Philadelphia 76ers Star Nick Young Sued For Sexual Assault By Woman Who Claims He Slipped Her The Date Rape Drug

First LeSean McCoy and now Nick Young . These athletes need someone like Olivia Pope to handle their scandals. Nick Young Sued For Sexual Assault According to TMZ A woman is suing Philadelphia 76ers star Nick Young for sexual assault — claiming he roofied her back in 2011 … then raped her vaginally and anally. The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, claiming she ran into Young at Crown Bar in West Hollywood … and he bought her and her friend champagne. According to the suit, the woman’s recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink … and she believes it’s because Young had slipped the date rape drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it. The woman claims she woke up the next morning in Young’s bed, bleeding from her vagina and rectum. She says Young admitted to having sex with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out. According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young — he obliged — and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape. Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she’s continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations. She’s suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and more — demanding unspecified damages. She’s also suing Crown Bar for negligence. Looks like these athletes are taking Rick Ross’ advice about slippin’ ish in a female’s drink to heart. Its gonna be tough for him to get out of this. Unlike other cases this woman went through the trouble of getting a rape kit. No woman goes through that unless they truly believe they have been violated. Getty

Bar Refaeli for FOX of the Day

Bar Refaeli bores me…she’s had her time in the sun, her moment of glory, when she was in SI and Victoria’s Secret…you know when she was younger, tighter bodied, and dating A-Listers….but that’s all kinda faded for her….she’s older, she’s bigger, and she may be making more money than ever with her investments…but she’s sure not blowing me away with any of the campaigns she’s booking….not even her own underwear line….but she does have big tits… I feel like I’ve seen these pics before…it’s like they are all the fucking same…

Scarlett Johansson for Esquire Russia January 2013 of the Day

Scarlett Johansson was always an overrated, chubby girl who couldn’t act….but the public didn’t realize it…because they were too distracted at the fact that like 98 percent of women…she had tits…and good lips….but other than that…nothing she has done has been sexy, erotic, interesting, amazing, compelling, even attractive…but the media just fucking eats her up like she eats cake…. So seeing her in Esquire Russia…may not be her best photoshoot, but I would argue that it is, because they focused on all that is good about her, that face….and cropped out all the is

Jenny McCarthy in Shape Magazine of the Day

I got a lot of hate on twitter the other day because of JENNY McCarthy and it wasn’t even because I was making fun of autism or her ability of her pussy to make autism…. I got shit because she posted something about the horrible India rape on a bus leading to the victim dying story….and I responded saying that I would let her rape me on a bus…even if it killed me….but then again..you can’t rape the willing…and people went nuts… Who knew the public would find the idea of Jenny McCarthy fucking on a bus disgusting….I mean sure she’s old, but her tits are only 18. Not to mention, she stays fit…proven in this Shape Magazine feature on her….that reminds me that I’d still let her rape and kill me…even if it was to stop her from speaking…or making bad jokes and stupid faces…cuz as you know she’s the most annoying in the game….

