Sources say Kris Jenner’s thirst was EXTRA real during Paris Fashion Week. Back in January, Brittany Norwood sued Arian Foster , claiming that the Houston Texans’ star running back got her pregnant, then refused to pay her medical expenses and attempted to harass her into having an abortion. Today, Norwood gave birth to Gatsby Alexander Norwood Foster. Not surprisingly, she maintains that the baby looks just like Foster. According to TMZ, shortly after the delivery, Norwood tweeted , “Gatsby looks identical to my biological father’s baby pictures.” Arian is reportedly aware of the birth, but has yet to acknowledge that he is the father. The three-time Pro Bowler claims he has recordings that prove Brittany is lying about at least part of her story. A paternity hearing is expected to be scheduled in the very near future to determine if Foster is in fact the father. Thus far, Foster has only addressed the case through his attorney and while the recordings in Foster’s possession reportedly prove that he never tried to force Norwood to have an abortion there is no word as to whether they prove that he never carried on a relationship with the 21-year-old University of Houston senior. Just days after crowning their victor, “The Voice” announced that they will be bringing back Usher and Shakira, who will join Adam Levine and Blake Shelton starting Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, when “The Voice” returns to NBC. When Shakira announced that she was leaving after her short stay during season five, she attributed it to her busy schedule … “It was a hard decision for me to make, because I’m really fond of the coaches, the people in production and everybody around me,” she told E! News. ” I really enjoyed The Voice, but I also have a musical career and I’m a mother now and my poor baby’s so tired flying such long distances. He already has more miles than any pilot. The reality starlet and Kanye West went to Oklahoma with 2-month-old daughter North on Saturday for the funeral for the rapper’s grandfather, Portwood Williams Sr., who died on Aug. 10 at 98 years old. “That’s why they weren’t at [sister] Kylie’s birthday,” a source confirms to PEOPLE. “They brought North, too. Her first trip.” Back in February, Williams voiced his approval for his grandson’s girlfriend, calling Kardashian “beautiful.” “And she’s just as sweet as she is beautiful,” he told New York’s Daily News. “That’s what I liked about her!” Because they weren’t able to celebrate Jenner’s Sweet 16th party on Saturday, the couple – who welcomed their new addition on June 15 – sent some very special guests in their replacement: hip-hop artists Drake and Big Sean. Lindsay Lohan is desperately trying to hire a new defense attorney, despite having fired Shawn Holley and replaced him with Mark Heller just weeks ago. The actress reportedly ” despises ” Heller, prompting her to hunt for another replacement. Finding one may prove a difficult task for her, however. “Lindsay has been on the phone calling criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles trying to hire someone new to represent her,” a source revealed. “She called four other top DUI attorneys, and every one turned her down … one even had his assistant call Lindsay back and say he wasn’t interested.” Lindsay Lohan fired Shawn Holley , her longtime lawyer, earlier this month and was represented by Heller on Wednesday; her next court date is in March. The 26-year-old faces charges of lying to police following her summer car crash in L.A., as well as the probation violation this may have triggered. “Lindsay is absolutely stunned that this is happening to her,” the source said about the train wreck being turned down repeatedly by top lawyers. “The [legal community has] a tremendous amount of respect for Shawn Holley, and they know that Lindsay owes her hundreds of thousands of dollars.” “Therefore they want nothing to do with her.” Some of the lawyers view representing LiLo as more trouble than its worth, the source said, and believe she will regret firing Holley for a long, long time. Even Judge Stephanie Sautner seemed to suggest as much, asking her if she really wanted to drop Holley in favor of Heller at this stage of the game. Lindsay said: “Yes, for today.” Sautner told her this action was not just for Wednesday but going forward. Lindsay tersely replied, “yes, going forward.” Somewhat ironically, it’s Heller’s love for publicity and media that is “highly irritating” to Lindsay, the source told celebrity gossip site Radar Online . “[Holley’s] rule was to just lay it all out in court, and leave it at that,” the source said. “Mark had a press conference after he met with prosecutors in the case.” Heller previously had his law license suspended five years for misconduct; even Michael Lohan has spoken out forcefully against Heller representing Lindsay. It seems to be quite unclear why he was even hired, but so be it now. Sautner set a pretrial hearing for March 1; Lindsay is not required to be in court if her counsel appears.
