Charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray, is expected to launch a defense based on two points: Michael Jackson killed himself with a lethal dose while alone in a room Other doctors were enabling and excessively medicating the star too Point #1 could be tough to establish, but certain items found in the room where MJ tragically died could bolster Murray’s bid to prove the latter. Murray was Jackson’s personal physician until his 2009 death . Evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were “prescribed and prepared” for the star to self-medicate, according to new reports . That could be a significant boost for the embattled doc. Lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray will not dispute the L.A. County Coroner’s finding that Michael Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. However, his attorneys will present evidence that Michael awoke, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room. Whether evidence found at the late King of Pop’s residence will be used in an attempt to implicate other doctors in MJ’s death is unclear.

While she is happily dating Luc Carl , Lady Gaga has always expressed an affinity for the female gender physically, even admitting bisexual tendencies. These photos taken in 2008 will certainly support that sentiment. In one picture, Gaga is bent over an unidentified woman’s knee (and not looking like she’s having a miserable time of it, let’s just say that). In another snap, she’s going… well, she’s in a very compromising position, let’s just put it that way: GOING DOWN : A rumored hermaphrodite has to do what she has to do. THG has no problem with these photos whatsoever and doesn’t see what all the fuss is about. If you’re a Lady Gaga fan, does this surprise you at all? If you’re not a Lady Gaga fan, first of all, what’s wrong with you. Second, what’s wrong with a little experimentation in your 20s? She’s open about it. Despite a sense of humor that’s spawned spoofs of herself on SNL and Funny or Die, Lindsay Lohan is deeply hurt by some people’s criticism these days. Just hours ago, we reported her apparent dissatisfaction with CNN calling her provocative . Now it’s Gwyneth Paltrow and Glee that have her in a tizzy. Paltrow recently appeared on Glee , playing a Spanish teacher teaching a lesson that included asking the class: “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?” I thought we were friends! FRIENDS! And, she then quizzed the class in Spanish, “How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?” Funny stuff, but predictably, Dina Lohan was pissed . Lindsay was watching the hit Fox show while in the Betty Ford Center and was devastated, and is “still so upset with Gwyneth,” her mom reports. “Lindsay said, ‘Why did she have to do that?’ Our family is the first to make fun of ourselves, but Gwyneth went overboard. It was unecessary.” This isn’t the first time she’s felt victimized. Lindsay claimed the stock trading company E*Trade violated her rights with its apparent mockery of her. The E*Trade case was settled in September, a month before Gwyneth’s stint on Glee . Although this won’t end in court, it certainly hurt a friendship . “Lindsay thought she was a friend and it was disappointing,” Dina told Radar Online . “It was really hard for her to watch… it was hurtful not funny.” Lindsay is expected to complete her rehabilitation at Betty Ford on January 3. Gwyneth will return to Glee in the same role. Hope LiLo can cope.

We’re reported the rumor already, but it looks like Lindsay Lohan is really in talks to be a contestant on the hit show Dancing With the Stars. After what seemed like endless legal problems that landed her in jail and rehab, the ABC hit wants to give LiLo a chance to rehab her image. “Lindsay has been talking with the DWTS people,” a source close to her said. “She is definitely interested and considering being on the show.” We may see Lindsay Lohan bust a move! While the troubled star remains in rehab at the Betty Ford Center, she has the full support of her treatment team behind her for this gig. “Lindsay’s treatment team actually thinks that Dancing With the Stars would be a perfect transition back to work for her,” says the insider. “She would have a set schedule, she would be occupied and would be very productive. Lindsay wanted their approval before proceeding.” She got it, too – it’s a far cry from Lindsay Lohan nude in Inferno – and it could be a good fit. DWTS producers have wanted her for a while. “Dancing with the Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of cast mates for a very long time,” a source tells Radar Online . Not only would she generate a lot of buzz (a la Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin), Lindsay would actually be a tough contender as well! Says a source close to the negotiations: “She would be great on the show; she could maybe even win because she is a great dancer!” Our two editors debated whether she should do DWTS recently. On last night’s edition of The Real Housewives of Atlanta , NeNe Leakes inched very close to a divorce. Her castmate, meanwhile, has gone in the opposite direction. Sources close to Kim Zolciak tell Radar Online this reality star is engaged to NFL lineman Kroy Biermann. Last week, the pair revealed its expecting a child in a few months. Kroy Biermann’s 2010 stats: 28 tackles, one sack and one fiancee. “They are both really happy about both the baby and their engagement and cannot wait to start their new lives together,” an insider said . “Kroy proposed to her and bought her a substantial ring, which she has shown to a few friends, although she is not wearing it in public yet.” Kim and Kroy are in negotiations for a spin-off show, Kendra and Hank Baskett-style. If the spin-off doesn’t go down, friends say Kim wants some leverage with Bravo when discussing a new Real Housewives of Atlanta contract, something an impending wedding and baby would provide. Yes, she’s using these major life milestones as negotiating tactics. “The other cast members are publicly backing Kim and Kroy, but privately there are some jealousies because Kim is very much in the spotlight right now and not everyone is happy about that,” concluded the source.

Mel Gibson wanted Oksana Grigorieva’s bodyguard, Kristian Herzog, murdered … well, at least according to the uber-shady dude’s last will and testament. Radar Online found the document somehow, as well as emails Herzog – a twice-convicted felon who claims he put it to Oksana – sent her in September. “I fear that Mel Gibson may try and have me murdered,” he wrote in the will. This just gets weirder by the day . “I was told that my actions supporting Oksana Grigorieva have greatly disturbed Mel Gibson and he has made comments about having me killed.” The murder-for-hire plot is the latest shocking charge from Kristian Herzog , who claimed he and Grigorieva were romantically involved this year. He calls Grigorieva “my best friend in the world” in the will, in which leaves “100% of any and all that I own or control” to … Oksana, obviously. He also touted the reasons why the actor wanted him killed, namely that he had four mistresses who Kristian Herzog had been trying to expose. “I am also the one that has been trying to get all of Mel Gibson’s 4 other mistresses (NOT V.K.) and former staff to come forward and tell the truth about how Gibson assaulted and abused Oksana Grigorieva and her children,” Herzog wrote. V.K. was an apparent reference to Polish porn star Violet Kowal , who claimed she had a steamy three-month love affair with Gibson in Malibu. That was right around the time of Mel’s infamous blowout with Oksana in early 2010. Grigorieva has recently charged that Mel cheated on her . Herzog also claimed he and Grigorieva felt her lawyers “were working in concert with Mel Gibson’s attorneys and NOT looking out for [Oksana].” He said: “Although I have NO plan to ever take my own life, I am writing this my last will and testament just in case Mel Gibson has me killed.” Continue reading this Radar Online revelation …

For what it’s worth, the alleged date is in early December. The former Simple Life star and her rocker fiancee are set to tie the knot before a star-studded guest list at the Beverly Hill home of Nicole’s proud dad. Are Nicole and Joel (with Harlow) about to make it official? “Christmas has always been about family and faith for Nicole and Joel , so there is not better time of the year for them to wed,” an insider told the site. While the super-secret details of theirs nuptials have not yet been released, close pal Christina Aguilera and Samantha Ronson are planning to attend. The maid of honor will be Nic’s best friend, Masha Gordon, Joel’s twin brother, Benji, will be best man, and their daughter Harlow will be a flower girl.
