The protestor got a little too close for comfort and there was a moment the Queen Bee was set to offer the taper and the fade. TMZ has the rest: Lil Kim wasn’t about to let an anti-fur protester tell her what animals she can and can’t wear … nearly trading blows with the woman before security stepped in. Kim was outside Verizon Media Studios in New York City Tuesday when multiple anti-fur protesters started shouting “Stop wearing fur!” at Kim. One woman got just a little too close for LK’s liking … and that’s when she started walking toward the woman telling her to “back up” several times. Lucky for the protester, Kim’s security stepped in between the two and diffused the situation, ’cause it looked like the rapper was ready to throw down. As expected the last chapter on Nipsey Hussle’s story has yet to be written. It is has been confirmed his life will soon be captured in book form. HipHopDX is reporting that a biography on the slain MC is in production. Penned by former Vibe Magazine editor Rob Kenner, The Marathon Don’t Stop: The Life and Times of Nipsey Hussle intends to detail his come up from growing up in the streets of Crenshaw to becoming of the most beloved rappers of our generation. “The last time I spoke with Nipsey Hussle, he told me, ‘I ain’t outside giving out jewelry or dropping off bags of money on people, but I’m giving out game,’” Kenner told Complex . “This book is my attempt to help fulfill that intention” Kenner also shared how he intends to the “Racks In The Middle” rapper’s contributions in and outside of the booth. “ The Marathon Don’t Stop will also place his accomplishments in proper historical context, giving Nipsey Hussle his rightful place in the history of hip-hop, Los Angeles, and America. It will include interviews with people who haven’t spoken before, as well as insights into the forces that shaped Hussle into the man he became.” The Marathon Don’t Stop is currently scheduled for a March 24, 2020 release. Lauer was initially fired from the “Today” show in 2017 after an anonymous former NBC News employee accused him of sexual misconduct. Now, according to Variety , the full details of the complaint are coming out thanks to a new book by Ronan Farrow called “Catch and Kill.” The book covers Farrow’s investigation of Harvey Weinstein and all the hoops he had to jump through with his then-employer NBC News. One of the biggest moments in the book came when Farrow interviewed the woman who made a complaint against Lauer. She finally revealed herself to be Brooke Nevils and according to Farrow’s book, she says Lauer anally raped her in a hotel room when they were both at the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Nevils says in the book that after a night of drinking at a hotel bar, she went to Lauer’s hotel room twice. She went the first time to retrieve her press pass, which Lauer had taken as a joke. She went the second time because she was invited back by Lauer. Farrow writes that Nevils “had no reason to suspect Lauer would be anything but friendly based on prior experience.” Once she was in his room, Nevils says that Lauer — who was wearing boxers and a T-shirt — pushed her against the door and kissed her. Farrow writes that he then pushed her onto the bed, “flipping her over, asking if she liked anal sex.” She said that she declined several times and “was in the midst of telling him she wasn’t interested again when he ‘just did it.’” The book continues, “Lauer, she said, didn’t use lubricant. The encounter was excruciatingly painful. ‘It hurt so bad. I remember thinking, Is this normal?’ She told me she stopped saying no, but wept silently into a pillow.” “It was nonconsensual in the sense that I was too drunk to consent,” Nevils told Farrow. “It was nonconsensual in that I said, multiple times, that I didn’t want to have anal sex.” In a letter addressing the allegations, Lauer described the night as “mutual and completely consensual.” Lauer and Nevils continued to see each other for sex when they returned to New York, but Farrow explained in his interview with Nevils, “She readily admitted that her communications with Lauer might have appeared friendly and obliging. But she also said she lived in terror of Lauer jeopardizing her career and that the encounters caused anguish and shame that eventually prompted her to break up with her boyfriend.” Apparently, Candace Owens thought this was a good moment to attack the #MeToo movement and to do her usual victim blaming. She did so by ridiculously comparing her non-rape related drunk college experience with the experience of intoxicated rape victims. “I got completely blacked out. And in this Black-out spell I started screaming at my girlfriends, I mean we were away somewhere at a party and I