers player was “not relaxed on the plane,” the source said. “He was singing Sade out loud while he was listening to his headphones and he was all over the place.” Though the flight lasts roughly one hour, “He went to the bathroom three times,” the source said. “He jumped up as soon as the seatbelt light went off and went straight to the bathroom. It was a really bumpy flight and a flight attendant asked if he could make it back to his seat or if he wanted to use their jump seat. He didn’t sit there; he just kept playing with the seat, pushing it up and down and laughing.” YIKES. It sounds like Lamar might have a rough road ahead trying to get over this one…
