My name is Isabella, I’m a 14 year old belieber from Sydney, Australia . Writing this now, my very own Bieber experience is something I could only ever dream of, and I still can’t believe it’s happened. Being a belieber to me means more then just supporting Justin’s music, but also being there for Justin unconditionally regardless of the rumors that are spread or who he dates. It all started about a month ago when Justin tweeted that he would be coming to Australia on the 15th for the promo tour of Believe. Me and my bieber BFF Steph couldn’t believe it! We were so happy, excited and overwhelmed! When we found out that the only way to see Justin was to win tickets, we started to become anxious and nervous that we weren’t going to see him, but we were determined. I spent practically my entire holidays behind a computer screen entering competitions and getting up at 6am every morning trying to win radio competitions. As time passed, it came the day where Sunrise sent a text message out to everyone who won tickets to see Justin at their performance, and I wasn’t one of them. We were devastated to say the least and I continuously tweeted how upset I was. Surely enough a girl DM’d me offering me 2 tickets. Me and Steph couldn’t believe it! I called Steph when I got the DM and she was just as pumped as I was! More days passed and it was Friday 13th, the day The Hot Hits, Take 40 and Channel V were to announce there competition winners at 2pm as they all tweeted. I was at Steph’s house at the time anxiously waiting. It was 2.30 and still no call, I was starting to give in. Just as I thought “That’s it, we didn’t win anything,” I got a call. It was channel V, calling to tell me that I was a minor prize winner of their competition and that I was going to not only see Justin perform at the secret location Live+ Intimate show which was only for 300 people, but also meet him! To say we were excited was an understatement, we were COMPLETELY freaking out! I couldn’t believe that out of thousands of entries they choose mine ( My reaction ) . The day came pretty quickly from then, and it was Tuesday 17th, or in other words the day that I was to meet my idol; the person that inspires me and I look up to so much. My mum let me have the day off school to get ready and at 12:45 we left home and caught a train into the city, where all the competition winners were to meet at the Cargo Bar.  When we got there, we lined up, and got out wristbands put on. We were then ushered off onto the bus that would take us to ‘the secret location’, we didn’t even know where we were going! We were on the bus for more then an hour, practically having a tour of all Sydney, which I think was to tip off people where we were going. I saw Kenny and started banging against the window of the bus, but he didn’t see me haha. The acoustic performance started and as soon as I heard his beautiful voice singing, my heart started beating faster and faster. I was legit 3 meters away from him! My idol! My favorite song he performed was ‘Be Alright’, it was unbelievably flawless . My mum and I were swaying back and forth together, and when he looked to us he smiled. After 7 songs, he rapped up the performance and headed backstage with Dan, where I was yet to meet him. They told us we were to go in groups of 6 or 8. We went back outside down a long alley, near the red carpet which was where we entered through. Quickly approaching, we edged closer and closer to the front of the line, and was told that we weren’t allowed to give Justin anything, and that all gifts had to be given to security. We were at the front of the line, and finally it was time. We all heard the scream, “Next Group!” and my heart was beating at 100 miles an hour. I was the first to walk out and as soon as he turned his head and looked at me, I froze. I swear my heart melted right there. I couldn’t believe that he was right in front of me, my idol, my inspiration, my everything! Everything I had planned to say went right down the drain. He was like a life-size doll, flawless, amazing, and his cheek bones were the definition of perfection. I walked up to him and he said “Hi, how are you?” I was like “Good”, then I asked for a hug and he said “Of course”. I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek, and I was still in shock-mode! His so skinny and about the same height as me. Whilst we were waiting for the photo to be taken, he had both arms around either Chey and I, and no-one was talking, my mum spoke up and goes “Isn’t anyone going to talk to the poor kid?! You did a good job, and your really talented”. He laughed and poked his head out, and said “Thanks so much”. We then had our photo taken and were told we had to leave. It went so fast. If I didn’t have the photo to prove it, I’d think I was in a dream and it wasn’t real.  