was screaming at them and at one point, I took my shoe off and started hitting her car window.” Owens then went on to say that after this night, her two girlfriends didn’t want anything to do with her. After immense shame, she “acknowledged” that she did something to herself by drinking alcohol and apologized to her friends. What this mundane drunk night situation has to do with getting raped is beyond comprehension. Then Again … But there’s just SO much drama in the Teen Mom universe, and we see a lot of it play out in real life before we see it on the show, and sometimes we see things on the show that we really didn’t know about when it was actually happening … so time just moves different for these people, OK? 3. Looking Back Anyway, it was about two years ago that Briana and her family went on a Disney World vacation with Javi Marroquin and little Lincoln, the son he shares with Kailyn. He was kind of secretive about the whole thing, and Kailyn really sincerely did not appreciate it. 4. Mad at Everyone After that, Kail officially started hating Briana, and her relationship with Javi turned sour, too. They got into a pretty heated argument while filming a Teen Mom 2 reunion special because Kailyn thought she’d been disrespected, it was this whole thing — you remember. 5. Weird Their feud has actually lasted way, way longer than Javi and Briana’s actual relationship did — they only dated for a few months, but the pettiness has lived on. 6. If you’ve been following The Bachelor Spoilers , you know that this season’s filming is well underway. On Tuesday came the shocking news that Peter Weber was injured in a freak accident , sustaining some nasty-sounding facial cuts. But Chris Harrison is assuring fans that, despite Peter’s hospitalization, the show will go on. Chris Harrison has opened up on social media about Peter Weber’s injuries. The The Bachelor Host acknowledges that Peter “suffered a freak accident” while getting into a golf cart in Costa Rica. “He got a cut on his head,” Chris shares as a detail. This wasn’t just a scratch, either — that hospitalization was very much needed. “He did get stitches,” Chris confirms. Head wounds can be frightening, particularly because they tend to bleed a lot. Chris wants to assure fans: “but he’s 100% okay.” “And,” he adds. “Production is already back underway.” It may sound cynical to discuss the production schedule, but each day of not filming can cost thousands or even millions. But knowing that Peter is already okay to film again will do more to assure fans that he’s okay than almost anything else. Naturally, some people might have worried about The Bachelor ‘s season if the leading man has a serious facial injury. Chris wants to assure everyone that, no, Peter has not been disfigured by this fall. “He’s still the dashing, handsome pilot we’ve all dreamed of,” Chris promises. Chris also observed that there had been “wild” rumors about Peter circulating on Tuesday. He hopes that his words of assurance help people to calm down. Our suspicion is that some people will harbor worries until they see a fresh photo or video of Peter’s face. He has a lot of dedicated fans — and he did even before people found out that he was Hannah’s windmill bandit . You know that some people are rooting for him to find love just to see if he goes four times in a row with every lady he courts. But fans should remember that he’s a person, with charm and other qualities unrelated to windmill boning. And his face is, we’re sure, just fine. While we’re relieved to know that Peter is “100% okay,” this did give us a thought. How would contestants and the Bachelor Nation as a whole react if, halfway through a season, the leading man were suddenly and abruptly less handsome? We don’t mean a single cut that was treated immediately. We mean, like, suddenly he’s gone some Phantom of the Opera stuff happening on his face. Which contestants would quit, knowing that the eyes of America are on them? Who would stay on out of love? Who would stay on to make it look like they’re non-shallow romantics but really they just want to build their brand? To be clear, though, we’re not trying to give producers any ideas. Please do not maim reality stars, no matter how interesting the season would be. As for Peter, we’re sure that he’ll be back to boning in windmills before his stitches are even done healing, if he hasn’t already. Good for him. When you’re talking about the worst men in the Duggar family, Derick Dillard and Josh Duggar have to be very near the top of the list. Don’t get us wrong, they have some very stiff competition from some very awful men. But when it comes to Duggar dudes who are so atrocious they send a shiver up your spine, it’s Der and Josh in a pitched battle for that