Kendrick Lamar Celebrates Grammy Wins With Friends Miguel, Swizz Beats And More

Last night, after his multiple Grammy triumph, Kendrick Lamar celebrated with friends and bottles of Moët & Chandon at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA. The rapper had plenty to celebrate after taking home awards for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Album… plus he had a FYE performance ! Legendary music producer and composer Timbaland was in attendance along with certified crooner Miguel and his gorgeous girlfriend Nanzanin Mandi . The latter were also spotted stealing a kiss while Swizz Beats toasted Kendrick’s Grammy run. Other notables in attendance included Black Eyed Peas’s Apl. De. Ap. and actress Anna Kendrick and magician David Blane, who dazzled guests with his slight of hand. Kanye West Says Taylor Swift Approved His Lyrics About Her Kanye West’s lyrics are making folks upset before his album even drops. His line about Taylor Swift in the song “Famous” is already getting people pissed — including Taylor herself. The public heard the lyrics for the first time yesterday during Kanye’s fashion show and album listening event : For all my Southside n—-s who know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b*tch famous / G*d damn / I made that b*tch famous After seeing how her “squad” and fans all freaked out after hearing the lyric, Taylor’s team quickly released a statement saying that Taylor was completely blindsided by Kanye’s comment and utterly offended that he never ran it past her. However, Kanye says not so fast. Ye took to twitter earlier today to let the world know that first and foremost, his lyrics were not meant to be seen as a “diss,” and his wife Kim cleared the line about him one day smashing Taylor. Finally, Kanye revealed that not only had Taylor herself heard it, but she thought it was funny and gave him a thumbs up — especially since she personally made the “Kanye made me famous” joke herself. Rasheed Wallace Drive Truck Full Of Water To Flint Former NBA star Rasheed Wallace drove truck filled with cases of water to Flint. Michigan. The athlete is following in the steps of other celebs who have vowed to help the city during the lead poisoning crisis . According to Sports Illustrated : Wallace played for the Tarheels from 1993 to 1995 before being selected with the No. 4 overall pick in the 1995 NBA draft. Wallace is one of many stars donating and assisting the federal state of emergency with the water conditions in Flint. The contaminated water has been linked to residents who have suffered permanent brain damage as well as 10 victims who have died from Legionnaire’s disease. Earlier in the week Detroit Lions defensive end Ezekiel Ansah pledged 94,000 bottles of water. Other members of the Detroit Lions who have issued aid are Haloti Ngata, Darryl Tapp, Gabe Wright, Jason Jones and Joique Bell. Detroit Pistons players and executives have rallied behind owner Tom Gores’s efforts, pledging a total of $500,000 to the FlintNOW campaign on Thursday.
