Countess Vaughn Reveals Her Weight Loss Countess Vaughn is revealing how she went from a size 16 to a size 10. After already undergoing liposuction while on “Hollywood Divas”, Countess tells PEOPLE that he that she’s unabashed about being knifed up. “I’ve always been honest about everything,” the reality star, 37, tells PEOPLE. “I wanted to do a mommy makeover. I had done it after my oldest child. I really needed to just treat myself, and I’m happy about it!” After her surgery however, Countess says she began portion control to lose even more weight. “I watch what I eat, and I’m into snacking now,” she says. “I used to just eat maybe once or twice [a day] – breakfast and then dinner, maybe skip lunch. But now I try to snack, have some nuts, have some yogurt.” And she now skips out on fried chicken completely. “There are still times that I want it, but I have to watch it,” says the former Moesha star. “Instead of getting three pieces, I’ll have one piece and walk away.” Here’s Countess before…. and after. Chris Harrison may have actually hit the nail on the head by promising us the most dramatic Bachelor in Paradise episode EVER last night. He says that just about every week, but Bachelor in Paradise Season 2 Episode 11 lived up to its billing with drama on all romantic fronts. You’ll have to watch Bachelor in Paradise online to fully appreciate all that went down on ABC, but here’s a brief relationship rundown … Despite lots of promos hinting that “Kardashley” was no longer a virgin – or that Jared got Ashley Iaconetti pregnant – neither occurred. He did not deflower her, but Jared did dump Ashley, again , and she wept, again, pushing the limits of how embarrassing she can get. Before the rose ceremony, Ashley opted to save herself more humiliation by … exiting the show of her own volition (in tears, obviously). Unlucky in move Juelia got dumped by Mikey , who told her he had been forcing it; Juelia packed her bags and peaced out in tears. On a positive note, Justin hit it off with Cassandra , which was refreshingly boring as they hit it off without any fights, tears or drama. After begging and groveling his way to a date card via Jaclyn, Nick asked out Samantha , who he is just so taken with. Just smitten. “Why did you want to pursue me so much?” Sam asks. “You are absolutely the most gorgeous girl I’ve ever seen in my life,” Nick replies. Tight. At the rose ceremony, Dan bowed out of the show after thanking Ashley S. and Amber for their time, even if it didn’t work out. The roses given out: Kirk to Carly , Tanner to Jade , Nick to Samantha , Joshua to Tenley and Justin to Cassandra . That left Mikey. He tried to offer a rose to Mackenzie, but was rejected. As such, Mikey, Chelsie, Jaclyn, Ashley S. and Amber are out of Paradise . No more games or roses. The final week was just for love, so that they could figure out if theirs would sustain outside of the show. With that came another Fantasy Suite date, which Carly was legitimately giddy about, an excitement level Kirk did not seem to share. That’s when the show’s “married couple” began to unravel, though it was one-sided as Kirk revealed he was gonna dump Carly hard. “Kirk owed Carly more than this,” said Tanner of his co-star. “To wait until the 11th hour to break her heart is kind of an a–hole move.” Jade Roper added some similar thoughts: “He could have stopped it. He could have slowed it down. Instead, he just let her free fall.” As he pulled her aside, she genuinely had no idea even as Kirk rambled forever before he finally got to the point he was trying to make. Saying he was “a lot behind” in terms of their relationship, Kirk broke her heart as the cameras rolled, and she ran away from him crying. As Carly began to pack her bags for the airport, Kirk found her and tried to continue their talk, but was shot down in pretty epic fashion. “You broke my heart,” she told her now-ex-boyfriend. “I don’t want to talk to you ever again. I want nothing to do with you, ever again.” Damn. That was some cold s–t right there, Kirk. Remind us never to go steady with you on a reality show if we can avoid it. The exes get together to discuss several family matters, including their two kids Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but it’s clear that they’re both on edge before the meeting. “I don’t know if we’ll resolve anything but I should probably get some things off my chest,” Caitlyn is overheard saying during the clip.
