If you've been following the latest royal gossip, then you're probably aware that there's something unusual about the most recent round of rumors out of Kensington Palace. It all started with reports of a feud between Kate Middleton and Rose Hanbury , the Marchioness of Cholmondeley and formerly one of Kate's closest friends. This developed into a rumor that Prince William had been caught having an affair with Hanbury while Kate was pregnant with her third child. It sounded too outrageous to be true, but remarkably, William's behavior in the week since the scandal broke has only served to bolster claims that he's in damage control mode after being caught red-handed. Here's a brief rundown of everything we know about the situation thus far: 1. Cholmondeley Chums Until recently, Will and Kate were close friends with Hanbury and her much-older husband, David Rocksavage, Marquess of Cholmondeley. (Because the Brits enjoy irritating the rest of the world, that word is pronounced “Chumley.”) 2. The Falling Out in Norfolk Until recently, Cholmondeleys were major figures in the society life of rural Norfolk, England. That changed when Rose suffered a mysterious falling out with Kate that left her persona non grata. 3. Will’s Wandering Eye The Cambridges seemed very eager to keep this feud quiet, which led to whispers that Will had been caught having an affair with Rose while Kate was pregnant with her third child. 4. Keeping Mum The alleged affair has apparently been the subject of high society gossip for the better part of a year, but fear of the future king among the British tabloid press is such that the media only began reporting on it in March. 5. Mystery Beef It was then that the Sun reported on bad blood between Kate and Rose, a former member of Middleton’s “Turnip Toffs” clique in Norfolk. 6. The Teen Mom 2 Season 9 reunion taping was unlike any other in the show's history. For one, the fear of violence was such that the cast members filmed their interview segments separately. Despite the steps taken to avoid drama (or even violence) Jenelle Evans stormed off stage during the taping after being confronted by host Nessa. But even though Jenelle had a bad time — or perhaps because of that fact — insiders say the reunion was the most fun in recent memory. Cast members separated by great geographic distances had the chance to catch up, exchange notes — and, of course — pose for some pics. Disgraced former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel’s custody war with Kathryn Dennis continues. He is attempting to pressure the court to forbid Kathryn from discussing the custody battle — part of her life — on the show or on social media. Thomas says that he needs this gag order, or Kathryn could make it look like he’s a bad person. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , Thomas Ravenel is doubling down on his attacks on Bravo. “The worst mistake of my life was agreeing to be the star of the reality TV show ‘Southern Charm,'” Thomas claims in court. That is a wild claim. Notably, he was arrested and will stand trial for sexual assault . Thomas says “It amplified my past notoriety, showcased my wealth I accumulated through decades of hard work.” “And,” he claims. “Made me a walking target for men and women eager to get in front of the camera.” (Is that some Ashley Jacobs shade or are we reading too much into this?) “Most importantly,” Thomas says. “It caused embarrassment and pain to my parents, my sisters, and my children.” Thomas has accused Kathryn Dennis of using their children and custody battle for better ratings , and he is fighting that tooth and nail. “I do not believe Kathryn and Bravo should profit from this litigation,” Thomas insists. To that end, he wants the court to forbid her from addressing the custody battle in any way on Southern Charm or elsewhere. “And,” Thomas says, Kathryn shouldn’t profit “from the pain and suffering it has caused me and will inevitably cause our children,” “Sealing this case will do no good,” he warns. “If Bravo and Kathryn are allowed to discuss this litigation on TV or social media.” “Bravo and Kathryn will be at liberty to control the public narrative of this litigation,” Thomas fears. “And,” he warns, both his baby mama and former employer could “shape the story as it suits them.” He laments: “and my children will bear the shame of being fathered by a man the public believes is a monster, an abuser, and a narcissist.” The public already believes that, for a host of reasons. Kathryn’ isn’t mind-controlling the masses. Thomas’ behavior on and off camera made that impression all by itself. “Bravo IS NOT a news organization,” Thomas has written. Literally no one is claiming otherwise. If you see Luann de Lesseps do cabaret and think you’re watching 60 Minutes , please get help. “It does not publish truthful information pertaining to public discourse,” Thomas repeats himself. “And,” he claims. “It has zero interest in broadcasting truthful information about the minor