Thank you Channel V for giving me this once-in a lifetime opportunity, that I’ll forever be grateful for and thank you to my amazing best friend Helena (@helenaaxox) for always keeping me confident. Justin if your reading this, I’d like to say thank you for taking the time to meet us and always going out of your way to always please your fans (despite your hectic schedule). You have no idea how appreciative and thankful we are for everything you do for us. I can honestly say Justin is the sweetest, most humble, down to earth celebrity. Everyone who hasn’t met Justin, I know you’ve probably seen this in like 1000 other Bieber experiences, but seriously, don’t give up! I never thought something like this would happen to me so soon, yet it did! Things will happen when you least expect it, but keep trying hard, because if you work hard for something and want it badly enough anything is achievable.  -Isabella (@biebsaussieteam) Go here to read the rest: My name is Isabella, I’m a 14 year old belieber from Sydney,…

Join Movieline at Comic-Con’s Masters of the Web Panel (Plus Win Tickets to Dredd 3-D)

For the past few years I’ve had the honor of joining the annual Masters of the Web panel at Comic-Con, a confab of journalists and bloggers from the online film community sharing our experiences in web journalism, troll-taming, geek-baiting, etc. This year I’ll be returning to the panel, joined by a gaggle of fine web masters and mistresses… along with a special guest moderator: Karl Urban , star of Dredd 3-D . (Hit the jump for a chance to snag tickets to a special just-announced Comic-Con Dredd 3-D screening.) The panel has hosted a number of celebrity moderators before; inviting filmmakers like Edgar Wright and Bob Orci to turn the tables on the journalists who’d covered their films — and in some cases, panned them outright — made for interesting conversation, and wasn’t quite as awkward as you’d imagine. Urban, in town to present footage from Dredd 3-D , will get his turn to grill us at the podium this year. (Maybe he’ll wear his Dredd helmet! Can we ask him to do the whole thing in Bones-speak? Oh, the possibilities…) Dredd 3-D , meanwhile, will be unveiled in a special sneak screening on Wednesday at Comic-Con — and Movieline has five pairs of tickets to give away. Am I bribing you with advance tickets so that you’ll come to my panel, even though you’re only beholden to the honor system since the panel happens the day after the screening? Yes. Yes, I am. Don’t make me regret it. The first five people who comment below, promise to come to the Masters of the Web panel on Thursday at Comic-Con, and lay claim to a pair of VIP tickets, will get them. (Make sure to sign in with your email address and full name.) Screening info (more at www.JudgementIsComing.com ): Lionsgate is kicking off San Diego Comic Con 2012 with an Advance Screening of Dredd 3D Presented by Masters of the Web Wednesday, July 11th, 10:00pm Reading Cinemas Gaslamp. 701 5th Ave., San Diego But back to the Masters of the Web. The reason I love being a part of this panel every year, aside from the fact that I know each and every one of the folks joining me up there — friends, peers, competitors, karaoke buddies — is that it gives us the rare chance to take the pulse of the online space, from a behind-the-scenes perspective, as representatives of a relatively young community of writers and editors. The online blogging world has evolved so fast in the past decade alone, not only technically speaking but in terms of audience, engagement, ethics, and the significance of online reporting alongside traditional media, that this once-a-year gathering at the geekiest pop culture event of the year has the potential to touch on vital and interesting conversations, for web “masters” and readers alike. To whom are we most accountable? What tools are most useful to us? How do we acknowledge the looming presence and expectations of studios who give us access to their films (or, you know, arrange for special guest moderators and sneak screenings at special events)? Ahem. Perhaps we’ll touch on issues like those in the panel. Or maybe we’ll hound Urban for Lord of the Rings stories. Who knows? IT COULD GET CRAZY! Plus, attendees at the panel will receive free movie passes courtesy of panel sponsor AMC. See, guys? You get to peek into our lives and get free movies. Win-win! So: Mark your calendars. Thursday. Comic-Con. 4:30-5:30pm. Room 24ABC. Be there. 