Jacob Anthonisen, an art dealer and friend of Lindsay Lohan and other stars, is currently being sought in a murder investigation, according to Radar Online . The 37-year-old, who runs with the likes of Emile Hirsch, Mickey Avalon, Taryn Manning and Lady Victoria Hervey, has been named a person of interest . On June 9, a decomposing body was found in the back of a Cadillac Escalade registered to Jacob Anthonisen in a parking lot in West Hollywood, Calif. The remains were identified on Thursday as Steven John Simmons – Jacob’s stepbrother – and the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest . “He has been involved with some very dangerous people in the past, and we are worried that they have something to do with this,” a close pal said. Anthonisen, who owns The Peanut Gallery in L.A., has been missing since May 31. “At this point, everyone is just hoping he is alive and well,” a pal said. “But it’s no secret that he served time in prison for drugs, so it’s something to consider here. The circumstances lead us to believe drugs played a role.” Anthonisen has something of a troubled past, having served two years in prison from 2003-2005. He was convinced on drug-related charges in Arizona.
Former child actor Dee Jay Daniels, who starred on the 1990s sitcom The Hughleys, is being held in a California jail on murder and gang activity charges. Daniels was arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing. The 23-year-old actor, whose real name is Dorjan Lyndell Daniels, is being held without bail in San Joaquin County Jail and is suspected in the crime. He is accused of being a member of the Bloods gang. He and two other men allegedly stabbed 26-year-old John Joseph outside a nightclub in Stockton, Calif., in August 2011, but were only now arrested. Dee Jay Daniels faces charges of street terrorism, premeditated murder and attempted premeditated murder, and faces life in prison if he is convicted. He played the youngest child on The Hughleys , which aired from 1998 to 2002, and also appeared on Coach, Grace Under Fire and Cold Case .

Casey Anthony wants to leave Florida as soon as legally possible and is eyeing a move to the central American paradise of Costa Rica, according to reports. Anthony has been in hiding since she was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, but has recently been making forays back into the public. Virtually unrecognizable due to the amount of weight she has gained sitting around doing nothing, she is soon planning on leaving the U.S., and for good. She would have fled already, but Anthony is on probation for one year after pleading guilty to check fraud and is required to live in Florida during that time. Once Casey’s probation ends later this summer, she plans on ditching the sunshine state for Costa Rica. She is “counting the days,” according to sources. “She has been researching countries that she could move to and Costa Rica is at the top of the list,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online . “Casey wants to live in a tropical setting and the cost of living is extremely low in Costa Rica. She wants to put as much distance as possible from Florida.” “She feels this is the best possibly place to start a new life. Costa Rica also appeals to her because Americans are warmly embraced by the locals.” Not sure that applies to accused child-murderers, but whatever. There’s one additional holdup, of course. She is still being sued by Zanaida Gonzalez for defamation after Casey said a woman with that name kidnapped Caylee. According to reports, Casey Anthony is “annoyed” and dreading that she has to testify at the upcoming trial, even if she can blame only herself.

Barack Obama: The Story , by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist David Maraniss, is the most thorough account of the President’s life not written by Obama. Vanity Fair published excerpts Wednesday. While The Story contains no sordid, shocking tales of impropriety, it portrays Obama as extremely ambitious. Obama’s autobiography Dreams From My Father , while generally true, makes him look less calculating and motivated by his own career, in other words. Barack Obama: The Story also goes into much greater detail about his early life, including romantic relationships, such as that with Genevieve Cook. Using Obama’s writings and ex-girlfriends’ diaries, Maraniss paints a picture of Obama as an intense, conflicted and sometimes brooding intellectual. It was that intelligence that drew Cook to Obama after a chance meeting at that East Village apartment gathering, according to Maraniss’ book. The future President, who in 1983 was a recent graduate of Columbia University, began chatting up the assistant teacher at a party that Christmas. Obama apparently earned Cook’s endorsement, as they went on a date just days later and she spent that night at his tiny Manhattan apartment. While sitting on an orange beanbag chair, the two bonded over the time each spent in Indonesia as youths, then exchanged phone numbers. “I think maybe he cooked me dinner,” she wrote. “Then we went and talked in his bedroom. The actor is threatening legal action against a Times Square gentlemen’s club named Cheetahs because it has set up a VIP room named after the warlock himself. Eat sushi of nearly-naked women, of course, while staring at photos on the wall of the former Two and a Half Men star. “Charlie has nothing to do with this and it is unfortunate that these despicable parasites have not been exterminated,” Sheen’s rep, Larry Solters, tells E! Sam Zherka, president of the parent company that owns Cheetahs, told The New York Post that the roomed was christened a year ago because: “We figured it would be comical to name a room after him. The pastor’s family that Casey Anthony hid with after her shocking murder trial acquittal last year left a scathing voicemail for her this January. Pastor Steve Camp and his wife Cindy run the Cross Church of Palm City where Casey was rumored to be hiding out after her release from jail. In the voicemail, Cindy voices heartbreaking betrayal and urges Casey Anthony her not to deal with powerhouse attorney Jose Baez any longer. She also calls her out for being selfish and self-centered. Cindy Camp lambasts Baez for taking advantage of their family and Casey, then goes OFF on the 26-year-old’s recent behavior, with few specifics. The voicemail was left in January 2012, just days after bizarre the Casey Anthony diary video showing off her “new life” somehow leaked online. That same week, Baez called it quits , opting to no longer represent the accused child murderer. It’s unclear why the two decided to part ways. Michael Lohan, who just completed a court-ordered rehab stint himself, told Radar Online that he sees his daughter with bigger problems than probation. “People can make things right with a judge but that doesn’t mean they’ve made it right with God ,” MiLo hilariously said about his 25-year-old daughter. “Judges don’t always pass the right judgment themselves,” says Michael Lohan, who has been put in jail by more than a few judges over the years. “God is the ultimate judge, and he judges us based upon what he sees and knows – not man!” adds MiLo. “I think we all know that all too well.” “For those who don’t, well, I feel sorry for them.” Profound words from a man who lives his life for the Lord and demonstrates his faith with his selfless actions every single day … or something.
