Like her mother before her, Bobbi Kristina Brown has battled substance abuse in the past, but it’s unclear exactly what landed her in the hospital. She is currently under a medically-induced coma, but breathing. Beyond that, her condition and what factors led to it remain unclear at this time. A drug-related search came up empty in her home, reports say, but a family source knows outsiders will point the finger at her husband, Nick Gordon. “He’ll be the bad guy again,” the source said, adding that from the start of their romance, “Nick knew that a lot of the family weren’t fans of his .” “He sort of kept her away from some of her family because he didn’t want them to say bad things about him to [Bobbi]. It’s not exactly his fault.” Nick, who’s often referred to as Bobbi Kristina’s stepbrother, was raised as part of Whitney Houston’s family but never formally adopted by her. He was infamous for not getting along with members of Houston’s family, particularly the late singer’s mother, Cissy Houston. The source continued: “Everyone had a preconceived notion about him, and it wasn’t always fair. But he didn’t do himself any favors.
