While The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been vocal about Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes, she had yet to weigh in on Maloof’s new man. Hilaria Thomas is expecting her first child with Alec Baldwin. But instead of simply sitting back and celebrating, the couple is now facing one of the most unusual lawsuits we’ve seen in 2013. While details are sparse, a man named Spencer Wolff has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court that claims he suffered “serious” and “severe” injuries – and became “emotionally upset” – during a Yoga class taught by Thomas on January 15. It’s unclear just what this means, but Wolff cites an “overcrowded” class and “negligence” on the part of Baldwin’s spouse for the basis of his injuries. Thomas and Baldwin were married in June of 2012. She has been teaching yoga since 2005 in New York City.
Amanda Bynes has apparently set a personal weight loss goal. Apparently it’s also an ambitious and borderline unsafe one. The troubled 26-year-old says that since she moved to New York from Los Angeles last year, she’s dropped four pounds , falling from 125 to 121. Now the 5’8″ actress says she only has 21 to go! According to various indexes, a 5’8″ woman should hit a target weight of about 131-161 pounds, meaning she may already be flirting with being too thin. After another 20 pounds? Bynes, who was recently evicted from her NYC apartment , is undeterred. She recently took to Instagram to discuss her diet, posting a photo of her legs. “Losing weight is hard to do!” Amanda Bynes opined, in what was some of the least bizarre behavior she’s shown in months. “I love jeans with sexy holes.” Don’t we all. FIRST, sources say Selena is about to record a song that exposes Bieber as a class-A jerk , someone who treated her poorly and flirted non-stop while they dated. SECOND, insiders tell Us Weekly that Bieber has beaten his ex to the vengeful punch! The tabloid says Justin has included on “Believe Acoustic” (which comes out tomorrow) a track titled “Nothing Like This.” It’s allegedly all about Gomez, and it’s places the blame on the couple’s split squarely on her pretty shoulders. “It tells the whole story about how he broke up with her, she begged him to take her back, and then he decided he was done for good,” a source claims. “This is his answer to Selena .” Lyrics of the song include: “Gave you everything/Everything I had to give/Girl, why would you push me away/Lost in confusion/Like an illusion/You know I’m used to making your day/That’s in the past now/We didn’t last now/Guess that this is meant to be /Tell me was it worth it/We were so perfect /Baby, I just want you to see.” Sounds more sad than bitter, doesn’t it?
