Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty The legend of Curtis “Fofty” Jackson , better known to the world as 50 Cent, has been growing of late with the mogul’s successful shakedowns of folks owing him. But Fif’s son, Marquise Jackson, says his famous father needs to pay up. Hollywood Life reports : Plot twist — 50 Cent owes someone else money? That’s what his very own son, Marquise Jackson, 21, claimed in the comments section of a birthday tribute for sister Mia Jaè on May 23. Instead of offering birthday wishes, Blue Mountain State star Page Kennedy, 42, commented, “Yo tell yo pops to pay me my money son.” But instead of defending 50, his son replied, “Sh!t he owe me some money too .” Perhaps not the answer Page was expecting, the actor replied, “Oh.” This is a new turn in the saga of 50 demanding people to pay him back, but it’s hardly surprising. The 43-year-old rapper and his son have blasted one another on social media in the past. Marquise even slammed his father after the rapper shaded his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins (Marquise’s mother) in Oct. 2018. Shaniqua was gearing up to do a reality television show, and 50 posted mean-spirited jokes like “you starting to look a little thirsty you ok?” and “Child support ls over .” Defending his mother, Marquise wrote on Instagram, “And y’all wonder why I don’t respect him as a man or father? You had a good run but it’s over big fella lol it’s been a decade. You’re 40+ you can grow up any day now.” Yikes. Expect the petty to be strong on Instagram from Fofty Sr. soon. — Photo: Getty

DIONI TABBBERS was some low level, insignificant, yet was packaged as up-and-coming model in 2013, which was code word for “Maybe she’s gonna make it in this world…her whore level is high enough to have a chance” and as far as I am concerned she sure as hell should have made it…cuz she got naked for it….and STILL gets naked for it…all these years later…only in 2013 it was less pathetic and desperate….it was the right kind of eagerness…cuz she knew her other job options were working as a hooker in her home country of the Netherlands…..which probably isn’t too far off from being a nude model for 6 years that only has 45k followers…after all these years of getting naked…TRAGIC….but not really cuz we still see her naked… The post Dioni Tabbers Golden Nude of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .

The Smolletts’ tap into their shared interest in interior design and cooking on the show, first redesigning the subject’s space and then making a meal with them. “‘Living By Design’ has been such a fun project to work on,” Jazz said. “ It encompasses design and food, which is both of our passions…It’s not a cookie cutter redesign of their space. It’s functional and cute at the same time.” The Smolletts, whose handlers told us they did not want to discuss their brother, Jussie being accused of staging a hate crime attack, insisted that you can design your home beautifully without spending a lot of money. “You don’t have to break the bank to reflect you and make it feel like home,” Jazz said. “We do a lot of online thrifting. You can find stuff that you can repurpose.” Jake said that small tweaks like shifting furniture around and putting money towards bigger pieces can go a long way towards creating a chic interior design. “You can always refurbish a place for next to nothing if you are willing to go get a can of paint and an extra knob,” he said. “Living By Design With Jake And Jazz” airs on CLEO TV.
T wo health advocates teamed up for the creation of a movement designed to empower Black women and girls to take charge of their health. For the past 8 years the nonprofit organization—dubbed GirlTrek—has been inspiring individuals to heal their bodies and reclaim their communities one step at a time, CNN reported. Black women start a walking movement to battle the obesity epidemic https://t.co/YIQjyxoiFU — Philadelphia Tribune (@PhillyTrib) May 22, 2019 The collective was created by T. Morgan Dixon and Vanessa Garrison . Cognizant of the racial health disparities impacting Black women the two friends, who met in college, were determined to create a platform that promoted health, wellness, and self-care. For Dixon and Garrison, the mission behind GirlTrek was personal. They wanted to break generational cycles and change the narrative surrounding Black women and wellness. “It wasn’t because we were walking enthusiasts or because we love to walk. When we started we were just trying to save our own lives,” Dixon told CNN. “How do we not fall in these pitfalls that our mothers and our aunts and our grandmothers have fallen into? Eighty percent of us are overweight and carrying that weight is killing us now at disproportionate levels. We can’t do it anymore. We can’t carry it anymore.” What started as a walking challenge for family and friends quickly grew into a national movement where over 170,00 women are walking with groups across the country with the assistance of 1,000 organizers. The mission goes far beyond getting fit. Many of the walks are inspired by civil rights pioneers and are hosted to spread awareness about issues impacting the Black community. The walks have fostered conversations amongst Black women about playing a role in the redevelopment of their communities. “We know that when Black women walk, things change, and that we walk in the footsteps of that legacy,” said Garrison. GirlTrek is on a mission to have 1 million women pledge to walk 30 minutes a day by 2020. SEE ALSO: Taraji P. T his graduation season has been a busy one for Ashley Williams . According to Because of Them We Can , Williams graced two graduation stages within the same week; receiving her master’s degree and a law degree from two different universities. Black Girl Magic: She received her master’s degree and law degree in the same week from two different universities! https://t.co/MNdu06VuCS — #becauseofthemwecan (@Becauseofthem) May 26, 2019 Williams, who has a passion for political advocacy and civic engagement, earned a master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University. Two days after the Washington, D.C.