No, he hasn’t announced a new tour. The teen star is about to take on the Great White Way. Jonas is set to play J. Pierrepont Finch, the lead role in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” He’ll follow in the footsteps of Daniel Radcliffe, who is in the show until January 1, and “Glee” star Darren Criss, who takes over for three weeks on January 3. Jonas will settle into the show starting January 24 and end his run on July 1, 2012. “It’s official. I’m coming back to Broadway,” he tweeted on Wednesday (September 7). “So excited & honored to play the role of J. ‘Harry Potter’ Star Freddie Stroma Says Daniel Radcliffe Welcomed Him Into ‘Family’

Actor also tells MTV News he was ‘amazed’ seeing Radcliffe on Broadway. By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Freddie Stroma Photo: MTV News “Insanely overwhelming. Really, really strange.” That’s how “Harry Potter” star Freddie Stroma described what he was feeling as he walked the red carpet during the New York premiere of “Half-Blood Prince” in the summer of 2009. Almost two years later, not much has changed for the self-deprecating Brit, who stopped to chat with MTV News at the hectic premiere for the “Deathly Hallows, Part 1” DVD and said, above the roar of the fans, “I can’t get used to this. It’s just bizarre.” To be fair, Stroma hasn’t had as much practice as some of his co-stars, as he only joined the franchise (as the young, cocksure wizard Cormac McLaggen) for the sixth film. Yet once he signed on, the cast welcomed him into the fold. “When I first met Dan [Radcliffe], I came in and I was just doing a costume check,” Stroma said. “He introduced himself to me and said, ‘Hi, Freddie, how’s it going?’ And then two weeks later, he came up to me again and remembered my name. He meets hundreds of people every day, so that’s amazing. You feel like you’re coming into a family.” And like any good family, the cast is there to support one another in non-“Potter” matters. While he was in New York, Stroma caught a production of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” the Broadway musical in which Radcliffe currently stars. “Really good!” he said of the show. “Dan can dance, sing and act — who knew? I didn’t know. I was just amazed. And it was funny. It’s a funny show. Choreography is amazing as well.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com . Daniel Radcliffe Prefers Dancing Over Being Naked Onstage

Actor admits it’s easier to sing and dance in ‘How to Succeed …’ than it was to disrobe in ‘Equus.’ By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Daniel Radcliffe Photo: Getty “I’m excited. Terrified, but excited,” Daniel Radcliffe told MTV News in the summer of 2007 as he prepared to take the stage — and doff his drawers — in a London-based production of “Equus.” Radcliffe eventually took the production to Broadway in 2008, but even a year later, the nude scene never got much easier. Even the prospect of singing and dancing on Broadway — talents the 21-year-old actor readily admits don’t come naturally to him — is a delight by comparison. That’s why, as Radcliffe walked the red carpet at the opening for his new musical, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” he admitted that tapping his toes on Broadway is far less terrifying than ripping off his skivvies. “I’m still going to have to go with being naked onstage,” he laughed. “The dancing and singing thing, it is scary, particularly on Broadway, because it is the home of the musical. But once you’ve learned it, it can become really fun. I can’t say the same about being naked onstage. This is a much more fun show all around.” That’s not to say “How to Succeed” has been a cakewalk. Radcliffe and his fellow actors endured an exhaustive rehearsal schedule and nearly a month of previews before officially opening on Sunday. “We’ve had a long-ish preview period — I can’t say ‘long’ anymore because of ‘Spider-Man’ — but it feels great to be here and know the show is set now and we don’t have to rehearse during the day and we get to chill out,” he told us. “Honestly, coming in and doing a two-and-a-half-hour show every evening will seem like a holiday after the last couple months.” Related Videos MTV News Rough Cut: Daniel Radcliffe

Daniel Radcliffe Says Final ‘Harry Potter’ Press Tour Will Be ‘Weird’

‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying’ actor will trade Broadway for red carpets when ‘Deathly Hallows’ premieres in July. By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Daniel Radcliffe Photo: MTV News The end is almost upon us. Over a decade after production on the first “Harry Potter” began, the final film hits theaters in July, and as J.K. Rowling promised Daniel Radcliffe , she’s not going to write more books about the boy wizard. That’s fine by Radcliffe, who has joked on many an occasion that he’s ready to leave the franchise behind, not least because there’d be something unseemly about playing Harry as the actor approached middle age. But he’s not done with “Potter” yet. There’s still the upcoming press tour for the second part of “Deathly Hallows,” which will require Radcliffe to step away from his new Broadway musical, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,” for a few days. And, as he told MTV News recently, transitioning from one show-business world to another is going to be strange. “In a way, it will probably be weird to suddenly have to switch out of the mode I’m in for this show and then go and do press,” he said, adding with a laugh, “But I can do that. I’m very versatile!” Being able to jump from performing to plugging and back again, Radcliffe added, simply comes with the territory. “I think any actor that does a big film or even a show like this now without the expectation that they will have to do press for it is very naive,” he said. “It’s part of the job. It’s as much a part of the job almost as anything else.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com . Olivia Munn’s Fat Twitter Cleavage

Former nerd princess Olivia Munn is really trying hard to get people to watch the first episode of her crappy new sitcom, I can’t imagine it lasting anymore than the one, here she is backstage at Letterman getting her fat cleavage ready for the show. If she’s going to feature juicy front meat like this on every episode I know I’ll be watching. Anyhow, this is why I love the Twitter , half assed celebrities showing off their fat breasts. Good times.

Kim Kardashian’s Boobs Are On A Tear

It appears to me that Kim Kardashian is really trying hard to show me that she’s more than just a giant booty , everywhere I look she’s either dropping impressive cleavage or flashing her chilly nipples . Not that I mind, more women should do this kind of thing for me. I think that Lindsay Lohan is nothing more than a skinny freckled chick with no boobs…. Show me what you’ve got princess.

Daniel Radcliffe To Star In ‘All Quiet On The Western Front’

‘Harry Potter’ actor will play young German soldier fighting in World War I. By Adam Rosenberg Daniel Radcliffe Photo: Alberto E. Rodriguez/ Getty Images Daniel Radcliffe is set to move from the magical classrooms at Hogwarts to the mud-spattered trenches of World War I. The “Harry Potter” star, who only recently wrapped shooting on the two-part series conclusion of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” is looking at another literary adaptation for his next film: Erich Maria Remarque’s novel “All Quiet on the Western Front.” Variety reports that the “Potter” star will lead the “All Quiet” cast as Paul Baumer, a young German soldier who is sent with his friends to fight in the trenches. Unlike other popular war stories, Remarque’s book eschews themes of heroism and instead presents a bleak tale of young men whose daily lives vacillate between crushing boredom and mortal terror, examining the effects such an existence has on their psyches. “All Quiet on the Western Front” has been adapted for big screens before, as well as for television and radio. Indeed, Lewis Mileston’s 1930 version won an Oscar for Best Picture (becoming the first non-musical talkie to do so), leaving this latest attempt with quite a lot to live up to. Radcliffe comes to the project after falling for the script, which comes from Ian Stokell and Lesley Paterson, who are also producing under the Sliding Down Rainbows Entertainment banner. The “Potter” star is currently committed to performing on Broadway in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”; “All Quiet” shooting will kick off in spring 2012, after Radcliffe finishes with his theater commitments in 2011. Radcliffe might be finished in front of the film cameras for “Deathly Hallows,” but he’ll spend the next year-plus posing for press photos as he promotes the two-part series closer. The first of the two films hits theaters this year, on November 19, and the conclusion follows months later, on July 15, 2011. Lindsay Lohan’s Escalade Escapade

Lindsay Lohan never seems to let us down. Every time we catch up to her during a night on the town, she gives us something to write about. This time the star turtled up into the fetal position in the backseat of her Escalade after leaving DRE’S nightclub at the W Hotel in Hollywood.

Lindsay Lohan Cry for Attention of the Day

Lohan is really trying to stay relevant in the art and fashion scene since the mainstream celebrity scene turned its back on her when she went dyke, which the art and fashion scene gets boners for faggots, but I think it’s safe to say that if a magazine, like Muse for example, says that they are THE “Fashionart Magazine, they are obviously pretty full of shit, like Lady Gaga calling herself an artistic performer and the followers believing her bullshit, but at least they managed to trick Lohan into getting naked and sexual in this photoshoot, despite how lame of a magazine they obviously are….Lohan just doesn’t know any better…so to her this keeps her credibility and makes sense, to everyone else it’s a few years too late…
