According to TMZ: Chris Brown is en route — a long route — to Washington D.C. … and when Con Air finally lands he could face the possibility of PRISON for the alleged D.C. assault. Prosecutors just filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — in which they say the reason they’ve taken the case to the grand jury is because they believe they have the evidence to support a felony prosecution. Chris is currently charged with misdemeanor assault. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, has filed legal docs asking that the case be dismissed on grounds prosecutors misused the grand jury system by simply trying to get a dry run of the trial. But prosecutors are now firing back … saying the injuries were serious enough to require hospitalization on the part of the alleged victim, and that could justify a felony if they get more evidence. According to In Touch Weekly: While his family was partying on their exotic vacation in Thailand, Rob Kardashian stayed home and, for the first time, broke his silence about the difficulties he’s been facing in his personal life as he struggles to lose the weight that’s putting his health at risk. “No one will ever understand how much it hurts,” he wrote on April 2 in a cryptic tweet that has since been deleted. But it turns out he has found an unlikely confidant through his struggles… sister Khloé’s estranged husband, Lamar Odom. The former NBA player has supposedly acted as a crutch for the 27-year-old as he battles depression and fights to shed the pounds. “Within the last few weeks, Rob has reconnected with Lamar,” a source tells RadarOnline, adding the reality star has “completely retreated from the family, and friends.” Since reconnecting, the 34-year-old asked his ex-wife for her blessing before reaching out to Rob. “Of course, she said yes,” the source reveals. “No matter what happens with them in the future, Khloé wants her brother and Lamar to maintain their friendship.” Maybe Lamar can get Rob to play basketball….they’ll knock off those pounds in no time.

White Driver Beaten By Mob After Accidentally Hitting Boy With Pickup They fawked the driver all they way up. According To CBS Detriot: As a 54-year-old Roseville man clings to life in the hospital following a brutal mob beating on Detroit’s east side, many are starting to wonder if the whole thing was racially motivated. As first reported by WWJ Newsradio 950, an 11-year-old boy suffered a broken leg on Wednesday when he was hit by a pickup truck after walking into the street near Morang and Balfour. The driver, Steven Utash, immediately got out of his truck after hitting the boy and was viciously attacked by 10 to 12 men. The beating was so brutal, Utash was rendered unconscious. Utash’s son Joseph told WWJ’s Gary Lundy Thursday night that his father remains in a medically induced coma, nearly unrecognizable due to his injuries. He also said his wallet was stolen from his truck. “If it went on any longer, my dad wouldn’t be in the hospital right now, he would be in the morgue. The way he looked, I am surprised that he is alive,” he said. “He has bruising over his face, his eyes are swollen, I believe it’s his left eye that is completely swollen shut. He also has a big, huge knot on his forehead like he got hit with an object, not a fist.” SMH. Detroit Police Sgt. Michael Woody said Steven Utash was not at fault for the accident. “Our preliminary investigation shows the child stepped in front of his vehicle,” Woody said. “He did exactly the right thing. He stopped his vehicle, he got out and he tried to render aid to a small child. He did exactly what he was supposed to do… It was a small child and it was an accident; is what it was.” “As far as a hate crime, it might be,” he said. “You know, it’s like you go in Detroit and you’re white, you don’t belong. Seriously. I’ve been pulled over by police before and they’re like ‘Get back across 8 Mile,’ like I’m not supposed to be over there, like I’m not allowed to go in Detroit. Police declined to say if investigators thought the attack was racially charged. The boy, David Harris, is expected to recover from his injuries, according to his uncle, Desmond Key. No arrests have been made in the beating, but the boy’s father was taken into custody, on an unrelated warrant. Woman Runs Over Girl’s Head While Drunk According to Raw Story: A 26-year-old North Carolina woman is in jail for allegedly running over a 10-month-old girl’s head while driving drunk, WGHP-TV reported on Thursday. Stormie Vancil was charged with felony serious injury with a vehicle and driving while impaired for the incident early Wednesday morning in the emergency room parking lot at the Alamance Regional Medical Center. Vancil was allegedly driving through the parking lot as Melissa Flynn was placing the other victim, her daughter Aubrey, in a stroller. The suspect’s arrest warrant stated that her car’s tires “rolled over and on top” of the infant’s head, while Flynn was knocked off of the hood of Vancil’s car. “Is there any way I can ask for a bond reduction so I can make arrangements for my children?” Vancil asked Judge Kathryn Overby during her court appearance on Wednesday. “‘Cause my husband is also getting locked up.” The Burlington Times-News reported that police suspected Vancil was driving a male passenger to the hospital for treatment, but no members of her family had been admitted for treatment as of Wednesday. Her husband, who was not identified, was in court facing charges in a separate case. Flynn was treated and released from Alamance on Wednesday. Her daughter was transferred via helicopter to UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. She was listed in stable condition as of Thursday night. Stevie was served with a subpoena to answer to a New York court to the mother of his two children, Carol Bennett, and the staggering $1.28 million he owes her for the course of the last 14 years — and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reality TV star’s castmates, record labels and TV networks were also just served with subpoenas. The subpoenas were issued by Project Child Support and are part of an effort to obtain Stevie’s (real name Steven Jordan) financial records so Bennett can recoup some of the unpaid child support. “The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan’s royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present him to pay his unpaid child support,” the organization said. We hope authorities find her! Adult Male Body Found Near Search Location According to WJLA: At a press conference held Monday evening at approximately 6:20 p.m., D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier thanked volunteers who have helped in the search for Relisha Rudd. She stated that the adult male body found has tentatively been identified as Khalil Tatum – as it is “consistent with his appearance.” Lanier also added that she was “pretty comfortable” in concluding that the death was a suicide. But Rudd remains missing. “We are still here for the reason we came here to begin with – to look for Relisha,” Lanier said. “The discovery was a shock for us.” Earlier Monday, it was confirmed that the body of an adult male was found in Kenilworth Park and aquatic gardens in the “target area” of where authorities and volunteers have been searching for missing 8-year-old girl Relisha Rudd on Monday. “Looked like the officers were running back and forth and running in and out of the woods,” said nearby resident, James Johnson, of the flurry of activity at the park. On Monday, it was a search by foot that led to this most recent discovery. And now, residents and family members are fearful of the whereabouts of Relisha Rudd. If Tatum was dead, they ask, where is she?