4:30-5:30 Masters of the Web— The annual gathering of some of the most prominent and influential film pundits on the web discuss the film industry, writing for film online, film fandom, and a whole lot more. Moderated by star of the new Lionsgate film Dredd, Karl Urban (Star Trek, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King), with special surprise cast members from the film. Panelists include Mike Sampson (ScreenCrush.com), Jen Yamato (MovieLine.com), Mali Elfman (ScreenCrave.com), Erik Davis (Movies.com), Steve “Frosty” Weintraub (Collider.com), Grae Drake (Fandango.com), Jenna Busch (Cocktails with Stan Lee), and Edward Douglas (ComingSoon.net), and hosted by John Campea (AMC Theatres). James Franco Crowns Kristen Stewart ‘Warrior Queen’

Oscar-nominated actor compares ‘Twilight’ star to her ‘Snow White’ character in a Huffington Post article. By Fallon Prinzivalli, with reporting by Josh Horowitz If you looked up “jack of all trades” in the dictionary, we’re pretty sure you’d find a picture of James Franco . His credits include actor, author, producer, director, artist, student, teacher — we’d go on, but we think you get the picture. He’s recently become a contributor to The Huffington Post , and his latest article is a review of “Snow White and the Huntsman” that successfully compares Kristen Stewart to her edgy character. “[‘Snow White’] could also be said to parallel Stewart’s rise to stardom,” Franco writes. “Some might argue that Stewart — or any young upstart buoyed by the surge of a successful franchise, album, or Internet meme — is just as unjustly charmed. Some could say she had a lucky break when she was cast in ‘Twilight’ and then rose to international stardom based less on her own skills than on the success of the project. But, whereas ‘Snow White’ would more than likely be inarticulate, diseased and frail after being confined in a tower for 10 years, Kristen Stewart landed ‘Twilight’ after years of working with some of the best directors in the business (David Fincher, Sean Penn). She actually does deserve the crown.” Franco’s critique recognizes the challenge filmmakers face when turning a fairy tale into a live-action film instead of simply animating it. He notes that Peter Jackson revolutionized the film industry with “Lord of the Rings,” greatly enhancing the technology aspect of fantasy stories. But whereas “Puss in Boots” can skim emotional development by falling in love in seconds, Stewart must prove to an audience that her romantic entanglements are real. Franco then relates Snow White’s epic battle against Charlize Theron’s Evil Queen as Stewart’s fight for recognition among Hollywood’s honored elite, believing Stewart deserves more credit than she’s given. “The images of Snow White as a leader of immense strength, charging on horseback across the beach at the head of an army, has less to do with her character and more to do with the actress who plays her,” Franco pens. “Stewart has braved more scrutiny of her private life than most presidents. She has taken big career risks by doing films like ‘Welcome to the Rileys,’ ‘The Runaways’ and ‘On the Road’ (nudity , I hear). She has worked her ass off. Whatever Snow White may be, Kristen is a warrior queen. Give her the crown.” This isn’t the first time Franco divulged his thoughts on one of Stewart’s projects. He frequently mentioned wanting to be involved in “Twilight” on late-night talk shows and even told Jimmy Kimmel he wanted to sing a song with Robert Pattinson or helm a skit with the cast for his Academy Award hosting debut. When MTV News caught up with the actor at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival, he had read the first three books and saw the first three films, prompting us to ask him about his thoughts on the series he deemed “fascinating.” “[Along with the books, the] movies are interesting also because they’ve really become part of the whole ‘Twilight’ phenomenon, and it’s really hard to extricate those actors from the reading experience or just the phenomenon of ‘Twilight’ now,” he said. “They’ve become a part of it to the point that the movies are almost commenting on themselves. There will be a scene where the go-to guys, Taylor and Rob, are in the tent, it’s almost like a ‘Brokeback Mountain’ scene, where the two guys are talking in a tent and the girl is asleep, and they’re having, like, this romantic moment almost through her, in a way. One of them says, ‘Well, I’m hotter than you,’ and it’s almost like they’re winking at the fans, like to the Team Jacob or the Team Edwards.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Snow White and the Huntsman.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com . Kristen Stewart Recalls Her ‘First Time’ With ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’

