We’re very sorry, folks. But the Taylor Swift versus Kanye Wesr feud is still not over. It may have just gotten a new life, in fact. Earlier this week, a post from a Taylor Swift fan account on Instagram took Kanye to task for his “Famous” video. This was the video for West’s single that featured naked wax figures of the rapper and celebrities such as Caitlyn Jenner, Amber Rose, Ray J, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Bill Cosby and Donald Trump. Replying to a Twitter thread asking for “unpopular opinions” of West, one user wrote the following: “The famous music video was straight up revenge porn. “Not to mention putting abuse victims next to their abusers and celebrating sexual assaulters. it was disgusting and he doesn’t get enough crap for it.” Following along so far? Okay… The Instagram account reposting the Twitter exchange added this: “It’s so weird to see how Kanye got away with putting realistic depictions of naked celebrities in his video. “I was reading comments the other day and people said they didn’t like Taylor because she ‘uses songs to humiliate her ex boyfriends.’ “we know that’s not true but isn’t it strange that they don’t apply that same logic to a man putting a naked woman in his music video that’s been viewed millions of times because he just doesn’t like her.” So — the reason why these posts have gone viral is because Swift actually Liked this second one. This morning, we reported on the shocking news that Chris Brown had been arrested in Paris i n connection with rape allegations. Now, it seems that authorities have released Brown on his own recognizance and informed him that he is free to return to the United States. The news comes as a shock to many, as the allegations against Brown are quite serious, and it was rumored that the case against him was a strong one. In addition to the rape allegations that led to the arrest of the singer and two associates, it was reported that Brown was facing drug charges, as authorities discovered a large amount of cocaine when he was taken into custody. Moments ago, however, TMZ broke the news that Brown will soon be headed home to the US. The controversial entertainer took to Instagram to address the situation just moments after being released from custody. “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…… THIS IS FALSE,” reads the latest post on his page. “FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!” He added: “THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!” Brown also posted a graphic that reads simply: “THIS B!TCH LYIN'” The allegations are, of course, only the latest legal entanglement for Brown, who has been in trouble with the law for most of his 15 years in the spotlight. In 2009, Brown assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna , an incident that initially seemed as though it would land Brown behind bars and bring his music career to crashing halt. Neither proved to be the case, of course, and while Brown remained a wildly popular artist, he’s also proven consistently unable to refrain from engaging in appalling acts of violence. In 2014, Brown was imprisoned after he assaulted a photographer and was then kicked out of a court-ordered rehab facility for smashing a window on his mother’s car. There’s no word on yet on what will happen with Brown’s case from here, but if he was released without posting bond and permitted to return to the States, it seems unlikely that he’ll face any charges. Celebrity Big Brother Season 2 got underway on Monday night, and it found 12 celebrities (if you can call most of them that!) entering the house to battle for a cash prize. There was a Real Housewife (Kandi Burruss), Lindsay Lohan’s mother (Dina Lohan), Anthony Scaramucci, and even that loser Ryan Lochte. Yeah, we think it’s fair to say CBS scraped the bottom of the barrel with most of these options, and most viewers will be looking at this edition as a bonus winter season featuring regular houseguests. There wasn’t much in the way of action during this opening installment, but we’ll run down some of the highlights for you. Tamar Braxton and Kandi had some beef before entering the house, and it was evident based on the confessionals that there were still some negative feelings between them. Tamar opted to kill Kandi with kindness by offering to work as a pair with her during the first HOH competition. Whether these two will be able to play nice when the heat is turned up is another story, but time will tell. Olympian Lolo Jones complained in the D.R. that knowing Ryan Lochte would make her an immediate target. It’s not uncommon for Olympians to know each other, but we see where Lolo is coming from. Surely anybody would want anyone associated with Lochte out of the house. He’s a freaking snake. Julie Chen then revealed the first twist of the season: The houseguests would be paired up to become Celebrity Big Brother’s first-ever power pairing to compete for the HOH competition. Ryan was drawn to go first, and he picked Jonathan to work with him. Next, Tamar chose Kandi for her pair. Then we’ve got Joey and Ricky. Lolo and Tom. Dina and Anthony. That left Kato and Natalie wondering about whether they were about to be sent to the block without getting a chance to fight for safety. With that, Julie revealed the two left out of the competition were safe from the block during the first nominations ceremony. The houseguests then worked in their pairs to try and fill up champagne glasses. Ryan and Jonathan had an immediate lead, but by the end, they were neck in neck with Lolo and Tom. In a tense standoff, Ryan and Jonathan won. Their victory was short-lived, however, when Julie announced the pair would be facing off against each other on the next episode.
