We can all agree that the posters and images released so far for Summit’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 have been a little subdued , with far less angst on display here than in previous installments and more of a focus on Bella and Edward’s domestic skinny-dipping , chess-playing , honeymooning bliss. Fine enough. While you wait with bated breath to see what Summit unveils as their actual official poster, take a gander at newly surfaced key art that sees nine familiar characters in their new Breaking Dawn garb.

Who is the Most Surprising Omission on the Forbes List of Highest-Earning Actors in Hollywood?

In a similar fashion with what they did with actresses , Forbes has released a list of the 15 highest-earning actors in Hollywood (caveat here for the perhaps inexact figures). Topping the list? Not Johnny Depp (No. 2) or Will Smith (No. 4), but Leonardo DiCaprio, who — thanks to his one-two 2010 punch of Shutter Island and Inception — has earned upward of $77 million in the last year. Kudos, Leo! The rest of the list is populated with familiar faces like Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise and Tim Allen. Wait, what is Tim Allen doing here?

[UPDATE] Report: Spider-Man Star Arrested at Comic-Con

Speaking of The Lizard making a splash at Comic-Con , The Wrap reports that Amazing Spider-Man star Rhys Ifans was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery in San Diego. Ifans, who portrays Dr. Curt Conners a/k/a The Lizard, was on hand among cast and filmmakers yesterday to debut footage in Hall H; apparently, the incident occurred when Ifans “shov[ed] a female security guard” and “insulted” the U.S. prior to the panel.

Movieline caught up with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn director Bill Condon in San Diego, where he made his first Comic-Con appearance, joining stars including Kristen Stewart , Robert Pattinson , and Taylor Lautner in debuting two revealing clips from the November release. But what parts of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (The wedding! The honeymoon ! Imprinting!) will Condon fight to keep secret until the film lands in theaters?

Bel Ami Movie Trailer: The Seductive Robert Pattinson!

Robert Pattinson will be doing more than just knocking up Bella Swan this year. While fans geek out over the Breaking Dawn birth scene that hit the Internet today, the first official trailer for Bel Ami has also been released. Pattinson portrays Georges Duroy in that film, a man from the 1890s who rose to fame and wealth by seducing a number of women. Among them, on screen at least: Uma Thurman, Christina Ricci, and Kristin Scott Thomas. The movie is based on a Guy de Maupassant novel and comes out in late 2011. Bel Ami Trailer

Director Bill Condon dropped a bombshell at the Comic-Con panel for his film today: Stephanie Meyer might spin-off Breaking Dawn into further installments of The Twilight Saga. While you ponder that possibility, check out the following trio of videos. They feature each of the big three – Robert Pattinson (and his half-shaven head!), Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner – talking about their character and the November release to come. Earlier in the day, Ashley Greene and other stars brought breakfast to the 5,000 Twihards who camped out all week to attend this event. Pretty cool stuff. Peter Jackson couldn’t make Comic-Con this year , but he’s taking time to titillate dorks, dorks, and also dorks with this new still of The Hobbit ‘s dwarf patrol — together at last after multiple separate photos. They are a dandy bunch. These butch woodsmen are bearded, armored, and dressed for winter! Looks a little like a catalog shoot for a post-apocalyptic Eddie Bauer.