I Am Cait Season 1 Episode 6 aired Sunday, and this week, Caitlyn Jenner fans learned a lot more about her friend and confidant, Candis Cayne. For weeks, we’ve heard talk of Caitlyn Jenner and Candis Cayne dating. While that talk is, by all accounts, false, we do sort of get it now. She’s great. And their relationship is outstanding. More than anyone, the transgender actress has been Caitlyn’s rock throughout her transition, and I Am Cait Season 1 Episode 6 was no different. She’s supporting and loving Cait for exactly who she is, but like any real friend, is also not afraid to ask the tough questions or push her a bit as well. Going out of one’s comfort zone can mean deep soul searching introspectively, or it can just mean getting out and experiencing trans nightlife . Or discussing dating in the trans community. The conversation of sexual identity and wondering is Caitlyn Jenner gay is a tough one. Candis is determined not to put any labels on such things. Candis believes Caitlyn is attracted to women but … “your sexuality and your gender are two completely different things … and it’s no one’s business.” Cayne also reveals that she’s a survivor of domestic violence, and sometimes severe domestic violence. Currently, she’s single … and giving up? “I just don’t think it’s ever going to happen in the love department,” she laments, and while we doubt that’s true, herein lies what makes her great: Candis is a human being with real struggles we can relate to even if we don’t know what it’s like to be trans, and her attitude is earnest and uplifting. Now it’s Caitlyn’s turn to lift up her friend, though, and she invites her Cait to a camp designed for trans youth. Turns out to be the perfect move. The camp offers an escape for a world that looks at them as outsiders, but just as significantly, lets them focus on being them and just have fun. “Being around friends is really nice when you haven’t been around friends for most of your life,” one of the campers says in a touching moment. The Saga of Unhappy, Unhinged Joe continued Sunday evening on ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise Season 2 Episode 9 , but did his fortunes improve? Spoiler alert: Yes. Then no. Then very much no. If you watch Bachelor in Paradise online , you know that someone had to bite the dust eventually in the ongoing battle of Joe and Samantha. This week, she changed her mind about going on a date with Justin, thinking that instead, she’d give Joe another shot … which he took. Would she change her mind back, though? Stay tuned. Amber ended up going on the date with Justin that Samantha flaked on, ditching Dan in the process as a means of making him jealous. That’s Bachelor in Paradise for you, pretty much. So is this: Amber and Justin’s date ended in tears after she wondered if she “made a mistake” for kissing Justin because she was still into Dan. She confessed this later to Dan, who also confessed … that he’s just not into her anyway. So, at least he’s honest, and she can live free of guilt? Meanwhile, infamous franchise party crasher slash liar slash man whore slash drunk slash wild card Chris Bukowski arrived on the scene. Naturally, he proceeded to get promptly sloshed. Unable to find someone to go on a date with him, he gave his date card to Joshua and Tenley and promptly peaced out. Pretty impressive. As for Jared and Ashley Iaconetti , she handed him a letter that she needed to write since every time they talk in person, she starts crying. It was three pages, front and back. At least. Jared read it aloud and it was awkward. Even more so? Amber deciding that since Dan’s no longer a fan … she’d like to use her rose on Jared! This places the producers in an interesting position of power, as they determine the order in which the women will hand out roses at the ceremony. After Carly gave hers to Kirk, Jade to Tanner, Tenley to Joshua, Juelia to Mikey and Ashley S. to Nick … Ashley I. was asked to go next. Jared accepted; Amber’s went to Justin. That left Samantha Steffen as the only girl left with a rose to hand out, and wouldn’t you know it … she blindsided Joe Bailey by giving it to Dan! Joe did not take this stunner well. At all. He again threatened to expose their texting scheme before the show; she denied any wrongdoing, called herself the victim, and so forth. She cried on Dan’s shoulder.
