The wildly popular singer, who may or may not be dating Harry Styles , appeared Monday on that nation’s version of The Today Show , promoting her new album via a couple of live performances. First, of the title track off “Red.” Taylor Swift – “Red” (Live in Australia) And then of the track many believe was penned with John Mayer in mind. Clive Dunn dies at 92

Clive Dunn, star of the BBC#39;s World War II show Dad#39;s Army, is surrounded by photographers at the Imperial War Museum in London July 31. He died in Portugal on Tuesday from complications following an operation. Danell Leyva Naked Pictures to Hit the Internet?

U.S. gymnast Danell Leyva is making headlines this week, and not for his performance in the London Olympics, but for his antics with an iPhone. Deadspin claims a woman came forward and asked if she could “submit some risque photos of Danell Leyva,” asking for nothing in return. Why? She says she had “some in underwear and some nudes” of the Miami native, who she says “sorta played” her on a promised photo exchange. What that means is an open question, but here’s one: NOTE: The rest of the Danell Leyva photos are more NSFW. Before long, the woman the images to the sports/gossip site, adding that he has “done this to other women” as well, and potentially teasing more to come. Whether she leaks more or they’re any racier than the first batch remains to be seen, but if this is any indication, she is not a fan of Danell Leyva. At all. Michael Phelps Wins Gold, Sets Olympic Medal Mark

It’s a good day to be an American. Within hours of the U.S. Gymnastics Team taking home the Gold Medal by a very wide margin, Michael Phelps set the record for most times on the Olympic podium. The iconic athlete teamed with Ryan Lochte , Ricky Berens, and Conor Dwyer to take first place in the 4x200m Freestyle Relay this afternoon, giving Phelps 19 total medals over three Olympics, the most of any athlete in the history of the Games. In addition to the all-time Olympic medal record, Phelps holds the mark for most Gold Olympic medals (15) and the record for most Golds in individual events (9). We send Phelps our hearty congratulations and we say: USA! USA!

No, really — I’m asking: “Scalpers reportedly are re-selling The Dark Knight Rises ’ midnight IMAX tickets for $65-$100 apiece on both Craigslist and StubHub for NYC’s AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 — higher even than for Avengers . Yet this may be my favorite Dark Knight Rises pre-release factoid so far: ‘All the major circuits have asked for more frequent pickups from their Brink’s Truck drivers to deposit the record amount of cash they are anticipating,’ a Warner Bros exec told me today.” [ Deadline ]

A Lil Hometown Positvity: Drake Pays Tribute To Toronto Shooting Vicitms; Calls For An End To ‘Senseless Violence’

Oh, the irony…. Drake Pays Tribute To Toronto Shooting Victims On Twitter Drizzy Drake took a moment to pay tribute to the young vicitms that lost their lives during a shooting rampage in his hometown Toronto, Canada on Monday. He urged hi fans to fight against ‘senseless violence’  even though he busted Chris Brown in the mouth with a bottle last month . Drake has called for an end to violence in his native Canada after two lives were claimed in a mass shooting on Monday. A neighbourhood street party in Toronto ended in bloodshed after gunmen opened fire, killing 14-year old Shyanne Charles and Joshua Yasay, 23. Another two dozen revellers, including a toddler, were taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. Drake has since taken to his Twitter.com page to pay tribute to the slain youngsters, while appealing for peace in his hometown. He writes, “My condolences go out to the family and friends of Shyanne Charles and Joshua Yasay. Senseless violence in Toronto has to stop.” Police suspect gang members were behind the rampage, and have appealed for anyone with information to come forward. Do as I say and not as I do , huh Drizzy? Hopefully he takes his own advice as well. Source
