SMH!!! Alleged Sexual Predator Refuses To Give Up School Board Seat Remember the school board member we told you about who assaulted a sleeping or unconscious minor in San Diego ? Well apparently he feels as though he still deserves his job…despite the disgusting charges against him. Via LATimes : A Compton school board member arrested last week on suspicion of sexually assaulting a sleeping man, said he will not step down despite numerous calls for his resignation. In a statement released through his spokeswoman, Skyy D. Fisher said inaccurate information has been disseminated in an effort to force him from the school board. He vowed to fight the allegations while continuing to serve the students and parents of Compton. “Mr. Fisher expects to be fully exonerated and vindicated in this matter,” Jasmyne Cannick, his spokeswoman, said in the statement. But community members protested Monday outside his home, and again pushed for his ouster during a late afternoon board meeting. Fisher was not home at the time of the protest, and was absent from the board meeting. “I don’t know how long we are going to go before we take action,” said Maria Villareal, a parent who lives in Compton. “Maybe he needs to kill somebody or rape somebody before the board takes action.” According to an arrest warrant, a 26-year-old man told San Diego police in April that Fisher had performed oral sex on him as he slept. The two men were on a trip to San Diego and shared a room, but were sleeping in separate beds, according to the arrest warrant. The man told police he woke as Fisher was sexually assaulting him. The nerve of this sicko! He ought to be forced to step down…physically if need be. Strangely enough, the first stories we encountered about Mr. Fisher involved a minor. Now it’s a 26-year-old man? Something ain’t right. SMH.

Farrah Franklin has once again been arrested for disorderly conduct. The former Destiny’s Child member, who spent five months as part of that group in 2011, was booked on this charge in 2011 and then allegedly had herself a seriously wild and crazy evening this part Saturday. Police tell TMZ that Franklin spent most of the night partying with NFL players and Da’Quan Bowers and Ricky Sapp. The trip went back to Sapp’s apartment in Myrtle Beach, where the two were grew suspicious of how long Franklin would spend in the bathroom – and then grew concerned when she reportedly went a tad crazy. Bowers and Sapp called the cops after Franklin started screaming and slamming doors, only she fled before authorities arrived. Officials eventually combed the neighborhood and found Franklon asleep on someone’s lawn. They described her as “highly intoxicated” and “unsteady on her feet” and took the singer in for disorderly conduct. Last night’s Christmas episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey featured Joe and Teresa Giudice going about their holiday business while staring down the possibility prison time for fraud charges. To say the Giudices have a lot on their plate these days would be a colossal understatement, but believe it or not, their problems may have just gotten worse. Reports emerged today that Bravo executives are seriously considering the idea of firing Teresa from the show that made her famous. With prison looming and four young children to support, now would be the worst possible time for the Giudice family to lose Teresa’s $700,000 salary . However, the show’s declining ratings, coupled with Housewife’s diva-like behavior have reportedly led producers to consider dropping her from the cast. Sources say Teresa’s recent feud with Andy Cohen over comments the Bravo president made on Watch What Happens Live may have been the final straw. “Bravo bosses are starting to think Teresa isn’t worth keeping around if her behavior continues,” an insider tells Radar Online. “The network is very sensitive to the fact that she’s facing a looming prison sentence and has tried to work with her during this difficult time.” “But Teresa has cut back substantially on media appearances to promote the show and has been acting like a diva.” Of course, if Teresa ends up being sent to prison in September, then she likely won’t be capable of filming season seven of the formerly popular reality series.
