18-Year-Old Inez Nunez Arrested On Battery Charges After Punching Boyfriend In The Face For Refusing Sex And Calling Her Ugly Looks like it’s time for a breakup between this crazy Floridian and her mean ol’ boyfriend who refused to have sex with her and called her ugly! Inez Nunez, 18, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 5700 block of West 47th Court, according to a Coral Spring Police report. According to the report, officers were called to the home for a domestic disturbance between Nunez and her boyfriend, who she’s lived with since Oct. 2011. The boyfriend told officers the two had been a verbal dispute and that Nunez hit him in the face after he said she was “ugly” and that’s why he wouldn’t have sex with her, the report said. Nunez admitted to police she’d slapped her boyfriend in the face and pushed him “because he was disrespectful,” the report said. She also told police that her boyfriend had choked her and punched her in the chest, but her story was inconsistent and changed several times, the report said. Nunez was arrested and booked into Broward jail and later released on $2,500 bond. People, is it ever that serious? Loose pills and a small spoon with a ‘white crystal like substance’ were found in late singer’s hotel room. County coroner released its final report Wednesday (April 4) that provides new details about Houston’s condition when authorities arrived on the scene at the Beverly Hilton on February 11. According to the report obtained by People and E! Online , Houston complained of a sore throat so she decided to take a bath before getting ready for Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party. When Houston’s assistant returned to the hotel room after running an errand, the singer was face down in the bathtub in 13 inches of “extremely hot” water, which caused a burn on Houston’s back. When police arrived on the scene, they found an open bottle of champagne, bottles of prescription drugs and loose pills scattered about the room. In the bathroom, they found an ashtray with several cigarette butts and a small spoon with a “white crystal like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper.” The report also states that the white substance was found on a small mirror. Kristy McCracken of the Beverly Hills Police Department wrote in her final report that she reasoned Houston “possibly overdosed on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the counter medications and alcohol” and noted a “bloody purge” coming out of Houston’s nose, as well as minor abrasions on her face, arms and legs. Aside from the traces of cocaine, Benadril, the muscle relaxer Flexeril, marijuana and Xanax found in the toxicology screening, the report cited Houston’s body as being “well built, muscular and fairly well nourished.” The man who performed the autopsy, Dr. Christopher Rogers, chief of the coroner’s Forensic Medicine Division, and chief medical examiner-coroner Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran wrote that Houston’s drowning was due to the effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use. They also detected mild emphysema, pulmonary edema and leiomyomas (benign tumors) in her uterus. Houston was laid to rest in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey , on February 19. Crazy: MILWAUKEE, March 26 (Reuters) – The clearing of a homeowner who shot dead an unarmed African-American man in a small Wisconsin town three weeks ago has drawn scrutiny for the state’s new castle doctrine law and comparisons to the Trayvon Martin shooting in Florida. Authorities ruled the killing of Bo Morrison, 20, by a Slinger, Wisconsin, homeowner on his porch justifiable in possibly the first such case under an expanded castle doctrine law enacted late last year, prosecutors said. The law allows homeowners facing imminent danger to their lives to protect themselves using deadly force if necessary. About 150 people protested Sunday at the Washington County Courthouse in nearby West Bend, Wisconsin. A rally also was planned Tuesday in Madison for Morrison and Martin, 17, who was shot dead by a neighborhood watch volunteer, who has claimed self-defense and has not been charged in that case. “Under a reasonable view of the evidence the homeowner acted reasonably in his use of force based on the facts and circumstances,” county District Attorney Mark Bensen said. According to Bensen’s report clearing homeowner Adam Kind, Morrison attended a party in a garage adjacent to Kind’s house with about 20 young adults the night of the shooting. Kind, 35, called police at about 1 a.m. March 3 complaining of loud music coming from a car parked in his neighbor’s driveway, pounded on the window of the car and asked a woman inside to turn down the music. She refused, the report said. Police contacted the mother of the girls who were hosting the party. The mother was working but called her husband, who had been sleeping. He kicked in the garage door and told everyone to leave, the report said. Morrison, who had previous run-ins with the police and had a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit for driving in Wisconsin, was among those to flee. Kind, who