From NBC : The nine-second video posted on Twitter appears to show Mary Hastings, a teacher at Ozen High School in Beaumont, striking a student five times while yelling at him about a disruption, calling him an “idiot ass.” It was not clear exactly what preceded the action. Hastings then appears to mock the student’s crying following the repeated hits. She was arrested on one charge of assault and released on bail, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The school said it placed her on administrative leave, and the school district said in a statement that they do not condone and won’t tolerate employees abusing a child. Lock that azz up!

Nerlens Noel Leaves Rental Home A Disaster Homeowners were in for a surprise when Philadelphia 76er Nerlens Noel left their rental . The NBA star did so much damage that they’re suing him for $75,000. Via TMZ Sports : The 21-year-old Philadelphia 76ers star rented a 4,800 square foot home outside of Philly back in September 2014 — paying $54,000 for a one-year lease. But he not only trashed the place and left weed throughout the home … he also allegedly threatened the owners after he moved out. In their lawsuit, the owners of the home list all of the crazy damage they found including after Noel moved out in August 2015: — “Splashed neon colored sports drinks (such as Gatorade) on the carpets throughout the home.” — $30,000 in other damage to carpets — Extreme water damage throughout the home — Clogged toilets filled with cotton balls and feces And Nerlens demanded his security deposit back when he left. So, with that being said, he had actually put out a statement. He uh… He is single, number one. And I think the other thing that people were saying was that I was the cause of his divorce. Which I think any divorce is obviously a sad thing people have to go through. It takes time to get through that sort of thing. And I think no-one put that time together. I’m going to say the truth and the truth of the matter is that isn’t the case. He obviously is divorced. He had put out a statement saying that um he had failed in his marriage and it was about five years back. I didn’t know him at that time, so to put that blame on me was obviously hurtful. Interesting. Do you feel like Adrienne and Israel should have waited a while longer to go public with their relationship to avoid some of this?