-based commencement ceremony she traveled to Philadelphia to receive her JD from the University of Pennsylvania. She started her journey at George Washington University in 2015. The political management program allowed her to take online courses and Williams saw it as the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the virtual option and pursue another degree. She later applied and was accepted into the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She pursued both degrees all while serving as a Special Advisor and Director of Special Projects at the State Department. She also studied abroad in Tokyo. Williams’ accomplishments didn’t come easy. She had to continually readjust her schedule and priorities to find a balance between being in both programs. “A lot of people wondered why I continued with my master’s after starting law school, but both stimulated my mind in different ways. I was incredibly fortunate to be able to do both, but it did require sacrifice and discipline,” she said. “During my first year of school, I stopped my Master’s program so I could focus on law full time. The summer following my first year, I resumed my Master’s program and simultaneously did law and my Master’s until I completed my Master’s in December of 2018—which I did while I was studying abroad in Tokyo.” She hopes that her story will encourage others to stop limiting themselves and be unapologetic about accomplishing their goals. Williams is the epitome of #BlackGirlMagic. Larissa Dos Santos Lima is not long for the United States of America. If Debbie Johnson is to be believed, that is. The 90 Day Fiance star’s ex-mother-in-law jumped on Instagram on Sunday in order to share a photo of her son with a nice message attached to it — but this gesture proceeded to sparked banter between her and many fans of the hit TLC show. Don’t worry. We’re prepared to explain: “Now let’s try this again. I am posting a picture of my son on my Instagram page. Any mean or sick comments will be deleted. This is not a question and answer page. That will come later. Have a great day,” Debbie wrote initially, sort of mysteriously on her social media account. This message was then deleted. However, a screenshot made public on a random account showed one follower asking the following of Debbie: “I’m just wondering. If you divorced your wife why is she still in America? Shouldn’t she be sent back to Brazil? Just wondering.” As you can see above, Debbie responded to this inquiry. She explained why the Brazilian-born reality star – who starred opposite Colt on season 6 of 90 Day Fiance and who has since divorced him amid ugly talk of cheating and abuse – has yet to have to return to her native country. “Everything takes time,” Debbie wrote. “There is still a Domestic Violence hearing next week and after that she will be deported. It just takes time.” The owner of this Instagram fan account (@johnyates327) wrote as a caption to this screen capture: Debbie sending Larissa some #MemorialDayWeekend love. #90DayFiance #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter. Colt and Larissa got married in June of 2018. However, their VERY tumultuous romance came to an conclusion this past January after Larissa was arrested for the third time for domestic violence following an alleged incident at their Las Vegas home. Colt filed for divorce later that same day. Charges for Larissa’s first two arrests were dropped, yet she is scheduled to appear in court for “negotiations” on Thursday, May 30, regarding her third arrest. Larissa and Debbie, meanwhile, don’t exactly have the best relationship, as you might imagine. A recent 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After sneak peak featured the former making a shocking confession to the latter: She has two children ! View Slideshow: Larissa Lima: FINALLY Explaining Why She Abandoned Two Kids Kima and Johnson agreed “ to settlement terms in their divorce ” in April, Colt’s attorney confirmed at the time. “Through their respective attorneys, they have agreed to settle the case amicably with both parties bearing their own fees and costs,” it read, continuing: “Colt is very pleased that the matter is resolved and that both parties can move on with their lives. Given the short duration of the marriage and with there being no property matters or custody considerations, the matter should have, and has, settled early in the proceedings. “The attorneys are preparing the Stipulated Decree to submit to the Court, which will be signed and entered, and will then be a matter of public record. Colt wishes Larissa the best in her future endeavors.” Larissa has since moved on with a 26-year-old Italian boyfriend named Eric Nichols , whom she introduced fans to via Instagram just over a month after she and Colt split. We’ll keep readers updated on her status as a resident of America as more news breaks. View Slideshow: Larissa Lima Shuts Down Trolls Who Call Her a Gold Digging Skank
T he National Association of Black Journalists is on a mission to combat the negative portrayals of Black men in the media. For the third consecutive year, the organization will host its “Black Male Media Project” as an avenue to empower and inspire Black men to reclaim their narratives. The organization has been dedicated to the advocacy of Black journalists worldwide. The Black Male Media Project was created as a safe space to foster discussions surrounding everything from the need for more diversity and inclusion in newsrooms to the improvement of positive Black male representation. One of the panels, dubbed #MoreThanMugshots, will take a deep dive into how Black men are portrayed in news coverage. The event is also utilized to align Black men with mentoring and networking opportunities. As part of the global event—which is slated to take place on June 1—nearly 20 NABJ chapters within the U.S. and other parts of the world will host workshops, panels, forums. There will be events hosted in Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Philadelphia and other major cities. The organization hopes that the movement transcends beyond the physical safe spaces that they’ve created as part of the event and encourages individuals to connect and spread awareness about the efforts digitally through the use of the hashtag #InspireBlackMen on social media. “The overarching goal of BMMP is to counteract negative images of Black men often portrayed in the media,” said NABJ President Sarah Glover said in a statement. “We encourage all newsrooms across the country to make this a priority because how Black men are portrayed in the news can have a direct impact on issues such as racial profiling, discriminatory hiring practices, violence and more. Black men are intellectuals, professionals, innovators, spiritual leaders, activists, fathers, brothers and sons just like any other man and should be treated and portrayed that way.” Forums like the Black Male Media Project are needed. According to a study conducted by the Rutgers School of Public Health, there is a direct correlation between the media’s negative portrayal of Black men and how they are treated by the police.