said his concern was elevated because his wife, two children and a child guest were in the house, retrieved a handgun after he heard noises on his porch, the report said. Kind loaded the handgun, went to the porch and confronted Morrison, who was wearing dark clothing, the report said. Kind fired one shot as Morrison walked toward him, then yelled for his wife to call 911, the report said. An attorney representing Kind said the shooting of Morrison in the enclosed porch would have been considered justifiable under Wisconsin’s prior law as well. “All the factors to prove self defense under the old law were present,” lawyer Craig Mastantuono said. Morrison’s mother, Lauri Morrison, said he was trying to hide because he had previous tickets for underage drinking. “He executed my son,” Morrison said. “This cannot happen to another kid.” Morrison’s sister, Kayla Morrison, said the former high school athlete had gotten in with the wrong crowd for a while, “But he was not a criminal. He was not a violent person.” He had gone back to school to get a carpentry qualification and was planning to take a construction course, she said. “I’ll never forget my last conversation with Bo,” Kayla Morrison said. “He said he couldn’t wait to see what the next two years would be like. The Los Angeles County Coroner has released the official cause of death for Whitney Houston. According to the report, the singer passed away due to an “accidental drowning” that was related to heart disease and also the presence of cocaine in her system. An insider tells TMZ that it’s “very possible” the heart attack caused Whitney to pass out and fall under the water. It’s also likely this was triggered by the use of cocaine. It should be noted, however, that no cocaine was found in the hotel room where Houston passed away. Law enforcement officials have said from the beginning that no foul play was involved in the tragedy and nothing in this report suggests anything different. Perhaps now folks such as Nancy Grace can let Whitney rest in peace.

With an original release date not set until sometime in the Fall, rumors are circulating that Sony Pictures may release “Sparkle” (in which Whitney Houston stars) as early as Memorial Day due to increased fan interest. SOUCE: L.A. Times On Monday morning, Radar Online quoted an anonymous source at Sony saying the release date for the movie, in which Houston plays the mother of aspiring pop singers, is being moved up from Aug. 17 because of fan interest. The film “could be released as early as Memorial Day,” Radar quoted the source as saying. Shortly afterward, a Sony spokesman said that the report was “not true” and that the film would be released on schedule on the third weekend of August. So for now, it appears to be sitting pat. A remake of a 1976 Irene Cara movie, “Sparkle” is still technically in postproduction, though a rough cut has been completed.

A 15-year-old was sentenced to 85 years in prison for killing and sexually assaulting his teacher at a Maryland youth facility, MyFoxDC reported. Brian Wonsom pleaded guilty on Friday to killing his teacher Hannah Wheeling with a cinder block when he was 13. “It’s a tremendous tragedy,” Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks said. “And there’s no answer for why a 13-year-old boy is capable, would be capable, of killing and raping in the manner that he did, but we are now satisfied that we have removed the threat from our community. It is sad on so many levels.” Court records show that Wonsom also pleaded guilty to a second violent attack that originally was not made public. Wonsom was being held at Cheltenham Youth Facility, which serves youth awaiting trial or court disposition, after his mother found stolen items in his possession. Wheeling’s bloody body was found outside a cottage on February 18, 2010. Additional evidence, including a bloody sweatshirt with matching DNA to the victim, was found by state police investigators under a stairwell. The name inside the sweatshirt read “Brian Wonsom, ” the report said. DNA matching Wonsom was found on a lanyard that was used in the attack. Prosecutors believe Wonsom is a sociopath who would need decades of intensive therapy before anyone would think it was prudent to allow him to walk the streets again, the report said. In court Friday, prosecutors showed evidence of the teen trying to kill another woman before attacking his teacher at the facility in 2010. The boy is also a prime suspect in an attempted murder case. Prosecutors say the 13-year-old entered a woman’s apartment through an unlocked sliding glass door and stabbed her several times before she screamed and he ran off. Investigators connected Wonsom to the crime through fingerprints found on a knife, MyFoxDC reported. Prosecutors say doctors who examined the teen found him to be sane, but wicked. “Oh yeah, completely without being mentally ill,” Prosecutor Wes Adams said. “He exhibited no remorse, childhood onset anti-social personality disorder. That’s not criminally insane, that’s dangerous.” Why he chose to attack Wheeling is still unclear. Since there is parole in Maryland, Wonsom will be eligible to apply in his mid-to-late 50s.
