Nicole Alvarez: Free Conrad Murray!

Dr. Conrad Murray’s girlfriend, Nicole Alvarez, is begging the court to let him out of jail pending his appeal, claiming he’s a “good father” to their toddler. Somehow we don’t see it happening. Nicole Alvarez , who testified during Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial last fall, filed a declaration of support for Murray Thursday, in which she says if Murray is released, he will live with her and their two-year-old son in Santa Monica, Calif. It’s not the most powerful or emotional letter. Alvarez says, “Dr. Murray is the father of my child,” adding, he “has been our primary source of support.” Moving stuff right there. It’s unclear how much support Murray can provide now, considering his medical license has been revoked and he’s likely spent a fortune on legal fees. Murray’s hearing for bail pending appeal of his conviction is scheduled for Friday in L.A. The D.A. opposes bail, saying Murray is a danger to society . Should be open and shut: No bail.

Like the star who preceded him on Two and a Half Men , a source tells Radar Online that Kutcher was into threesomes and often shared sexual partners with soon-to-be-ex wife Demi Moore. “Demi liked women and Ashton would bring another woman into their relationship for flings, but they both agreed to it,” this insider claims . So, why did Kutcher’s alleged affair with Sara Leal lead to this couple splitting after six years of marriage? It was the way Ashton handled the rendezvous, apparently. “As long as she knew about it, she was fine,” the mole said.

Ashton Kutcher issued a mysterious message to fans late last week, spouting some nonsense about the state of truth in the media . But there was no mystery surrounding wife Demi Moore’s visit to the Two and a Half Men set Friday, sources say, as she and her reportedly estranged husband “seemed normal” an onlooker tells Us Weekly . Moore spent the day inside Kutcher’s “massive trailer,” this insider says, adding that Ashton joked around with the studio audience after a day of filming and then united with his wife. “He put his arm around Demi and they acted like a couple,” the mole claims . “They were talking and smiling at each other.” It’s still unclear what will happen next for these two: friends swear Demi is “humiliated” by Kutcher’s naked actions with Sara Leal and has met with a divorce attorney. Sources say the “Just the Way You Are” singer has been dating the VJ for a few months, after the Honduras-Ecuadorian beauty caught Mars’ eye when he appeared on “106 & Park” last December. Mars is currently on tour in Europe and sources said the new couple were spotted shopping in Paris and Milan while celebrating his birthday last week. Monday brought more bad news to the reportedly beleaguered production of the zombie flick World War Z , produced by and starring Brad Pitt , when SWAT in Budapest raided a warehouse storing prop guns for the film. The problem: they weren’t props, but fully-functional military-style assault rifles. Oops!

The “I’m Every Woman” singer filed a petition for appointment of guardianship last week ,claiming she has already “assumed on a day-to-day basis the role of the child’s parent fulfilling both the child’s physical and psychological needs for care and affection.” Chaka claims the child’s mother who lives in the same house is incapable of caring for the girl because of a “heavy involvement in drugs.” Chaka’s sister Tammy McCrary who was also awarded custody,filed an additional statement in the petition, claiming Chaka’s son “also uses and abuses drugs and other illegal substances.” The judge temporarily granted the petition for custody on September 6th … and extended it today. A hearing is set for October to make it permanent. We’re glad Chaka cleaned her up her act so she could help her granddaughter.