children, this litigation, or Ravenel on ‘Southern Charm.’” “Bravo’s business is not the truth,” he emphasizes. They are a television network devoted to entertainment. “It profits,” he explains. “From the dramatization and fictionalization of crafted, non-scripted events that it airs to the public as ‘Reality TV.’” Dude, you just described literally all reality television. Please take several steps back. Ultimately, it will be up to the judge whether or not to bar Kathryn and Bravo from any mention of the case. That would be a somewhat extreme ruling. This is a custody case. Additionally, one might argue that Thomas’ sudden shyness only manifested after it became public that two women accused him of sexual assault. He may have slinked away in disgrace, but Kathryn — whom no one accuses of rape — is still a reality star. 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days stars John Walters and Rachel Bear are husband and wife and counting down the days until their reunion. In the mean time, however, one of their so-called “fans” had the audacity to suggest that they not bother waiting. The troll suggested that Rachel abandon her young daughter to be with Jon. Both parents are clapping back. Jon and Rachel are still two weeks away from their long-anticipated reunion. One follower got tired of their eagerness and made a truly heartless suggestion on Rachel’s Instagram. “Just relocate to the U.K,” the comment begins. “Your older daughter will join you later,” the comment reads. “Or you’ll be reunited with her when Jon gets his visa,” the comment concludes. You’d think that the person was suggesting that Rachel find a new place to store her furniture during a move. Rachel saw that horrifying suggestion and thoroughly rejected it. “I will never ever ever ever leave my daughter behind,” Rachel emphasizes in response. It is clear that she’s not just mortified by the “advice.” She’s insulted that anyone would ever think that she would just leave her very young daughter for months at a time. Rachel is an adult. She can wait. What she cannot do is miss months of her daughter’s life on a whim. Jon saw that comment and lashed out at trolls in a more general sense. “Miserable trolls actually think they can cause pain,” Jon observes. He writes that they try to cause anguish “by being mean and ridiculing us for how we look or our relationship or the fact we’re not wealthy.” He and Rachel have been viciously criticized along these lines, but so have countless others. “But,” Jon says. “I know for an absolute fact we have more heart and courage than they will ever have.” Jon continues, writing “that they will never love or be loved the way we do.” “They are miserable people,” Jon asserts. Yes, in ever sense of the word. Jon concludes by describing these trolls as people “who are either alone or they settled.” It may sound like he’s just hurling insults back as his attackers … but he’s not wrong. As Jon explains, trolls are people who try to feel better about themselves and more powerful by hurting others. If they can ruin a stranger’s day, or better yet a celebrity’s, that makes them feel more in control. Even without a reaction, they use nasty comments to vent. It’s another way of making themselves feel better. Jon, a man who grew up having to get into physical fights in his neighborhood in order to avoid becoming a victim of violence himself, understands powerlessness. But that’s never an excuse to lash out at others. That is a lesson that Jon learned for himself. From day one, Rachel and Jon have done everything that they can to make sure to accommodate for Rachel’s daughter. They haven’t waited all of this time to just ditch that. There are people in this world who would abandon their young child with a relative to go spend months with a man they love. Rachel is not a monster. She wouldn’t do that. The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson just saved her job by the skin of her teeth. But she’s already in trouble again. This time, fans are outraged after she exploited the tragic death of Luke Perry to push her business. Vicki’s controversial post began: “I know most of you have heard about the unfortunate passing of Luke Perry at the young age of 52.” “Luke was responsible in his estate planning,” she praised. “And because of that,” Vicki wrote. “He relieved his family of a lot of the burdens that would happen if he didn’t have it in place the way he did.” “It makes you realize how important Planning is,” she observed. “And,” Vicki continued. “How NOT to procrastinate taking care of a trust, health directives, and securing life insurance for those you leave behind.” “So sad,” her post concluded. That sounds like Vicki is praising Luke for his foresight and responsibility. The Riverdale star was worth an estimated $10 million at the time of his passing. That small fortune has now passed on to his two children, Sophie and Jack, who are young adults. But Vicki has her own insurance business. So it seems to her followers that