Nicki Minaj Promises To Call Out Her Haters “One By One”

Source: 14th Annual CFDA Fashion Fund Awards NYC Featuring: Nicki Minaj Where: NYC, New York, United States When: 07 Nov 2017 Credit: Patricia Schlein/WENN.com  While her fans await the release of her latest album, Nicki Minaj continues to make waves with her words and actions . In a lengthy IG post this past Friday she promised to roast all those who wanted to see her fail in her career. Complex is reporting that in a now caption-less post, Nicki took the time to big herself up for getting this far in her career and showed love to others who’ve helped her along the way saying, “12 years ago I dropped my 1st mixtape. Wrote every single word on every single song. I was so proud of that,” she wrote. “Eventually the Barbz were all wearing pink hair, Chinese bangs, & Barbie chains. Colorful wigs came all the way back in style. Everyone became Barbies & Dolls.” “I always shouted out my influences in my interviews,” she continued. “Now a days, it’s become cool to pretend u weren’t influenced by other artists. S/O to the ones big enough to do it: Kash, Asian, Cuban, Saweetie, Meg, Malibu, YOUNG MA, Ms. Banks, Lady Leshurr, etc. No female rapper (other than Trina) did a song w/me or congratulated me on my billboard accomplishments. I didn’t mind. I never felt they were obligated to do so.” But she didn’t stop there as she went on to take aim at the naysayers and haters who’ve taken shots at her along the way, promising to expose them in due time. “Y’all are rlly sick & ima call y’all out one by one on Queen Radio. Most of y’all doing these write ups have never fought for anything in life. You just sit on the sidelines & watch the doers do!”   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Barbie® (@nickiminaj) on Jul 5, 2019 at 11:01am PDT   While her legion of fans applauded her for talking her ish, some fans felt it wasn’t necessary for someone of her status to which the Queen rapper responded to invoking the name of Beyoncé biter, Taylor Swift . Jed Wyatt Finally Addresses Cheating Claims: Y’all Are Affecting My Mental Health!

Jed Wyatt, the subject of Bachelorette spoilers galore, finally decided to come forward and address his past month of scrutiny.  Did he really just think all of it would just blow over? Did he think we’d forget how he went on The Bachelorette to win Hannah Brown’s heart while he had A GF BACK HOME ?!  No, Jed. We didn’t forget. But we appreciate your overdue statement. Monday’s  Bachelorette episode was hometowns , which is a really big deal because Hannah gets to meet the family of her final four men, which yes, includes Jed.  But before all of Bachelor Nation continues to tear Jed apart following the episode, because let’s be real it pains us all to see his relationship further with Hannah at this point, he decided to ask for “kindness” from his followers on social media.  Wyatt made a statement via Instagram on Monday where he basically asked for sympathy, though he said he is not able to directly address the claims at this time.  “Hi ya’ll. Several of you have reached out with messages and questions,” his post began.  “Please know I’m not able to answer right now, but as soon as I’m able to, I will.” “Until then, I ask that you please understand how much the actions being taken towards myself, my family, the men on the show, and above all, Hannah, are affecting all of our mental and physical health,” he shared. “It goes beyond what is said online,” he continues.  “Threatening letters and phone calls have been sent to our homes. My parents and sister and being verbally attacked in public.” He then asks a simple favor of his followers.  “I beg you to remember what seems like a harmless action is damaging to real people.” “I want to thank all of you who have reached out or reserved judgment until I am able to speak openly and I can only ask for your patience and kindness until then,” he concluded.  While no one should ever be attacking anyone via phone or online (obviously!)  Jed also should have realized early on what group of fans he signed up to deal with here!  You never want to upset a room full of women (and yes, men too) under the influence of lots of red wine.  In case you somehow missed the initial reports, they pretty much proved that Jed was dating Haley Stevens  right before he left for the show. She even said in her statement, “He called me when he landed in L.A. He said, ‘I love you, and I’ll call you when I get back.” Stevens also mentioned how Jed only went on the show for his music career and that his plan only involved getting to the final four so he could get a good following.  Well, Jed made it to the final four and while we pray it ends here, it looks like he has a very good chance of being the final suitor that gets down on one knee at the end of this thing.  The songwriter has stayed extremely silent about the whole situation, maybe he is contractually obliged or maybe ABC has some live taping planned where Chris Harrison sits him down like he’s Oprah, who knows… But either way, it’s not fair to bring Jed’s family into this and we hope they will find peace following their son’s lousy move.  And hopefully, we will be hearing from him soon so we can finally get his side of the argument!  At this point, we really don’t know which story we are more interested in…  Jed’s cheating scandal or the fact that he remains a major suspect to the windmill affair ?!  View Slideshow: Hannah Brown Banged in a Windmill and Twitter Lost Its Mind

