Justin Bieber Gets Romantic In ‘Mistletoe’ Teaser

Teen superstar gets close to his female co-star in preview of Christmas-themed clip. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber Photo: Kevin Mazur/ WireImage Less than a week until Justin Bieber ‘s single “Mistletoe” is officially released the pop star is treating fans to a little behind-the-scenes video of the Christmas-themed clip . In the just-released teaser video, a crowd of screaming fans look hyped while Bieber shoots with director Roman White. In one scene, Justin stands in the middle of the street as snow falls around him; the street and trees are decorated with Christmas lights. Later in the preview, Bieber goofs around with his female co-star. “We are in the holiday spirit,” the pop star says. “I’m really excited. [The song is] really catchy. I know all my fans are going to love it. It’s something that I feel like they’re going to be singing every Christmas.” While there’s no official release date yet for the video, it was shot last month (the single drops on Monday). And the teen star seemed excited to shoot with White, who worked with him on the “One Less Lonely Girl” video. “We came back, we’re on two,” Bieber says about White. “It’s been a fun night and he’s really funny. He’s always cracking jokes.” Apart from peeks at Bieber being his goofy self and holding impromptu Christmas-themed sing-along’s with his fans, the teaser video is full of hints about what to expect from the video, including lots of romance between Bieber and his female lead. The pair dance, snuggle and even kiss. But, Bieber notes, the video is really all about his fans. “It was getting near the holiday season and I hadn’t put out an album in a while, so I was thinking, you know, I had a lot of ideas and I thought maybe I could write a few Christmas songs,” he explains. “So I was like, ‘Hey let’s do a Christmas album.’ And I was able to put together a cool Christmas album for all my fans.” What do you think of Justin’s upcoming Christmas video so far? Considering she was seen making out with a mystery man in public, and the 39-year-old multimillionaire hotelier had been spotted at with LiLo at his New York City apartment partying until 5 a.m., it seems very possible. But this is Lindsay Lohan, so there’s always more to it. While the duo appeared to be very much a couple last week, during which they also hit up New York’s Fashion Week, Lohan’s rep insists they’re only pals. Very close pals. “Lindsay and Vikram are very good friends and nothing more than that,” said Steve Honig , who reps LL. “There’s no romance between the two of them.” “As for the photos, I cannot confirm whether or not that is Lindsay. ‘Black Swan’ star plays country singer’s paramour in clip, which chronicles an up-and-down romance. By James Montgomery Taylor Swift in “Mine” Taylor Swift falls in — and out — of love in her upcoming video for “Mine,” and you can catch an exclusive sneak peek of the clip right now. Co-directed by Swift and Roman White, the “Mine” video was shot in Kennebunkport, Maine, and features a rollercoaster romance between Taylor and her man, played by “Black Swan” actor Toby Hemingway . In the clip we’ve got for you right now, the relationship’s ups and downs are on display. We see Swift and Hemingway holding hands on the beach, cozying up on the couch, and — in a genuinely charming moment — getting engaged when Hemingway pops the question and presents a ring to a surprised Swift. There’s also plenty of bad, including a whopper of a shouting match that sends a little girl (which, we’re assuming, symbolizes a young Swift) scurrying from the house. In the preview clip, we also get a few shots of Swift, who’s nominated for Best Female Video at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards , performing the song in a dreamlike forest where photographs of the couple dangle from the trees. From the look of things, the “Mine” video follows the lyrical arc of the song, though we’re not quite sure how the relationship plays out. We probably won’t get our answer until “Mine” premieres on Friday (August 27) at 8:30 p.m. ET on MTV.com, VH1.com and CMT.com. “Mine,” which debuted at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 last week , is the first single off Swift’s forthcoming album Speak Now , which is due on October 25. The romance between American actress and singer-songwriter Demi Lovato and American musician, actor and lead singer for boyband Jonas Brothers Joe Jonas is very exciting. Touring with the Jonas Brothers would be an amazing experience for any young singer. For Demi Lovato, it’s extra special for it means she gets to spend the whole summer with boyfriend Joe Jonas. “I’m fortunate that I get to work with the person that I’m in the relationship with,” Lovato tells PEOPLE. “Rather than being across the country and texting him, I can have him hold my hand when I’m tired.” Lovato and Jonas stepped out publicly as a couple for the first time in March, met while filming Camp Rock. That pre-romance time, Lovato says, was pretty sweet, too. “We weren’t together at the time,” she says. “So, it was just working with my best friend. It was awesome. And now that we’re in a relationship, it’s even better, because we may be tired, but we have each other to be there.” Joe Jonas said “It’s going to be really exciting,” he says. “Touring with Demi is going to be a lot of fun. We’ve seen supermarket tabloids claim Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were an item. We’ve heard from Twilight Saga co-stars that have hinted there’s a romance between this pair. Earlier this week, Robert himself said he and Kristen were ” together .” But this is a first: A British politician has ratted out the pair! Council member Nicolas Clark was in London pub Tuesday when he spotted Pattinson and Stewart getting cozy together. Then, the guy actually Tweeted about it: “In The Marquis of Granby with Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart,” he wrote, later adding: “From what I saw just a couple of kisses on lips. R+K were acting like a couple.” Is this really what we’ve come to? Politicians are using Twitter to publicize private moments between movie stars?!? We’re not sure how parliamentary procedure works, but can the citizens of England impeach this moron?