REVIEW: Tough, Devastating The Invisible War Takes on Rape in the Military

It’s hard to know exactly how to review something like  The Invisible War , how to step back and look at it as a movie through the steady barrage of emotional devastation it presents. The stranger sitting next to me at my screening spent the latter half of the runtime sobbing into a fistful of tissues, and I couldn’t blame her — the film, the latest documentary from the Oscar-nominated Kirby Dick ( Outrage, This Film Is Not Yet Rated ) presents a sickening chorus of accounts not just of rape but of institutional betrayal, of a system that’s utterly failed to protect or serve those who’ve joined it. The Invisible War is brutal in the cases of sexual assaults in the U.S. military it runs down, but it’s even harder to take when it then explores the lack of follow-up, the victim blaming and self-serving protection of those in charge and the status quo. Again and again, the interviewees in the film — who are mostly but not entirely women — tell stories of enlisting out of idealism, patriotism or family tradition, thinking they’ve found a place for themselves, only to realize that for some of their colleagues, they’ll only ever be a target, and for others, they’re going to be held responsible for their own safety and taken to task otherwise. The film offers a variety of stories from military rape victims from different branches of the armed forces, including the Coast Guard and the Marines. Disturbing patterns quickly emerge. A woman ends up on assignment somewhere where she’s usually outnumbered. She gets harassed; she gets raped. She reports what happened to her superior officer, who either warns her off, or is a friend of the attacker, or would just rather the problem go away. And usually, at least for the perpetrator, it does — an appallingly low number of cases actually get brought to any kind of justice. Dick skillfully weaves together interviews with presentations of some damning numbers — like the fact that 20% of active-duty female soldiers get sexually assaulted, and the military itself acknowledges that a lot of cases are underreported because accusations of rape are so discouraged and can also permanently damage careers. To listen to someone talk about how she ended up getting charged with adultery and conduct unbecoming an officer after being assaulted by a married colleague is to feel that these structures aren’t just fundamentally flawed, they actually encourage this kind of horrific behavior because there are no consequences. The Invisible War follows a few of its interviewees in their current, non-military lives. One, Kori Cioca, is a young mother trying to get the VA to help her with the surgery she needs for her facial injury — she had her jaw broken by someone with whom she was serving in the Coast Guard, a man who raped her. Struggling with PTSD and in constant pain, she’s able to eat only soft food and is told she hasn’t served long enough to be covered because she left after the assault. Navy Seaman Trina McDonald was drugged and raped repeatedly while on a remote assignment in Alaska — the men attacking her were the military police to whom she’d need to report an assault. Now married to a woman and living in Seattle, she still struggles with trauma that, for a while, left her addicted and homeless. There are others — Marine Ariana Klay was told she must have wanted the harassment she received because she wore her military-standard uniform skirt. Elle Helmer, another Marine, and Navy Seaman Hannah Sewell had their rape kits “lost.” The film delves into what’s been done to change the present military culture and comes up with some laughable in-house poster and video campaigns that feature a woman soldier being angrily quizzed about why she’s out by herself and another that urges guys to “ask her when she’s sober,” suggesting that the problem in the military’s eyes is drunk girls with morning-after regrets rather than the kinds of attacks described by the interviewees on screen. The Invisible War also suggests, though doesn’t pursue the way perhaps it should have, that the military has a higher percentage of sexual predators than the outside world — because they’re drawn to the macho imagery with which enlistment is sold. The film certainly offers a solid case for military service being a great environment for someone with those inclinations, because there’s little recourse for a victim to report what happened outside of going to his or her commanding officer (one spokesperson earnestly suggests one could also write to one’s congressperson as a secondary option), and that goes against military sentiment of solidarity and strength through suffering. But solidarity’s worth nothing if you’re not actually a part of the whole, and both the accounts on display here and the way so many of the interviewees conclude that, initial positive experiences aside, they couldn’t recommend that anyone serve, show just how warped the system is and how many scars it’s left. The Invisible War   might be best judged as a piece of activism, in which case it’s already succeeding — after seeing the film in April, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta took the responsibility for sexual assault investigations away from commanding officers and put them in the hands of higher-ranking officials. It’s a step in the right direction, but this doc makes it clear there are many more serious changes to be made. Follow Alison Willmore on Twitter . Follow Movieline on Twitter .

What The Hell?? Denver Broncos WR On Trial For Sexually Assaulting & Knocking Up Drunk Woman After Forcing Her To Do A “Four-way” With Him, His Boo, And Teammate