number one spot. Obviously, the brothers-in-law are terrible in very different ways. Josh’s most egregious sin is undoubtedly his molestation of five young girls , four of whom were his sisters. Derick’s list of offenses is a long one — possibly even longer than Josh’s — but his worst is probably bullying a transgender teen so severely that the execs at TLC — who are usually tolerant of all kinds of Duggar awfulness — felt the need to fire the father of two from Counting On . Interestingly, we know very little about the relationship between Derick and Josh. Josh was removed from the family’s reality TV franchise not long after Derick married Jill, and social media hasn’t provided many clues about their interactions or feelings toward one another. Until now, that is. On Tuesday, Der randomly shared his feelings on oldest siblings courtesy of a quote from late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia: “In a big family, the first child is kind of like the first pancake – if it’s not perfect, that’s ok, there are a lot more coming along,” Derick tweeted. The backlash was swift and harsh, with many fans arguing that Derick’s perspective is a “terrible way to look at having children.” But some Twitter users were sympathetic, such as the one who responded: “But when Josh Duggar is his brother-in-law it does kinda make sense.” The preferred interpretation here is that Derick is throwing major shade at Josh. It’s not hard to see why that’s the most popular reading of this tweet, as the idea of Derick trashing Josh in a public forum is endlessly amusing. If that’s really what’s happening here, then Derick just slightly elevated himself in our estimation. Slightly. But what if it’s something else? What if Derick is passive-aggressively dissing his own kids? Worse, what if this is his way of pressuring Jill to have more kids — to continue perfecting the pancakes, so to speak? After all, Jill just hinted she’s done having kids , and closing up shop after producing just two offspring is anathema to the Duggar way of life. If Derick is really putting the screws to his wife in such a public way, well then — he’s even more terrible than we thought. But no — he’s still not as terrible as Josh. Source: Gary Miller / Getty Dallas PD Arrests Two Men Allegedly Responsible For Joshua Brown Murder Joshua Brown’s murder following his testimony against former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger has the department under HEAVY suspicion by Black folks and beyond. Earlier this week police announced that they believed Joshua was murdered over a weed deal gone bad. A story hardly anyone believes. According to NBCNews , the cops say that three men traveled from Alexandria, Louisiana to Dallas, Texas, a four-and-a-half-hour drive, to buy some Mary Jane from Joshua. Why anyone would travel SO far for marijuana when it is readily available in damn near every state in America is one detail that makes Dallas PD’s story seem like BS, but we digress. Michael Mitchell, 32, who officials say was the suspected getaway driver in the Friday night slaying, was arrested at a motel in Marksville, Louisiana, Tuesday evening, Avoyelles Parish Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Steven Martel said. Jacquerious Mitchell, 20, had previously been arrested and was in custody at a hospital, Dallas police Assistant Chief Avery Moore said at a news conference Tuesday. The third suspect, 22-year-old Thaddeous Green is still at large. According to Jacquerious, Joshua shot him in the chest during a fight with Green and Green shot Joshua twice in response. Green took Brown’s backpack and the gun used to shoot Jacquerious Mitchell and the three suspects fled the scene, Moore said. The suspects dropped Jacquerious Mitchell off at a hospital, the assistant police chief said. Police confiscated 12 pounds of marijuana, 149 grams of THC cartridges and $4,157 in cash during a search of Brown’s home, Moore said. So, what they want us to believe is that Joshua Brown served as an eyewitness against the police in a HIGHLY publicized murder trial while simultaneously serving pounds of loud to some random cats from OT? Yeah, ok. Here’s what Dallas police Assistant Chief Avery Moore had to say about the “rumors”: “As you know, there’s been speculation and rumors that have been shared by community leaders claiming that Mr. Brown’s death was related to the Amber Guyger trial and somehow the Dallas Police Department was responsible,” Moore said. “I assure you that is simply not true, and I encourage those leaders to be mindful of their actions moving forward because their words have jeopardized the integrity of the city of Dallas as well as the Dallas Police Department.” We don’t believe you, you need more people!
