For the second time this year, the tabloids want readers to believe that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are going to be parents again . The newest issue of Life & Style has the news plastered on its cover. “The (Happiest) Shock Of The Lives,” the sub-headline read. “How they’re preparing for life with three kids under three.” The parents of Silas, 1, “couldn’t be more thrilled,” a source allegedly told the tabloid. “They weren’t expecting it!” The weekly alleges that Biel went through a successful round of IVF, which resulted in twins. “Jess is doing really well right now,” the source added. “She’s glowing and happy.” Like any couple expecting imaginary twins, the Timberlakes are a little overwhelmed by the thought. “Their heads were spinning a little,” the source said. “But once they got used to the idea, they realized it was really the happiest shock of their lives. It’s still very new for them.” Totes. “They’re so happy now,” the source said, also pointing out that there will be a two-year age gap between Silas and the babies. “They’re very excited to grow their family.” Back in March, OK! made a similar claim. “They’re going to wait to find out the babies’ genders, but they both love the idea of having another boy and a girl,” yet another source said. During an appearance on Ellen, Biel accepted congratulations for the fake news. “I know, isn’t it exciting guys?” she joked. Ever since Ryan Lochte was caught lying about being held at gunpoint in Rio on August 14th, people are wondering what his teammate, Michael Phelps thinks about the whole ordeal. E! News was able to get a comment from Phelps as he was leaving a Scottsdale, Arizona Starbucks. “We have good people taking care of it, so hopefully,” Phelps said when asked Lochte would come out of the scandal “unscathed.” According to sources at the coffee chain, Phelps “seemed relaxed” and graciously stopped to thank fans who congratulated him on racking up so many gold medals in Rio. Phelps, 31, landed back in America after the games on August 17th, and has been spending his first days of retirement with fiancee Nicole Johnson and three-month-old son, Boomer. Ryan Lochte: Rio Surveillance Video Today, Lochte issued a mea culpa of sorts (kind of) after it was discovered that he and three teammates lied about being held at gunpoint in Rio. “I want to apologize for my behavior last weekend — for not being more careful and candid in how I described the events of that early morning and for my role in taking the focus away from the many athletes fulfilling their dreams of participating in the Olympics,” the statement read. “I waited to share these thoughts until it was confirmed that the legal situation was addressed and it was clear that my teammates would be arriving home safely.” Jack Conger and Gunnar Bent, two of Lochte’s teammates were with him that night, were pulled off a US-bound plane in Rio so that they could be interrogated by officials. Jimmy Feigen, the third teammate, only got his passport back when he agreed to pay nearly. $11,000 to avoid prosecution. “It’s traumatic to be out late with your friends in a foreign country – with a language barrier – and have a stranger point a gun at you and demand money to let you leave,” Lochte continued. “But regardless of the behavior of anyone else that night, I should have been much more responsible in how I handled myself and for that I am sorry to my teammates, my fans, my fellow competitors, my sponsors, and the hosts of this great event. With rumors abounding that she and the rapper are headed for a divorce, Harris has released a statement through her rep. “Tameka Harris has read so much about her marriage in the past few weeks that it’s time to set the record straight and really educate everyone on the facts,” it reads. “Certain blogs have ‘reported’ that she’s going to be a single mom, she’s getting a divorce, she has a new residence and everything in between.” Hey, The Hollywood Gossip is not one of those blogs. For the record and everything. Last month, however, chatter did circulate around these Internet parts that Harris and T.I. had been separated for months. “On behalf of Mrs. Harris, this is the truth – Tameka and T.I. are good,” the statement continues. “They love each other and they have a beautiful family with seven amazing children. For them it will always be family over everything.” Harris and T.I. are actually one of the most underrated couple in Hollywood, in terms of tandems you rarely think about that have lasted many years. They got married in 2010. They are parents of daughter Heiress and sons Clifford and Major, while T.I. is also the father of sons Messiah and Domani and daughter Deyjah from previous relationships. Harris, meanwhile, shares daughter Zonnique with ex Zonnie Zebo Pullins. But they’ve made this large and diverse family work. They’ve even made it work through five seasons of T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle on VH1. They even remained together when T.I. completed 11 months in prison for drug charges in 2011. Kesha has dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against Dr. Luke… in California! That much was confirmed on Monday, August 1 when the singer’s legal team formally dropped the lawsuit in California (there’s still one in New York). The Tik Tok singer has been battling with her former producer for the last 2-years and it’s put a strain on her music career. She can’t release any new music without doing it through her record label, so she’s been stuck between a rock and a hard place. The star tried her best to get out of her contract in order to release music without having to work without Dr. Luke. That’s not a huge thing to ask, considering the allegations. Right?! It just didn’t seem to work out in Kesha’s favor, so she’s decided to see out the rest of her contractual obligations in order to do her own thing. That included her submitting 28 songs to her record label. She even recorded them at her own expense. She’s desperate to move on from her ordeal. “Kesha is focused on getting back to work and has delivered 28 new songs to the record label,” Daniel Petrocelli, partner at O’Melveny & Myers, said in a statement to BuzzFeed News. “We have conveyed to Sony Music and the label Kesha’s strong desire to release the single and an album as soon as possible.” Kesha has made it her mission to stay singing. She’s been doing live shows to keep herself busy. When a huge star like Kesha doesn’t release any music for a while, there’s always that chance that their career will be over when they try and bring new music out.
