Is Keyshia Cole having Shad’s baby? What about estranged hubby Boobie’s? How about none of the above? Yesterday Fameolous posted claims from an insider that Keyshia is with child due to a tenuous reconciliation with her husband: According to an insider, Keyshia Cole is expecting a child with her husband, Daniel ‘Boobie’ Gibson. We don’t know how long she is in her pregnancy, but she is trying to hide it from the media as long as possible. Keyshia is currently upset with Boobie due to him assaulting her nephew while the two were drinking. We don’t know exactly what went down but the family is ready to kill Boobie, but Keyshia Cole is working everything out with her family and his family. Does this sound like a whole lotta hot mess to you? We had to get to the bottom of this one so we reached out to OUR sources in Keyshia’s camp. Their response: That’s all lies. NOT true at all. And for months now we’ve been seeing them smile and laugh while they sit courtside at NBA games. Cynics would speculate that public date nights on the hardwood is just part of a PR spin to make things look peace and peachy, but according to a “witness” report on RadarOnline , Bey has allegedly been on a drinking binge to help her through a rocky patch in her 7-year marriage. “From the moment she arrived, Beyonce started downing cocktails — it was clear something was bothering her,” a source told In Touch of the 34-year-old superstar, who was drowning her sorrows at pal Kelly Rowland‘s 35th birthday bash on Feb. 20 at the Sunset Tower in L.A. “She took off her wedding ring, held it in the air and told everyone that this would be one of the last times they would see it because she was ending her marriage,” claimed the source. “Friends and family tried to calm her down.” According to the witness’s story, Mama Tina stepped right in and got that Texas bama’s mind right… However, in an effort to control the volatile situation at the party, Tina Knowles pulled her daughter aside and tried to talk some sense into her. “After their chat, Beyonce announced to everyone that she was only joking and blamed it on the alcohol,” said the source. Yo, Pass The Weed B: New York To Launch Medical Marijuana Program This Week

  New York State Legalizes Medical Pot Do you think the Big Apple is ready for weed dispensaries? The state thinks so and their medical marijuana program launches this week! Read the details of the launch courtesy of The NY Daily News .   State officials will formally launch New York’s medical marijuana program on Thursday and at least one city pot dispensary expects to be ready. “New York State’s Medical Marijuana Program is scheduled to launch on January 7, 2016, just 18 months after Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the Compassionate Care Act,” Health Department spokesman James Plastiras said in an email to reporters late Monday afternoon. “More information and details on the program will be released shortly,” Plastiras added. Columbia Care, one of five companies licensed to grow marijuana in New York, announced Monday that its Union Square dispensary plans to open Thursday. Other dispensaries planned for Murray Hill, the Bronx and Queens are expected to open sometime later in the month. While state officials had previously indicated the medical marijuana program would launch in January, they had not provided an exact date or released any information on the number of doctors certified to proscribe the drug. The law requires that patients seeking medical marijuana first be certified by a state-approved physician and then register with the Health Department and obtain a registry identification card before being allowed to purchase the product. The lack of information has raised alarm among medical marijuana advocates who feel the system may be too restrictive and difficult for patients to navigate. “We are looking forward to seeing the additional information and details about the program,” said Julie Netherland of the Drug Policy Alliance. “Patients in New York have been waiting a long time for the day when they can legally purchase medical marijuana. We hope the program roll out goes smoothly and that patients will finally have some relief from their suffering.” Where do we sign up?!
