Rest In Peace: Black Man With The 132-Pound Scrotum Dies Of Multiple Heart Attacks At 49 In Las Vegas

This is nuts! Man With The 132-Pound Scrotum Dies Of Multiple Heart Attacks Wesley Warren, Jr., famous for a scrotum that weighed as much as 132 pounds before he reduced it with surgery, has died at age 49. He recently suffered two heart attacks and had been hospitalized for weeks due to complications from diabetes. Via Gawker reports: A friend of Warren’s told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “He had infections that I think were brought on by his diabetes and then he had those heart attacks.” The friend said Warren’s surgery last April played no role in his death. Due his condition, Warren, who weighed 300 pounds before his scrotum started expanding at a rate of 3 pounds per month, was unable to urinate normally, or to have sex. He had to wear hooded sweatshirts upside down as pants. Warren’s strange case garnered worldwide attention thanks to appearances on the Howard Stern Show, Tosh.0, and a 2013 documentary on the U.K.’s Channel 4, The Man With the 10-Stone Testicles. The publicity led to several offers to perform corrective surgery, including one from Dr. Mehmet Oz, which Warren turned down because he was afraid Oz would botch the operation. He eventually found a doctor at UC Irvine who performed the surgery for free, on the condition that Nevada Medicaid would pay for use of the hospital. The surgery happened before the state approved it, though, and Nevada denied coverage for Warren’s surgery and his post-operative care. Warren consistently denied that he flaunted his condition for attention. “Who would want to live like this?” he asked the Review-Journal before his surgery last year. Rest in peace to this man and condolences to his entire family!!! Photo Credit: Channel 4

In White Folks News: Seth Rogen Rides Out On Justin Bieber “He’s An Ungrateful Piece Of S**t”

Tell us how you really feel, Seth. Seth Rogen Attacks Justin Bieber What did Justin do to rub Seth the wrong way? Did he egg Seth’s house too? According to US Weekly: Seth Rogen appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday, March 12 when he was asked about his recent diss to pop superstar Justin Bieber. Following the “Boyfriend” singer’s January arrest in Miami for drag racing and a DUI, Rogen, 31, tweeted on Jan. 23, “All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of s—.” The tweet got plenty of backlash from the Grammy nominee’s loyal following of Beliebers, and the Neighbors star was asked about it when he appeared on Andy Cohen’s talk show in Austin, Texas for the SXSW Festival. “In my opinion, Justin Bieber is a piece of s—,” Rogen reiterated. “He seems like he’s obnoxious and ungrateful, insincere, and he puts people’s lives at danger and overall he acts like a piece of s—.” Seth better watch his back before Justin sends his freeloading buddies Lil Twist and Lil Za pay him a visit. Jesus Take The Wheel: Pastor Dies Of Heart Attack In Church While Congregation Confronts Him About Cheating On His Wife

This is weird and crazy . Pastor Drops Dead After Confessing To Affair Even church pastors can be dirty dogs. According to Connecticut Post: A congregation loudly confronted its longtime pastor about his alleged infidelity — and in the midst of their yelling, the pastor dropped dead. That’s what happened Sunday at the Miracle Faith World Outreach Church, according to members of the congregation and police sources. Bishop Bobby Davis, pastor of the Harriet Street church since its founding in 1967, was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital. “After the service on Sunday the bishop’s family asked us to remain in the church and the bishop confessed to us something that happened long ago,” said Judy Stovall, an elder at the church. “He wanted to come clean with all of us. He wanted to ask our forgiveness.” Members of the congregation were very vocal with Davis just before he passed out, but they were shouting support for him, Stovall said. “We were shouting, `We forgive you, we love you,’ but the stress of all of it — he had a heart attack,” Stovall said. “I held his head as he lay on the floor,” she said, her voice cracking with emotion. “Our congregation is hurting now.” The cause of death is pending further review, according to the Office of the State Medical Examiner. Aye, God don’t like ugly. Facebook

Ann ‘Wicked Witch Of The GOP’ Coulter Says Immigration Bill Is Evidence That “Republicans Hate Black People” [Video]