During MTV’s Sneak Peek Week, the actress and ‘Snow White’ co-star Sam Claflin remember their erotic MTV ‘After Hours’ segment. By Fallon Prinzivalli, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Kristen Stewart Photo: MTV News You may recall a little MTV “After Hours” segment called “Erotica,” in which Josh Horowitz had the cast of “Snow White and the Huntsman” read an excerpt from “Fifty Shades of Grey.” While Chris Hemsworth could barely make it through the reading, Kristen Stewart laughed at some of the lines, Charlize Theron attempted to act out the scene and Sam Claflin wooed us with his luscious tone. When we caught up with Stewart and Claflin again for MTV’s Sneak Peek Week , leading up to Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards at 9 p.m. ET, we asked the “Twilight” star if reading the erotic tale sparked her interest in the role of the timid Ana Steele. “They should ask me!” she joked. “No, I’m kidding. [During ‘After Hours’], that was the first time I read it.” Stewart is currently up for two Movie Awards along with her “Breaking Dawn” co-stars. Through the Movie of the Year and Best Kiss categories, she has a shot at the coveted Golden Popcorn. Voting is still open, so head over to MovieAwards.MTV.com to make your voice heard! And who knows, maybe “Snow White” will grab some nominations next year. Until then, we’re pretty sure Sam Claflin has a future in erotica books on tape. “To be honest, having watched that back, I took it way too seriously,” the actor laughed as he recalled the “After Hours” video. “All four of us did very different readings, but I actually properly read it. I got really into it.” Stewart didn’t disagree. She gave it a good try, but Claflin is unbeatable. “What happened to Sam before he was an actor? I was trying to get a job,” he joked. “I will do anything for money.” Horowitz brought out all three books in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy wrapped in a ribbon for both actors as a going-away present. Now they have their own copies of E L James’ series to take with them as they travel. Though don’t expect to see KStew reading her copy as she jets off to and from LAX. “When people read this on airplanes,” she said, “I’m like, ‘Whoa. Take that blanket off your lap! Get off the plane. Sick!’ ” Claflin, however, has a different reaction. “I’m like, ‘Can I borrow that after you?’ ” Head over to MovieAwards.MTV.com to vote for your favorite flicks now! Promo Trailer for Kristen Stewart’s Mother’s Transgender Prison Movie K-11 Debuts

Twilight fandom extends interest by association to every cast member’s extra- Twilight projects, and sometimes that vampire bump pays off for relatives, too. Case in point: K-11 , an intense-looking prison drama that’s gotten considerable exposure from the fact that it’s directed by Kristen Stewart ‘s mother, Jules. (The erstwhile Bella Swan was also once attached to star in the film, which, watching this first look at K-11 , would have been very interesting). Also: Goran Visnjic stars! Roll the promo. Oh, did I mention K-11 is about a Hollywood record producer who wakes up in jail after a bender, only to find he’s been placed in the special section for homosexuals and transgender prisoners where Deebo from Friday /The President from The Fifth Element (AKA Tiny Lister) lives? And that Mexican soap star Kate del Castillo rules the coop as a terrifying transsexual named Mousey? Also in this movie: D.B. Sweeney, Ginger from True Blood , Portia Doubleday, Jason Mewes, and reportedly the voice of Kristen Stewart, whose brother Cameron Stewart also appears making his feature debut. Director Stewart Tweeted out a link to the promo trailer from her Twitter account, where she also recently Tweeted about buying her daughter a baguette in Cannes . The film screened there earlier this week for buyers. [via @RealJulesStew ]