she was exploiting a famous death to promote her own business. That is extremely distasteful. “Really? Capitalizing off of another persons death to get business,” accuses a commenter. “SO UNBELIEVABLY TACKY!” “I was a fan, but not anymore,” declares another. “TACKY of you to advertise your insurance company with the unfortunate passing of a celebrity.” That same commenter continues: “We all know, or should know, to plan for our futures. Shame on you!” “This is literally disgusting…take this post down,” demands another. “It was already said that he wrote a will and left everything to his children.” “Stop being ridiculous,” that same commenter concludes. “Really?” exclaims another commenter. “Using the death of a star to promote your insurance business? Super poor taste,” “Wow lady you should be ashamed of yourself,” chimes in another. “Really how disrespectful are you.” “How would you like it if somebody posted this when your Mom died Vicki?” asks another, getting very personal. That same commenter continues: “Like that’s what’s important when family is grieving over the loss of a loved one.” “Besides,” the commenter adds. “Whether he was prepared financially or not is none of anybody’s business to be putting on social media or to be using to promote your own business.” “Sick, Vicki….money hungry and heartless,” the disgusted follower accuses. “Get yourself together, seriously.” Finally, the comment concludes: “May Luke Perry rest peacefully and his family find strength during this time of great loss.” We certainly agree that Luke Perry’s death isn’t a good segue to use to plug your business. That said, if a celebrity overdoses or dies in a car crash, people often talk about the importance of things like getting help or driving safely. Vicki’s message would have been just fine if it had come from almost anyone else — provided that they don’t own an insurance business. It is the perceived conflict of interest that prompted Vicki to post that message. She has since wisely deleted it. Even though they haven’t announced it, it looks as though Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are officially back together . In a way, it seems like a foregone conclusion, as these two always felt like a good match. But in another way, this reunion was a major long shot. After all, Ben has been through a lot in the months since he and Lindsay parted ways the first time. Yes, Affleck banged a Playboy model for a while, but that’s to be expected when someone who used to play Batman is newly single. If Christian Bale ever gets divorced, they’re just gonna have to close off the Mansion for a month to let him make up for lost time. Anyway, the biggest change that Ben underwent had to do with his sobriety. At the behest of his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, Affleck checked into rehab for the third time last year. While it’s unclear what sort of relationship Garner and Shookus have, it looks like two of the most important women in Ben’s life joined forces to help the Oscar winner stay sober. According to a new report from Page Six, Lindsay functions as a sort of “sobriety coach” for Ben these days. Not only does she abstain in his presence, she even goes so far as to make sure no one else imbibes around Ben. “Lindsay doesn’t drink around Ben,” a source tells the outlet. “She isn’t keeping alcohol in her home.” The insider says Lindsay and Ben have been steering clear of SNL after-parties (she’s a producer on the show), which are known to be boozy affairs. “She is like his sober coach,” says the source. Lindsay reportedly joined Ben at the premiere of his new film, Triple Frontier , where she ran interference between her boo and the open bar. “She made sure to not have any alcohol near him,” said one onlooker. “And she was making sure other people weren’t drinking around him.” So what do Ben and Lindsay sip on now that Affleck is six months sober? “They drink coffee a lot — she encourages that instead of alcohol,” says the insider. More details are surfacing from the RHOA reunion and it sounds like things got especially messy. As previously reported the Atlanta housewives recently filmed their reunion and afterward NeNe Leakes surprisingly unfollowed nearly ALL of them ; Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, Eva Marcille and Tanya Sam. The only people she still follows are Marlo Hampton and Shamari DeVoe. Now rumors are swirling that NeNe’s pissed at one housewife in particular; Cynthia Bailey. According to TheJasmineBrand who spoke with a source, NeNe and Cynthia had a big blowup over some behind-the-scenes footage. The footage allegedly shows Cynthia plotting behind NeNe’s back and planning to bring someone she doesn’t get along with to an event. “Allegedly, in the scene, Cynthia has a conversation with Kandi in which she tries to do damage control about a scene that NeNe was blindsided by. In the particular scene, Cynthia allegedly appears to be unaware that she’s being filmed, and that her mic is on.