‘LHHATLS8’ Recap: The Results Of Karlie Redd’s Lie Detector Test Are…

Read the original post:

Source: Emma McIntyre / Getty Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta begins with Scrappy, Kirk, and Joc kicking it somewhere in Atlanta. Then we find Karlie Redd, Erica Dixon, Rasheeda and Rasheeda’s mom kicking it in another part of the A. Both Scrappy and Erica are giving their respective sides of their drama. Basically, neither they nor did certain relatives play well at Emani’s birthday party.  It was so bad that Emani actually cried about it. Later on, Erica gives birth to her twin girls but they end up in the NICU. That’s all that Erica cares to focus on for now.  Yung Joc feels that Sina, Sharonda Karlie, and Shekinah’s gossiping ruined his relationship with Kendra. He goes to him and Sharonda’s shop to demand answers from Shekinah, Karlie, Sharonda, and Sina about what they said. Shekinah keeps it real and she did spill some tea to people (not Kendra) but that she was only repeating what she heard from Karlie. Joc appreciated her honesty but now Karlie and Sharonda have some explaining to do. Karlie said she got it from Sharonda. Sharonda said it’s true because he does flirt with the stylists. Sina said Joc does flirt a lot, so obviously they’re not wrong to gossip, even though these rumors snowballed into something completely insane.  Now, we know that a lot of the women in Jocs’ life have said that he flirts. But Kendra thinks that he has been slanging D. Karlie then demands to know if it’s true that he has been sleeping with other stylists or not. Wait, so now she wants to verify after the fact?  Anyway, Joc says it’s not true and he seems genuine. He’s different this time. He gets so upset that he starts going off on them because he feels like they messed up his relationship. Sina, Karlie, and Sharonda push back because they don’t feel like they’re wrong, which they are. That’s when Joc wigs out, no pun intended. He goes and angrily tosses an inanimate object just so they know it’s real. We’ve never seen him this mad but he really loves Kendra and lost her to sabotage. Even though, if Kendra was so quick to break up with him behind rumors, and without verification, then maybe she wasn’t really the one after all. He tells Sina and Sharonda to get out and threatens to shut the shop down.  Later on, Joc finds Kendra at her job and tries to state his case but she still isn’t trying to hear him. Her thing now is that he shouldn’t have been messy enough to have those rumors flying about him anyway. Joc definitely loves Kendra, but she’s done, at least for now.  What she wants most before even considering a relationship with him again is space.  Karlie Redd’s daughter, Jasmine, makes an appearance, just in time for Rasheeda’s upcoming mother/daughter event. But before the event, they have some bonding time where Jasmine tells Karlie that she’s taking a break from school because people have been talking trash about her mom based on the things Pooh has been saying. Karlie is pissed that Pooh’s rumors are affecting her daughter and plans to “fix her.” Speaking of Pooh, she has three grown daughters. One of those daughters, Najee, comes to visit her. Pooh tells her about the Karlie situation from her perspective. Obviously, Pooh thinks Karlie is jealous of her and that she’s a crazy person poisoning the other women against her for no real reason.  Pooh mentions the upcoming mother/daughter event, but that she’s not sure if she’s going to go since people don’t like her. Najee has some sense and tells Pooh that she should go because she’s older than those women and more seasoned and really shouldn’t be involved in this. Therefore, she can coexist peacefully without drama.  You read that correctly, Pooh’s daughter seems to be more mature than she is.  Now we’re at Rasheeda’s Classy mommy daughter event. It starts off well at first. Karlie and Pooh manage to avoid each other at first. But then it’s Karlie and Jasmine’s turn to say sweet things to each other. Jasmine starts by talks about how strict her mom was but that she understands it and loves her. Then Karlie says she doesn’t show her daughter on TV much because she shelters her. Then talks about how she’s disturbed by the fact that her daughter is leaving school due to being bullied about her. And then…Karlie pulls out the lie detector results — because she just had to make Rasheeda’s event about her, naturally — and starts talking about how her lie detector test results to show that anything that people are saying about her is wrong followed by ugly crying. Pooh asks who “people” are. You know, the people who have been saying stuff about her, because she knows it’s aimed at her. That sets Jasmine off so she gets up and storms toward Pooh like she’s going to fight. Meanwhile, Karlie is holding up the paper saying that results are that Pooh lied. By this time, Najee is in on the melee trying to scrap with Jasmine and Rasheeda, but security is handling the situation. You know they are not about to let anyone fight.  RELATED POSTS ‘LHHATLS8’ Recap: We’ve Never Seen Yung Joc This Mad Before ‘LHHATLS8’ Recap: Karlie Alleges That Her Ex-Fiance Is Verbally Abusive