SMH at them getting it poppin on a air mattress and this guy gets an NFL paycheck. Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas testified at former teammate Perrish Cox’s sexual assault trial Wednesday, saying that Cox carried a sleeping woman into his bed and then told Thomas, “I think she’s ready.” Cox is accused of sexually assaulting the woman, who testified earlier Wednesday. Both the woman and Thomas told jurors they kissed on an air mattress at Cox’s apartment after meeting Cox and Cox’s girlfriend at a club. Thomas said the woman fell asleep, and he dismissed Cox’s suggestion, saying he didn’t want to have sex with the woman because she was drunk. “I wanted to have sex with her but I didn’t,” Thomas testified. “We hadn’t done nothing before. I wasn’t going to try nothing that night because she had been drinking. She had got drunk.” Cox’s lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, objected to Thomas’ testimony because he hadn’t used the “she’s ready” phrase in a previous interview and asked for a mistrial. The judge rejected that. Thomas testified that Cox then sat with him in the living room for a while. He said the woman was still in the bedroom when he left about an hour later. The woman testified that she had a fuzzy memory of what happened that night and suspected she had been drugged after she woke up feeling sick the next day. Under questioning from Cox’s attorney, the woman said if something had happened with Thomas, she wouldn’t have considered it rape. “It wouldn’t have been fine but I wouldn’t have seen it as rape if he admitted it,” she said, referring to Thomas. She said Thomas denied that anything had happened. Later, she found out she was pregnant, and she contacted authorities Oct. 28, 2010. A DNA analyst testified that a paternity test using a sample taken from the woman’s placenta showed that Cox was the father, with more than 99 percent certainty. Thomas and Cox’s roommate, Cassius Vaughn, who was asleep in the apartment at the time of the alleged assault, also submitted DNA samples and were ruled out as the father. Steinberg rebutted the expert’s testimony by suggesting the sample may have been contaminated because it was an expedited request. Prosecutors Chris Gallo and Bob Chappell present a case that’s straightforward: Cox denies having sex with the woman, who can’t recall having sex that night but became pregnant and Cox’s DNA matched the fetus. But Steinberg, through cross examination of the prosecutors’ witnesses, paints a picture of partying and failed sexual relations between Thomas and the woman, and possible sexual relations between the woman and Cox’s girlfriend, Carthy Che. Thomas testified that the alleged victim was the aggressor when she jumped in the front seat with him and they started kissing as they drove with Cox and Che to Cox’s apartment. The alleged victim testified that she didn’t think she was drunk because she said she could have between 10 and 15 drinks without blacking out. Che also testified but rambled at times and couldn’t recall whether she spoke to an investigator who was sitting in the courtroom. In a question sent through Douglas County District Judge Paul King, jurors asked whether she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Thomas said the woman and Che appeared fine and were able to walk up the stairs to the apartment. Thomas sent the woman a text message around noon that day to ask if she remembered what happened earlier, which the woman told police she found suspicious. Thomas said he sent the text after Vaughn told him at practice that Che and the accuser had “girl-on-girl action.” “I asked if she hooked up with Che,” Thomas testified. He said he stopped texting her after she didn’t respond to about five messages. Cox has pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual assault while the victim was physically helpless and one count of sexual assault while the victim was incapable of determining the nature of the conduct. He faces two years to life in prison if convicted. Wow. Just wow!!! This story is wrong on too many fawking levels!!! So….they take a drunk girl home from the club, she gets it in with dude and his girl…then dude tries to get her to screw his teammate too…then girl gets pregnant and it’s the dude’s seed?!?!?!!? SMH. Lawsuits: Cash Money’s Bryan “Baby” AKA “Birdman” Williams And Brother “Slim” Williams In Court, Over Rape Case

Silm and Baby appeared in court this week, to Face a lawsuit from a woman Claiming Cash Money Records was responsible for her getting raped. A College Park woman is asking a judge to make a recording company responsible for an assault committed by one of its employees. Nicole Westmoreland claims she was supposed to be given an opportunity to make a business presentation, but instead she says she was “exposed to illegal drugs and explicit sexual activity” before the act took place. “I was followed into the bathroom, forced inside and I was raped,” Westmoreland said. She identified Alfred Cleveland as the man who committed the assault. He told authorities when they took him into custody that he worked for Cash Money Records. The criminal case has already been handled through a negotiated plea. Cleveland got jail time. Attorney Charles Hodges has a civil lawsuit pending against the record company on behalf of the young woman. Westmoreland claims she was offered $100,000 not to go to police, which she refused. She said the company threatened her life if she refused to drop the case. “That if I didn’t drop it that they were going to kill me,” said Westmoreland in court on Tuesday. Record company lawyer Jim Cox refuted that claim. The defense denies that Cleveland was an employee of that company; they claim he was a friend. “I believe that Brian Williams and Ronald Williams had to know that the rapist was dangerous,” Westmoreland testified. Westmoreland said the incident has forced her to seek treatment at a mental hospital after feeling suicidal. She is seeking unspecified damages. What do you think? Source More On Bossip!
