I’ve always liked Emmy Rossum . She’s got a great set of legs, and she always seems willing to show off that super-cute cleavage of hers, which are pretty much my two biggest requirements for a hottie. But for some reason, Emmy’s not quite as famous as she could be. And I think I’ve finally figured it out. No, she doesn’t need to hook up with yours truly (although I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt). See, here she is going out wearing a see-through shirt, which is a great move for any hottie, but then she forgot the most important part: to forget to wear a bra underneath. So close! I’m telling you, if Emmy really wants to boost her career, she should fire her agent and managers and just hire me as her hotness consultant. Because I just double-checked and apparently Dakota’s 20 these days. And I’m glad to see that she’s started dressing like it too, after these pictures of her going see-through at the 18th annual Accessories Council ACE Awards in New York.
