Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are trying to work it all out. We’re not talking about their relationship. The marriage is over. There’s no hope for reconciliation. We’re sorry to be the one who have to tell you that. But there are plenty of issues for every couple who gets divorced to work out, even those who signed a pretty straightforward prenuptial agreement prior to exchanging vows. According to People Magazine, however, the main topic at the center of Pitt and Jolie’s ongoing negotiations is the estranged twosome’s six children. Specifically: who gets custody of them and in what sort of arrangement? When Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on September 19, she requested joint legal custody … but primary physical custody, with visitation for Pitt. Conversely, Pitt insiders have said the actor will push for shared physical custody of their children, who are : 15-year-old Maddox, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. It is Maddox with whom Pitt is accused of getting into an altercation of some kind on board a private airplane, just days prior to Jolie’s divorce filing. Brad Pitt Hasn’t Seen His Kids Since… Any custody agreement the stars reach will need to be signed off on by a judge in order to make ensure it’s in the best interests of the kids. At the moment, the two sides (or lawyers for the two sides, we presume) are simply meeting in private. “If Angelina and Brad reach an agreement on custody, the judge assigned to the case will be delighted that these parents were able to work out something that they can live with and that makes sense for the family,” certified family law specialist Stephanie Blum, of Reuben Raucher & Blum, tells People. She is not actually involved in the case, it’s worth noting. It seems very unlikely that these private negotiations will result in Jolie earning the sole physical custody she desires. Because why would Pitt simply agree to it? “It is extremely difficult to be granted sole custody in a California court, absent some egregious behavior that directly impacts the best interest of the minor children,” says Los Angeles family law lawyer Atousa Saei, also to People. But then the claims of child abuse came out against Pitt and it’s difficult to know what to think. Did he really attack Maddox, both verbally and physically? Does he really have a drinking problem? Some parts of those rumors either have to be true… or it has to be true that Jolie is out to destroy Pitt and has planted various stories herself. Both of those scenarios are pretty disturbing when it comes to one of the few couples in Hollywood that everyone thought would really make it. We guess it’s on you now, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard. Don’t you dare ever breakup. We wouldn’t be able to handle it.
Blac Chyna Doesn’t Know Rob Kardashian’s Friends Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna … bless this mess. This couple is absolutely in shambles this week — they’re always in shambles, honestly, but this week has been especially rough. It all started on Monday night when Rob made the hilarious but seriously uncool move of tweeting out Kylie Jenner’s phone number . And that does sound like a rude, petty move, but as it turns out, the plan was for Rob and Chyna to have separate baby showers because they had broken up . But then earlier today we heard that Rob and Chyna are still together, they’re just not speaking or texting . Yes, it’s all terribly mature and romantic, isn’t it? Except where it’s actually the dumbest, most pitiful excuse for a relationship we’ve seen on reality television in recent memory. Don’t worry though, it gets worse: in a new Rob & Chyna clip, which you can see above, Blac Chyna tells Scott Disick that she’s never even met any of Rob’s friends. She’s engaged to Rob, she’ll give birth to his first child in just a few short weeks, and she’s never met any of his friends. Yeah, that sounds normal. The clip starts with Chyna and Scott planning a party for Rob. Chyns sounds a little cautious, telling Scott that “Rob always gets nervous and chokes up when he’s around a lot of people,” but Scott shuts it down, saying that “everyone needs to start spending time together.” What’s that, Scott? A family should spend time together instead of avoiding each other and fighting over idiotic nonsense? Surely you must be joking! Scott continues acting as conductor of the Truth Train, saying that Rob’s “got all these friends that he grew up with that you don’t even know. They keep calling me like ‘Why have I not met Rob’s future wife and the mother of his child?'” Sadly, Scott says that Rob just kind of shrugs it off when he asks him about it. As for Chyna, she later tells the camera that “I don’t know none of Rob’s friends, and that’s just different.” And really, if we had to pick just one statement to sum up Rob and Chyna’s relationship, it would be her saying “that’s just different,” tone and all. We’re not sure exactly what’s going on with these two, and we’re not entirely convinced that even they know what’s going on with them. But it’s probably safe to say that it’s real damn weird. If she doesn’t know any of his friends, that’s a bad sign. If they’re not talking, that’s a bad sign. If you consider basically anything that’s happened in their relationship since they began dating at the beginning of this year, they’re all bad signs. You’ve got to give it up for those Kardashians — whether it’s feuding with each other, being petty and awful, or just having terrible relationships, they really just go for it. Man Charged In Murder Of Transgender Woman Dee Whigham A transgender Mississippi woman was found dead in July after authorities say a 20-year-old man stabbed her 119 times, mainly in the face. Dwayna Hickerson is now charged with killing Dee Whigham after he was seen entering a hotel room with her but leaving alone. WFLA.com reports: The transgender woman was found dead in a hotel with more than 100 stab wounds, mostly to her face. According to WLOX, Dwanya Hickerson, 20, is accused of killing 25-year-old Dee Whigham in July at a Best Western Hotel in St. Martin. Surveillance video taken at the hotel shows the two walking into a hotel room together, and 23 minutes later, Hickerson is seen leaving the room alone. An autopsy report showed that Whigham was stabbed 119 times, with most to her face and her throat had been slashed three times. Deputies say Hickerson, a soldier, stole a coach bag belonging to Whigham, as well as her cell phone and few other person items, and that his bloody clothes were found near a dumpster not far from his barracks. Hickerson was arrested on Keesler Air Force Base two days after the killing. He is charged with capital murder. Investigators are still trying to determine the relationship between the Whigham and Hickerson. This is so sad, Dee makes the 16th transperson killed this year. Stop the violence.