Ann Coulter: Immigration Bill Is Evidence GOP Hates Black People Ann Coulter bashing the GOP??? You don’t say!!! According to Biz Pac Review: Participating in a CPAC 2014 panel discussion Saturday, syndicated columnist and best selling author Ann Coulter slammed the GOP, saying the immigration bill championed by U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio was evidence that “Republicans hate black people.” In a tribute to William F. Buckley Jr.’s “Firing Line”, Coulter was debating liberal journalist Mickey Kaus, with Townhall’s Jonathan Garthwaite moderating. “I mean my whole life I’ve heard Republicans hate black people, I’ve never seen any evidence of it until I read Marco Rubio’s amnesty bill,” she charged. “We are the party that has always stood up for African-Americans. Who gets hurt the most by amnesty, by continuing these immigration policies it is low-wage workers, it is Hispanics, it is blacks.” Coulter equated immigration reform efforts to amnesty, suggesting President George W. Bush and U.S. Sen John McCain were hurt as much by the issue in the past as Rubio has been more recently. Peep the video below and let us know your thoughts. WENN

Race Matters: Teenage Boy Gets Kicked Out Of School For Wearing Black Jesus Halloween Costume?

Teenager Thrown Out Of School For Wearing Black Jesus Costume? A high school student from Illinois got a little more attention than he bargained for this Halloween after he was sent home from school for wearing a Jesus costume. The school says they initially sent the boy home because they thought his costume would be religiously offensive, but his mother says she thinks it was because he was black. via Chicago Sun-Times Highland Park High School senior Marshon Sanders was pulled from classes on Halloween, a traditional costume day for students, after dressing like Jesus. According to Sanders’ mother, Angenetta Frison, some teachers found his costume offensive. He was readmitted to school after changing out of the costume, Frison said. Shortly before school let out for the day, the high school released a statement, saying that upon further review, Sanders was told he could put the costume back on. But Frison, who met with school administrators along with her son to discuss the matter, said he chose not to do so. “They realized they might have been premature and didn’t really assess the situation,” said Frison, who wondered if the image of a black Jesus evoked strong feelings. “Race is an issue in our country,” she said. “We still struggle with racism. I don’t know if that was a factor, but it may have been. Would a Caucasian student dressed as Jesus have had the same effect?” It’s no secret that schools in the United States often have policies against anything promoting one religion over another (or sometimes at all) but does this young man’s mother have a point? Or do you think the school’s reasoning for sending him home was the truth? Continue reading

The Canyons Reviews: Random Lindsay Lohan Project Worse Than We Thought?

Ever since we first heard of The Canyons , we all knew this would be a special film. And by special, I mean awful. Lindsay Lohan ‘s return to the big screen with this Kickstarter project hasn’t been met with applause and accolades as perhaps Lohan had hoped. In fact, out of every review of  The Canyons there was only one that might be seen as positive, from Scott Foundas of Variety . “Lohan may not go as deep or as far as Brando, but with her puffy skin, gaudy hoop earrings and thick eye makeup, there’s a little-girl-lost quality to the onetime Disney teen princess that’s very affecting. Whenever she’s onscreen, she projects a sense of just barely holding on to that precarious slide area in the shadow of the Hollywood sign.” Lohan, of course, responded to this review via Twitter saying, “Wow… feeling humbled and so much gratitude.” Is gratitude really the emotion one would be feeling in this position? I get the impression that Foundas was perhaps describing Lindsay Lohan the person as opposed to whatever character Linday Lohan happened to be portraying. “Puffy skin” is not often a compliment.  Positive or not,  Variety ‘s review of  The Canyons was the only one that could even be slightly interpreted as such. There were plenty more out there saying pretty much the exact opposite, makes one wonder if Foundas saw the same movie.  The Canyons Trailer A lame, one-dimensional and ultimately dreary look at peripheral Hollywood types not worth anyone’s time either onscreen or in real life. — Todd McCarthy,  The Hollywood Reporter Lohan (who hasn’t carried a hit since 2005’s  Herbie: Fully Loaded ) is more than believable, but neither the script nor her performance quite explains the fatal attraction that Tara seems to exert. In his first non-porn role, Deen  is excellent as the icy Christian. — John Hazelton,  Screendaily Lohan is a real actress, but in this movie she’s puffy and overwrought and unfocussed, and she weeps a lot. At times, needy and confused, she’s touching, but you’re not sure whether she’s crying in character, or lamenting her participation in a low-budget movie, or grieving over her own troubles. Whatever it is, she offers the only palpable emotion in the controlled wastes of The Canyons . The Canyons might have been more fun if it had a trashier, or less austere, style. — David Denby,  New Yorker Here, Lohan is as bland and unfocused as the material. During the once scene that allows her [to] degrade her oppressive boyfriend, her robotic delivery freezes the possibilities of bona fide tension (as well as titillation, for whatever that’s worth). — Eric Kohn,  Indiewire