Source: Gregg DeGuire / Getty   This past weekend was full of trailers and Disney led the charge with a sneak peek at some anticipated flicks. First, they dropped a teaser for the remake of the 1998 animated movie Mulan. It was full of action-packed sequences and it’s clear actress Liu Yifei will do her best to reinterpret Mulan for a new generation. However, don’t expect any song numbers from this version. According to Good Morning America, this flick won’t be a musical. But you can still expect the main ingredients of a girl taking the role of a man to save her elderly father from joining the Chinese military.  Peep the teaser above and you can mark your calendar for the movie for March 27, 2020.   Next in the Disney canon is the sequel to 2014’s Maleficent  entitled Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.  According to Variety , the sequel picks up several years after the original storyline. Princess Aurora is about to get married, which doesn’t make Maleficent too happy. In the midst of all this, the formerly cursed princess faces new threats as she becomes next in line to become Queen of the Moors. New alliances develop in the struggle to protect the magical realm and the creatures that live there. Check out the drama-filled trailer for the flick hitting theaters October 18 above.   Finally, if you’re looking for less fantasy and more real-life transformations, have no fear, the Fab Five is near. Season 4 of Queer Eye has already arrived and the new clients range from orchestra teachers to typical family guys. There will be looks, there will be laughter and, of course, there will be tears. Ice Cream Licking Fiend Caught Tonguing Product in Grocery Store, Putting it Back on Shelf May Face 20 Years in Jail

