Drake Addresses Serena Williams Engagement Rumor Earlier today, rumors began spreading across the interwebs that Drake had already made Serena’s hotline AND finger bling with an engagement rock after only a couple months of officially dating. The couple has been getting progressively more serious, with Serena recently kicking it with Mama Drizzy at his restaurant opening, and the two being spotted just about everywhere together . So…are mazel-tovs in order for the happy couple?? As it turns out…not so much. One of Drake’s woes got in contact with TMZ to shut down all the wedding chatter: There was no “I do” … there was no bended knee … there was no proposal — because Drake and Serena Williams are NOT engaged to be married … this according to a rep for the rapper. The Internet was buzzing this morning with rumors that Drake had popped the question to the tennis star and she accepted … but it just ain’t true. Drake’s rep tells us, “The rumor is completely untrue.” The two have been spending a lot of time together lately — and finally busted out the PDA last month … so, it’s probably not entirely out of the question. But for now, pump the brakes on that wedding talk. Awwww. Well at least the couple is still enjoying each other and having fun…but it’s clear that Papi is still on the market. The Jacksons: Next Generation Scene Prince, Paris and Blanket are among the many participants on The Jacksons: Next Generation , which quietly debuted October 2 on Lifetime. The show focuses on the third generation of the famous family, specifically Taj, Taryll and T.J., Tito Jackson’s sons and nephews of the Jackson 5. The siblings, also known as the music group 3T, have toured and sold more than three million records globally just off their debut album. T.J. Jackson in particular has a unique perspective on how MJ’s kids are raised – he is their legal co-guardian – and why they want to do the show. He says Prince, Paris and Blanket grew up differently than he did, and that his younger cousins were starting to feel trapped by a secluded lifestyle. At 37, T.J. says with wisdom beyond his years that rather than exploiting the trio, this show is letting them come into their own appropriately. In the clip above, he talks about telling the family’s story and legacy from their perspective, and always honoring matriarch Katherine Jackson. Check it out. While Prince, Paris and especially Blanket being on the show at all is sure to raise eyebrows, it’s not the spectacle you might expect.