There are certain ways to win back the woman you love. Sending a bouquet of flowers with a bill attached is not one of them. Apparently this is what Casper Smart did after his relationship with Jennifer Lopez ended . According to Life & Style , Smart dialed up Lopez’s favorite Los Angeles-area florist “and placed a custom order for $525 ” for two dozen pink roses. At first, you want to give the guy a break and assume he accidentally charged on the wrong account. It turns out, however, that Smart had meant to bill his ex, because “several hours later, J. Lo’s manager called Casper and yelled at him because he had charged the flowers to J. Lo’s personal account.” Lopez, 47, and her 29-year-old boyfriend split up in late August, a source told People Magazine. They had been dating on and off for five years. “Jennifer and Casper have split,” the source said. “They have not been together for a few weeks.” Nothing big caused the break-up, save for the obvious age difference. “It wasn’t anything dramatic and they were on good terms – it just came to a natural end,” the source insisted. “They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable.” Of course, this is too dull a story for the gossip rags, who immediately started digging for some dirt on the former couple. In Touch beat everyone to it, claiming that Smart would not move out of Lopez’s home, despite being cut off financially. The horror! “He was refusing to move out of Jennifer’s house and even threatened legal action if Jennifer attempts to have the locks changed,” a source claimed. “He won’t accept that the relationship is over.” Or his cash flow. “She cut off all of his credit cards and access to a bank account she’d established for him,” the source added. “She was very generous to Casper. Dating her has a lot of perks — private-jet travel, over-the-top vacations, attending only the best parties — so Jennifer questions whether he’s in love with her or her lifestyle.” 50/50? May 40/60…commercial air travel is a real bitch these days, so it’s always nice to have that PJ gassed up and ready to fly.

Rob & Chyna premieres in just a few days, and E! is ramping up their promotional efforts for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off. It’s the spin-off that no one really cares about. If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online , you’ll know that Rob was not the most interesting person on the show. It resulted in him taking a back seat from his duties due to him coming to the conclusion that the show ruined his family. That’s a perfectly plausible conclusion, but it does not explain why the heck he’s taking part in another show. There’s no denying Rob and Blac Chyna found love in a hopeless place. Their relationship came out of nowhere and shocked the world. Blac has a son to Kylie Jenner’s ex, Tyga. That’s going to make for one messed up family tree. We know that this new series is going to focus on the ups and downs for both Rob and Chyna. Like most couples, they have their arguments, but they always seem to find a way to work through their issues. However, Blac is not amused with Rob in the slightest in a new sneak peek when he starts quizzing her about changing her password to her cell phone. “Who’s this hitting your phone over and over?” Kardashian, 29, asks. “And your password’s not the same as it was.” Chyna made her feelings known to Rob when quizzed why he didn’t trust her. “It’s not about that — it’s just that I don’t get why you even care if I go through your phone.… I mean, don’t you think that’s shady?,” quipped Kardashian. The news shocked fans, as it came just days after Swift’s team confirmed the singer had broken up with Calvin Harris . The relationship between Swift and Hiddleston was so sudden, and the couple seemed to move so quickly that rumors that the whole was a publicity stunt spread like wildfire on social media. It was tough to see what Swift would stand to gain from such a stunt, and indeed, it wasn’t long before Hiddleston broke his silence , confirming that he and Taylor were not only dating, but were quite serious about spending their future together. “Look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we’re very happy,” Hiddleston told The Hollywood Reporter in June. “That’s the truth.
