Most recently Syleenah Johnson, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, wrote a scathing Facebook post on the gross depiction of Greek life. “Our letters are sacred and should be treated as such,” wrote Johnson about the program. “This show ridicules and demeans what we hold dear and what we stand for. […] This is heartbreaking to me.” Other celebs have also joined in including (non Greek) actress Denyce Lawton who criticized detractors for being hypocrites if they support shows like “Love & Hip Hop” and “Basketball Wives.” Hmmmmmm….does she have a point????