Some people never pick the grocery item at the front, always choosing to grab something behind it. Those people are looking pretty smart right now. A viral video shocked the nation last week when a girl filmed herself licking ice cream in a grocery store .. and then putting it back on the shelf. Police have identified the prankster, but that's only part of the problem. … Someone at Blue Bell Ice Cream HQ must have found a cursed monkey's paw and wished “I hope that people go viral while enjoying our product.” Last week, a video made the rounds on social media. In the video, a young woman can be seen in a frozen section of a grocery store. There, she removes the lid from a carton of Blue Bell Ice Cream, licks the surface of the ice cream, and then replaces the lid. To the world's horror, she then places the carton back in the freezer. During the video, it sounds like a man — presumably the cameraman — is egging her on. “Lick it,” the voice is heard saying. “Awww, you're foul!” “Put it back, put it back, put it back,” the voice then encourages her. The carton is then replaces for some unsuspecting customer to purchase, take home, and possibly consume. July is a hell of a time to ruin the very concept of ice cream for everyone. After some initial confusion after a catfish Instagram account claimed responsibility, police believe that they have identified the culprit. The girl in question is only 17 years old and is from San Antonio. She was 300 miles to the east, in Lufkin, Texas. She was visiting her boyfriend at the time, and police say that she and the boyfriend have cooperated with them about the incident. While it will be up to prosecutors and the court to determine what comes next, what happened on video is a crime. She may face a second-degree felony charge of tampering with a consumer product. That could land a perpetrator in prison for 2-to-20 years, though her status as a minor and her cooperative attitude may help her avoid that fate. Countless ice cream tubs have been removed from shelves out of an abundance of caution following this incident. It has brought to people's attention that Blue Bell Ice Cream does not have a tangible seal. Rather, Blue Bell has explained that the way that the ice cream is frozen and boxed is designed to form a natural seal. That's great, but a one-time removable seal might prevent someone from digging into ice cream that has been licked by a stranger. Some have called upon Blue Bell to change their packaging. Why do people want the packaging changed even though the lone perpetrator was caught? In part because they fear this happening again. And those fears may hold some degree of validity — as a number of copycat incidents have been filmed. Some are calling this the “Ice cream challenge,” as people film themselves licking ice cream for clout. However, as with the Tide Pod Challenge before it, there is something that people should know about these copycat videos. See, the majority of these videos that you'll see if you look up ice cream lickers are … well, they're fake. You can buy an ice cream, film yourself licking it in the aisle, put it in the freezer, and then remove it when you stop filming. Store employees may be annoyed with you, but that doesn't really sound like a crime. It's always good to remember that not everything that you see on the internet is really happening. Unfortunately, there are always a few people who not only believe that it's all real, but that they should be the next ones to try it out. You know what's a great dessert all throughout the year? Pie. Maybe just eat some pie, and give ice cream a break for a few weeks.

Bridezilla Tries, Fails to Scam Venue with Painfully Obvious Fake Tyrannical Meltdown

We’ve all heard some wild bridezilla horror stories , but most of them are about brides-to-be being cruel or unstable for no good reason. In this case, however, the bridezilla’s tyrannical meltdown was part of a scheme. There was a method to her madness. Fortunately, the venue for her reception found a clever way to end her reign of terror. Reddit may be generally viewed as a cesspool by much of the internet, but the site does have its gems. For example, a former hotel employee opened up about about a harrowing encounter with a deeply memorable bridezilla. On Reddit’s bridezilla forum, a post describes a woman’s dramatic meltdown … which appeared to be part of a deliberate scam. The post’s author shared that they used to work at a hotel that was particularly “popular for wedding receptions.” The hotel was noted for its “beautiful grounds for photos, great food, and a lovely dining room.” “We had a wedding coordinator who made a wedding plan book with everything you could think of,” the post reads. It continues: “from colored ribbon samples balloon choices food lists you name it, it was in this book and the bride got a copy of everything,” “Brides were invited to view the room the night before the reception,” the former hotel employee explains. They are invited to do so “to approve table placement and we had one table fully set as an example with flowers etc.” That makes a lot of sense. But nothing is ever good enough for a bridezilla. … “Bridezilla turns up late for her viewing,” the post’s author recalls. “And goes crazy.” The post says that this got “to the point we thought she was having a psychotic break.” “…the china was the wrong pattern, the silverware was wrong, the glasses weren’t cut crystal,” the OP describes her complaints. The post continues to list her gripes: “the flowers were wrong, the ribbons were the wrong shade.” To hear the bride-to-be tell it, “everything was wrong we were ruining her wedding.” “Everything we had done was right according to the wedding book,” the former hotel employee points out. The clever wedding coordinator had made sure that “everything checked with the bride and literally signed off.” “(She made the bride sign for everything as it was picked and any changes were signed next to),” the post notes. “Her fiance went out to the car,” the post reveals. “And brought in a file with her dream wedding reception in it.” “She had literally pasted cut out articles from magazines over her copy of the wedding book,” the former hotel employee writes. It seems like this scheming bridezilla was “thinking we would honor it at the last minute.” Clearly, there was a method to this woman’s madness — she wanted a free upgrade. “So,” the post shares. “She was told that she either abided by the contract she made with us.” She could do that “or she could have her dream wedding but no reception and the hotel would sue her for the costs.” “The reception went ahead without a hitch,” the author triumphantly reveals. “And,” the post adds. “Everyone said it was wonderful.” “Thank god for Valium,” the reddit post concludes. “I think (the coordinator) had dealt with bridezillas before and came up with the book out of self-preservation,” a commenter suggested. “Everything was documented and signed,” the comment continued. “Stops the lawyers making money but it doesn’t stop a bride from losing their s–t though.” “The book and contract have all the markings of ‘lessons learned the hard way,'” another redditor observed. “That is an exceptionally smart wedding coordinator,” praised another commenter. “She has all the receipts!” View Slideshow: Bridezilla’s Bizarre Demands Go Viral: Don’t Talk to Me and Don’t You DARE Wear Makeup!

