Joseline Hernandes Tests Negative For Drugs Even though Stevie J has been insisting that Joseline has been drinking and drugging hardcore while carrying the unborn baby he denies…Joseline says she has proof that that is NOT the case. According to TMZ , Joseline filed formal court docs and attached 3 the results to three drug tests, proving she was completely negative for various drugs — including the cocaine Stevie says he witnessed her ingest . She’s also free and clear of amphetamines and marijuana and she even attached a note from her doctor stating she’s had a healthy pregnancy this entire time. Joseline says she voluntarily submitted to the drug tests to prove that Stevie’s repeated claims that she’s smoking and snorting while carrying lil baby Bonnie is just is a sick attempt to embarrass her. Meanwhile, Joseline let it be known that Stevie’s $5,000 check for her and the baby’s medical costs bounced. But not so fast — Stevie apparently says that the whole drug test thing is a pile of lies, because the tests weren’t conducted by a medical professional. SMH. This whole pregnancy has just been a big circus between these two (well, three really) . Little Bonnie has been on a roller coaster ride and she hasn’t even exited the womb yet. SMH. Adidas Says There Is No Deal With Blac Chyna In The Works Remember when we told you Blac Chyna Angela Renee Kardashian’s lawyers are currently in the process of brokering a quarter million dollar deal with Adidas for the Kardashian-to-be? Well apparently, that’s bogus. Despite the fact that Chyna is clearly a big time Adidas fan and constantly rocks the brand during her TV appearances…sources within Adidas tell TMZ , that no one at Adidas has ever spoken with Chyna about anything at all. “This is 1 trillion percent false at level. She has never been on our radar.” Honestly…it did seem like a random choice for Chyna to rep Adidas. But we all know that Mama Kris can make anything happen out here. Regardless, as it stands, somebody here is lying…and we doubt it’s Adidas. Of course, when questioned, Chyna’s lawyer said: “I have absolutely no comment.” Damn. Honestly, with all the other turmoil going on in Chyna’s life in the media right now, this one just seems like a bizarre stunt to pull, if it’s an outright lie…don’t you think?
Deal Settles Suit Over Reality Show “Iyanla: Fix My Life” Oprah has reached a settlement with the woman who accused her of stealing her show idea and turning it into the hit OWN show. The media mogul and her accuser reached a deal last week to have all claims against her and her network dismissed and the terms of the agreement will be sealed. Back in October, a Mississippi woman named Otisa C. Strickland sued Oprah, accusing her of stealing her show idea named “The Agency.” Strickland claimed Oprah used her proposed idea and created “Iyanla: Fix My Life,” which she said was a “carbon copy” of hers. The woman said in court documents that the two shows were virtually identical and both involved a counselor that travel across the country to people’s homes to counsel them about their life problems. Strickland said Oprah had access to her show idea because she accused the TV host of stealing another show back in 2011. Strickland said the OWN show, “In the Bedroom with Dr. Laura Berman” was a rip off of her show idea “Conflict Solutions.” The woman believed that battle put her on Oprah’s radar and allowed her to steal her idea entitled “The Agency.” “Iyanla” has been on OWN for over six seasons and has been a consistent hit for the network. Strickland’s suit demanded unspecified damages from Oprah and her network. The media mogul had yet to respond to the allegations in the complaint. Then on December 16th, a judgment of dismissal was entered in the case, stating Oprah and Strickland reached a compromise and settlement of all pending claims. Under their agreement, the case will be dismissed and all claims against Oprah and her network will be thrown out. The terms of the settlement will remain confidential.

Is Dance Moms coming to an end for Lifetime? With Abby Lee Miller’s legal troubles piling up and her potentially facing up to 30 months in prison, there really would not be much of a show without her. Now, the star of the series, Abby, has taken to social media with a post that seems like subtle hint the show is coming to a close. Miller captioned a video of her Junior Elite Competition Team winning first place in a manner that fueled this intense speculation. “Years of my life, seven seasons on TV in 130 Countries.” “I did my best for Lifetime and gave my all to [Dance Moms].” Miller’s possible farewell statement continued, “Thank you for the many wonderful opportunities and the valuable lessons I learned.” There is every possibility that Lifetime could be resting the show until Abby gets out of prison, but it would be difficult to get viewers back. After such a long time away, and having already aired for so long, this could mark the natural end point for the hit series. Recently, Lifetime opted to premiere Dance Moms Season 7 just one week after the conclusion of a lengthy Season 6. Could this mean the network is burning the remaining episodes of the show off to be done with it once and for all? Quite possibly. Abby Lee Miller-Kira Girard Fight on Dance Moms Ratings are down quite a bit vs. the first few episodes of Season 6, and the network has been known to cut underperforming shows. With Abby’s ever growing legal troubles and her near certain jail sentence coming up, it seems like the end is really here for the show. Yes, that’s too much, but watching Abby’s ever changing favoritism for some of the girls is pretty fun to watch. The moms go crazy, but would their children really be where they are without her?
