Said report likened the Juggalos to the MS-13, Crips and Bloods. It also revealed that Juggalos have infiltrated the U.S. military and use social networking “to communicate and expand.” ICP rapper Shaggy 2 Dope told the Village Voice: “You’re trying to grow love in your country and s–t. Then the head of your country, the FBI, just turns around and f–king kicks you in the nuts. How are you supposed to respond to that?” Filing a giant ass lawsuit apparently.