Khloe Kardashian Claps Back at Mom-Shamers: I CHOOSE to Spoil My Daughter!

When it comes to fending off Internet haters, Khloe Kardashian is no shrinking violet. She’s a pro’s pro. When it’s an issue she cares about, Khloe is totally willing to defend herself and set the record straight with HER TRUTH . Khloe did just that this weekend after she came under fire from mom-shamers accusing her of spoiling her daughter True. Khloe is known for lavishing her affection on True with the sweetest presents, outfits, and parties. It may seem a little excessive, but that’s the Kardashian way.  On Saturday Khlow posted an Instagram video of True checking out her latest gift, a brand new car! Okay, so it’s not a real car. But it is pink, and sparkly, and pratty dang cute. True is now the proud owner of a toy Bently GT convertable, made by Luxury Kids Car Club. Their website describes their products as “Ultra Exclusive Cars For Kids.” Starting at $2,000, and with a ton of pricey optional features, this toy Bentley could easily cost more than a lot of people’s actual car. As the wage gap in this country soars ever onward to terrifying new heights, it makes sense that some found Khloe’s gift a bit tasteless. But this was on social media, so in lieu of respectful discussions, we get sanctimonious lectures from mom-shamers. “Great, another Kardashian in a Bentley,” wrote one angry commentor. “You are so oblivious to how your spending looks to the outside world,” the commentor went on. “I really loved your family’s story,” they added, “and now just can’t bare to watch as you spend all this money on worthless materialism.” “It’s so sad,” the commentor concluded. Khloe must have felt pretty attacked by this to respond at all, but when she did, she responded with a poise and grace she isn’t always able to muster . “Umm, you know this is not a real Bentley?” Khloe replied, “It’s a toy.” “No reason to get sad over a baby in a toy car,” she asserted. “Either way I’m sorry you feel that way,” Khloe added. Trying to keep things positive, she went on, “I hope you have a great weekend!” “Focus on things that make you happy! Smile,” she concluded, adding a smiley face emoji. The mom-shamer apparently appreciated Khloe’s tact, because their next response took a much friendlier tone. “Appreciate you responding,” they wrote, “Just figured it’s something to be thinking about.” The commentor continued, “You have so much influence and know you’ve had a positive impact on so many.” The concluded, “Always ways we can improve as people, though – myself 100% included.” Look at that newfound respect! Khloe responded once more, to share her truth about spoling her daughter. “I appreciate this message more than your first,” she began, adding that she was also able to better digest the commentor’s point. “I hear you,” she said. But she didn’t quite agree, countering “I personally don’t believe that all we do is spend money on worthless materialsim.” Khloe went on to explain that she can sleep well at night because she knows she is a good person, and “Life is all about balance.” “Yes, I do choose to spoil my daughter,” Khloe admitted, both “with love and as well as with material items.” But Khloe concluded “She will also be raised with values, responsibilities, chores, respect, self love.” It seems like Khloe knows that it’s not just about gifts with kids. There are important lessons we must pass down to our children.  But, gifts are nice too. And if you can totally spoil your child and still raise them to be a good human being, more power to you! Khloe handled this hater really well, and turned the interaction into something almost friendly. This is a great example of how we can forge new connections by responding to negativity with kindness. It doesn’t always work, and it’s important to recognize those moments too when they come up. But it’s so nice to see an Internet clap-back turn into a chance for two strangers to understand each other a bit better. View Slideshow: Keeping Up with the Kardashians Finale: Khloe Goes KABOOM!
