I’ve always liked Emma Stone . She’s a real super-cute ginger. Problem is, it seems like she’s always busy actually working (you know, as opposed to “working” like the Hadids or the Jenner sisters). While it’s a fantastic idea to unplug from our mobile devices, not many of us tweet it out thinking others will care. Unless your name is Kanye West. In order for him to reach his true artistic potential, West has announced that he’s parting ways with his phone. “I got rid of my phone so I can have air to create,” he tweeted on September 14th. It’s never not a weird time for West to get rid of a phone, and he might not have any particular reason for getting rid of it now, However, perhaps the criticism from his Yeezy Season 4 show prompted West to put the phone down. Permanently. It wasn’t a total wash, though. Without a phone he wouldn’t have been able to antagonize his future wife over her romantic choices. West said that the first time he got a phone was in 2011, when he learned that his longtime crush was marrying Kris Humphries (the couple wed in August, but separated 72 days later). “I got a phone because somebody decided they wanted to marry Kris Humphries,” West joked on an episode of Kocktails with Khloe back in April. “I wasn’t up to anything, and I looked on the internet, and there was Kim Kardashian with some extremely tall person, and I was like, ‘I need to call her or something.’” Oddly enough, this relinquishing of the phone could have proved useful to West during his Twitter rants back in February. “Pitchfork, the album is a 30 out of 10,” West tweeted in response to the outlet rating his album, The Life of Pablo . Pebe Stewart’s Words May Cost Her Some Coins Pop singer Kesha has been in a seemingly unending battle with her former manager Lukasz “ Dr. Luke ” Gottwald. Kesha’s mother, Pepe Sebert, has levied serious accusations toward Dr. Luke, believing that the manager raped her daughter. Dr. Luke has long maintained his innocence and has now gone on the offensive, suing Sebert for libel. Luke believes Sebert has made defamatory statements in interviews in an effort to “damage him and smear his name.” via Rolling Stone Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald has filed a second libel lawsuit against Pebe Sebert, Kesha’s mother, alleging that the singer’s mother has continued to defame him during his ongoing legal battle with Kesha. In Gottwald’s second lawsuit, filed September 7th in Tennessee, the producer cites a March 10th Billboard interview Sebert gave as evidence of continued defamation, Pitchfork reports. In that interview, Pebe Sebert said her daughter was a “prisoner” to Gottwald and her Kemosabe contract with the producer, and again accused Gottwald of sexually assaulting her daughter. “After we originally filed suit against Pebe Sebert, she continued to make outrageous, false, and defamatory statements against Dr. Luke in her widespread media campaign to damage him and smear his name,” Dr. Luke’s lawyer Christina Lepera said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Pebe Sebert’s lawyers flat out refused to allow us to add those statements to the existing case or to toll the statute of limitations on them— so we’ve been compelled to file an additional action.” Pebe Sebert’s lawyer Alex Little responded to the new libel suit in a statement to Pitchfork, “This marks Dr. Luke’s second effort to sue a mother for publicly supporting and believing her daughter about being raped. It’s also a transparent attempt to delay the trial of these issues. Mrs. Sebert looks forward to presenting her case to a jury as soon as possible. When the evidence is made public, she expects the jury will conclude that all of her statements have been justified.” Gottwald’s filed his initial lawsuit against Pebe Sebert, alleging defamation and “tortious interference” with her daughter’s contract, in October 2014 in both New York and Tennessee; the New York lawsuit was dismissed since Kesha’s business matters are handled in Tennessee, where the libel suit continues. In response, Pebe Sebert filed counterclaims against Dr. Luke, accusing the producer of intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress based on Kesha’s alleged abuse. Sebert also claimed misrepresentations and fraudulent inducement stemming from an alleged promise from Gottwald that she would be involved in her daughter’s career. However, Sebert dismissed the suit against the producer in April 2016 because she “decided to move on and find peace and forgiveness in her heart rather than dwelling in the cancerous past of an ongoing lawsuit with no end in sight,” Little told Rolling Stone in a statement at the time. Oh, Justin Bieber. Why are you doing this to us?!? On Saturday afternoon, the singer stunned Instagram followers by sharing a very intimate photo of himself and Selena Gomez. The picture is years old and it depicts Gomez wrapping her arms around her then-boyfriend. Bieber did not include a caption along with the image at first, but he then added the word “feels” after it received over 350,000 Likes in just 15 minutes. Will Bieber always have ALL THE FEELS for his ex-girlfriend? We’re sure he will. The artist has been open about his ongoing love for Selena. But is he trying to say something else about the pair’s future via this intimate photo? Neither Bieber nor Gomez has offered up any hints in the recent past that a romantic reconciliation is in the cards. Gomez, in fact, has gone out of her way to tell various publications that she has no interest in revisiting her relationship with Bieber. “What I would love to be printed is that I am so beyond done with talking about that, and him,” she told Rolling Stone earlier this year. As you probably know, Rob Kardashian has been going through a bit of a rough patch for the last 18 months or so. Most of his family has been treating the troubled 28-year-old with kid gloves, but his most famous sister is a firm believer in tough love: Yes, Kim Kardashian never really went easy on Rob, and lately, she’s been reveling in poking a bit of fun at her little brother. It all started when Kim told Rolling Stone that Rob drinks, smokes weed and plays video games all day. She must’ve enjoyed the response that she got her for telling it like it is, because Kim hasn’t let up since. If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online then you may have witnessed one of Kim’s most brutal burns earlier this season when she described Rob’s tattoo of ex-girlfriend Rita Ora as going from a Barbie doll to a Cabbage Doll after he gained 100 pounds. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Rob is so angry about the comment that he’s threatening to “sue the ass off” his famous big sister. Yeesh, we know you’re mad, Rob, but do you really need to seize her most valuable asset?! “Rob was so enraged when she made the joke that he reached out to seek legal advice right away,” an insider tells Radar. “He’s got a good case, too, with all the humiliation he’s suffered on social media since the episode aired…The family is begging him not to follow through with it, but Rob insists he’s not backing down.” It’s possible that he could get a jury to see things his way, but hopefully, Rob has the sense to not go through with this. Not only is KUWTK still paying his bills, but he’s dealt out his fair share of public humiliation, too. We seem to recall a certain someone comparing his sister to ” the b-tch from Gone Girl ” on social media not all that long ago.
