Bria Myles recently traded in long hair for a bald do and it had us thinking about getting a cropped cut! We caught up with CASSIUS Editor, Stephanie Long , who has been rocking a short haircut for about almost a year now. However, this isn’t the first time she’s had short hair. She explained, “In 2009, back when I was still relaxing my hair, I had cut it pretty short a’ la Rihanna in the ‘Take a Bow’ video. Before that, I had the ‘Umbrella’ bob.” Long is one to experiment with her hair and after having “locs for a hot second in 2017 and not really feeling it,” she was “ready to take the plunge.” The change in her tresses led her to feel like she really came into herself and she “felt so beautiful.” She added it was “one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.” Yes, it’s true, short hair is easier to manage. Stephanie shared her routine with Hello Beautiful , “I’m able to just get up in the morning, shower, throw on a cute outfit with some brows and a bold lip and I’m out the door.” She relishes in the thought, “No more wash days, no more pineappling my hair to preserve a twistout, no more hiding from rain or humidity.” If there is one difficult moment, she explained it’s the “awkward stage between really needing a cut and actually getting one is a bit annoying.” Nevertheless, even in her “rough” moments, she still gets tons of compliments on her look. She found a great barber through trial and error, “I did my googles, tried one barber that was okay but that I wasn’t fully satisfied with. Then I kept looking online and eventually found the one I’ve been going to since late September 2018.” For New York girls, she shared the wealth, “His name is Tim Lord and he’s at Adrian Fanus Grooming in Bed-Stuy! No biggie.” For maintenance, she sleeps with a satin pillow case or scarf or durag to protect her scalp and hair. She shared, “Shampoo, conditioner and a little bit of oil (I do a mixture of coconut, camellia and brazil nut) is also still very much a thing for me, especially when I’m rocking my little 4C curls.” We love Stephanie’s short haircut! For reasons that no one can quite understand, Cats debuted its trailer this week. The star-studded ensemble cast includes the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, and Dame Judi Dench. (And Idris Elba, and Sir Ian McKellen, and Rebel Wilson, and Jason Derulo … it's quite a list) The trailer for the film is nothing short of unnerving. A lot of people like the idea of human-cat hybrids – they appear across all sorts of fiction. But apparently a bunch of humanoid motion-capture cats who are the sizes of real cats is a little much. Twitter lost its mind, and the online responses are perhaps as entertaining as the trailer itself was unsettling. 1. Do you want to have nightmares? Because watching a bunch of familiar people play anthropomorphic cats who are also the size of real cats is a great way to have nightmares. 2. Oh no!! A lot of people were weirded out by seeing a furry Jigglypuff in Detective Pikachu (jiggly is a BALLOON Pokemon and, as such, should have been smooth). But that’s nothing compared to what’s happened to Dame Judi Dench here. 3. Same energy One of the best episodes of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and also one of the most memorable involves the gang putting on a deeply unsettling musical. But even the creepiness of the Nightman gets overshadowed by the horror of Cats. 4. The trailer needs some warnings Do not mix with marijuana, folks. We’re guessing that this could go for a number of other substances, too. 5. Wait …. what if they play it in theaters? Most of us watched the Cats trailer with some warning of what we were getting into, thanks to social media. Imagine being an innocent theater goer and then this deeply cursed trailer plays. 6. We really are in a golden age of horror films All clowns are vile, so it doesn’t take much to turn one into a horror villain. It takes true art to turn beloved cats into something this unnerving. A couple of months ago, Austen Kroll finally explained that weird viral video of him and his girlfriend, Madison Lecroy. Now, he’s shedding further insight into his on-again, off-again relationship. Sitting beside Craig Conover, he dishes on reuniting with Madison while on the group’s trip to Colorado. The pair of Southern Charm stars sat down with Us Weekly to discuss how all of that went down. “Were Madison and I talking?” Austen asks. “A little bit prior to the trip, yeah.” “But we hadn’t really seen each other much,” he admits. “So,” Austen confesses. “I was kind of nervous.” Hey, that’s understandable, especially after some previous hiccups in their relationship. Austen emphasizes that he was “excited to see her because we were going to be on a trip with our friends.” “So if we can’t act right here,” he reasons. “Then where can we act right?” What he means by that is that it’s a low-key, comfortable environment for them to spend time. “But everyone’s face,” Austen remarks. “I mean, for God’s sakes, it was like Ashley [Jacobs] just frikkin’ walked in the freaking room.” Now that would have been a sight. Craig admits that he and some of the others were just not sure how well Austen and Madison were going to do on the trip. “We didn’t know how it was gonna go,” he explains. Craig says that this is “because we didn’t know how secretive they were being, if they were still talking or not.” “And we were all kind of waiting for the moment that they saw each other,” he recalls. “Which was kind of goofy and made me laugh, but it was funny,” he describes. Austen and Madison got up to a little flirting in the hot tub, but fans didn’t see much more than that. He now confirms that he and his lady love “ended up in bed together.” But he still plays it coy when asked about where the two of them are at the moment, relationship-wise. “Honestly, there is so much more of the season left and a lot more happens,” Austen says. “And,” he opines. “I think you just need to watch and see how that all unfolds.” “But,” Austen teases. “You have most certainly not seen the last of Austen and Madison.” Craig was asked if he’s currently single or dating … and quickly got lost trying to define what either term means. “I don’t know what dating means,” Craig confesses. “Yeah, no, I mean, we are just having fun and traveling a lot and I met a few people recently and it’s been a lot of fun,” he acknowledges. “But just kind of talking,” Craig characterizes. “But no one’s coming to weddings with me, yet. …” “I feel like if I would have invited somebody to the wedding last week,” Craig assesses. “I would feel like he is kind of dating her.” Austen and Craig also open up about how it can be difficult to date as semi-celebrities. The RHOA star took Bravo inside baby Pilar’s “Luxury Lounge” that includes a library, a milk station so Pilar can get “milk drunk” and a pile of suicases for international travel. The room also features a baby bed surrounded by wings because she’s Porsha’s “little angel” and oddly enough a piece of Pilar’s umbilical cord that Porsha calls “gross and yummy” at the same time.” SIS……PLEASE.

According to an exclusive new report, Harris will see freedom next year and will have served just over half the time of his original sentence. Bossip exclusively reports : [Yandy Smith-Harris’] incarcerated husband and former co-star Mendeecees Harris is set to be released from federal prison next year after being sentenced to at least eight years for drug trafficking. Mendeecees’ release date is now November 2020, which means he’ll serve a little more than half of his actual sentence, according to records from the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Under a plea deal, Mendeecees admitted that from 2006 to 2008, he helped to ferry hard drugs from New York City to the Rochester, NY area. In 2015, a federal judge sentenced Mendeecees to eight to ten years in prison for his role in a drug trafficking ring that flooded upstate New York with heroin and cocaine. Harris, now 40, is currently housed in a medium-security prison in New Jersey after initially being jailed in Pennsylvania. — Photo: WENN
