It’s starting to appear that Katy Perry and John Mayer are taking things to the next level. He went home with her … to her parents’ house on Christmas! The couple, after dating for a few months, spent Christmas together. “They’re both very happy together and with her family for the holidays,” says a People source. “John really likes getting to know Katy’s family better.” The couple are also getting serious about their relationship. “They’ve spent a lot of time together and really enjoy each other’s company ,” says the source of the two singers. “John is entirely focused on Katy.” As for recent celebrity gossip reports that the d-bag has been flirting with other women and that Perry discovered text messages on his phone? “That is absolutely not true. John would never do that to her.” “Katy really trusts John.” Never seems like a bit of a stretch, given the 35-year-old’s track record, but we’re glad they’re happy at least, especially after her 2011 Christmas. Adele: So Excited For Motherhood!

Adele is stoked to be a mom soon. The 24-year-old singer, who recently released the James Bond “Skyfall” theme song , is “just thrilled” and busy prepping for the birth of her first child. Boyfriend Simon Konecki, 38, got Adele pregnant earlier this year. This came as a surprise, and yet not, as she is happily remaining out of the spotlight. Especially nowadays. “She is totally laying low and nesting,” says the source. Insiders also reveal the secrets of how her chart-topping single came about – and what a joy it was to work with Adele – People’s new cover story on her. “She spent a lot of time working on it and getting it right,” Skyfall producer Barbara Broccoli says, adding that Adele even read the movie’s script. “But she was worth the wait.” Chances are, she’ll say the same about her little one. Adrienne Maloof Reality Show: Coming Soon?

Adrienne Maloof may be moving on up from Bravo and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . Insiders tell Perez Hilton that the soon-to-be-single reality star (she and Dr. Paul Nassif are going through a divorce ) is in discussions with NBC to be spun off on to her own series. Details are sketchy at the moment, but the program will reportedly focus on Adrienne’s professional side, focusing on her and her casino-owning siblings. “The show is in the works and it will focus on Adrienne and her brothers and the Maloof family businesses,” says the source. “The show is in the early planning stages but it will be a competition-style reality show based around family businesses.” Sounds… interesting? Katie Holmes And Daughter Suri Involved In Car Accident A car carrying a newly divorced Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri was struck by a garbage truck on Monday night.  And no, Tom was not the driver. Nearly three weeks after filing for divorce from Tom Cruise, life in New York City isn’t without a few bumps in the road for Katie Holmes – literally. The Mercedes she was traveling in with daughter Suri, 6, was hit by a garbage truck Monday night, police confirm. No one was injured. The mother-daughter duo were leaving the Chelsea Piers recreational center – not far from their new Manhattan apartment – when a turning garbage truck rammed into their Mercedes, according to a source. “Suri was crying in the car,” says the source, who adds that Holmes, 33, was not driving. Once Holmes and her daughter were back home, a police report was filed. This is the second time their car has been hit in four days. Last Friday, a paparazzi car hit their vehicle as they were pulling home after a trip to the FAO Schwarz toy store. Things might get a bit awkward in a few weeks. With Kanye West and Jay-Z scheduled to go on tour, sources tell Great Britain’s The Sun that the latter’s better half is not a fan of the former’s new girlfriend, a certain giant-breasted reality star. “Beyonce’s not happy about Kanye’s relationship with Kim ,” an insider claims to the publication. “She had a conservative upbringing which was very different to Kim’s.” What, exactly, is it about Kim Kardashian that bugs Beyonce so much? Says the source: “Bey’s never been impressed by her record with men.” Well, yeah. “And the sex tape that leaked a few years ago.” Good point. “Her 72-day marriage doesn’t exactly inspire her with confidence that she wants the relationship with Kanye to last either.” Hard to argue with that. Still, the women will need to make nice. West and Jay-Z will be touring Europe in May and June, with sources telling the newspaper that Kardashian has already lined up product launches around the same time in the area. She’ll be there. Kaela Humphries, Sister of Kris, Featured on New CW Reality Show

The reality show bug is spreading within the Humphries household. With Kris (now reluctantly) featured on Kourtney & Kim Take New York , this power forward’s sister stepped into the spotlight last night on the premiere of Remodeled , a new CW series that focuses on Paul Fisher’s attempt to makeover the universe of runways, dresses and bikinis. Referred to on the episode as a “plus-sized” model, Kaela Humphries was talked into joining The Network, Fisher’s grand venture to bring smaller agencies into a larger tent in order to, as he humbly says, “transform the modeling industry.” Watch Kaela’s role on the opening installment below and prepare to follow yet another Humphries on reality television: Fisher says Kaela will appear again on Remodeled . Britney Spears Planning Late Summer Wedding

Pop star Britney Spears will be a late summer bride, apparently. Fiance Jason Trawick popped the question to Spears just after the end of her world tour and 30th birthday – and just before his 40th birthday – in December. Now the pair is in wedding planning mode, but thinking small. “It’s going to be a small event, a very intimate wedding with only immediate family and very, very close friends,” a source close to the situation says. “It will probably be a destination wedding in a very warm, tropical location. There is absolutely no drama with the planning of the wedding,” says the source . “Britney will probably wear a casual, off-white dress and her sons are absolutely going to be a part of the ceremony as ring bearers … Jason has something very special planned for the boys that will take place during the wedding.” Aww. What could that be, do you think? This will be the singer’s third marriage, although her first, to old friend Jason Alexander, was annulled after just 55 hours. She and K-Fed lasted about two years. Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger: Still Close, But Not Reconciling

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are getting along much better these days, but don’t bank on a reconciliation in their marriage – rings or no rings. While Internet reports that Shriver is wearing a suspicious ring on her finger fueled rumors of them getting back together, there’s a different explanation. The ring on Shriver’s left hand is actually her late mother’s. Shriver has been wearing the engagement ring since Eunice Kennedy Shriver’s death in 2009. As for rumors that Shriver is having second thoughts about divorcing Schwarzenegger, due to her religious beliefs, a source close to the couple denies it. “The reports of a reconciliation are not true,” says the source. The former couple, who announced their separation after 25 years, still spend quality time as a family with kids Katherine, Christina, Patrick and Christopher. They announced their separation last year after Shriver learned Arnold knocked up their longtime housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena – over a decade ago. Most recently, Shriver and Schwarzenegger enjoyed Christmas with the kids in L.A., and attended the L.A. Lakers’ season opener game that afternoon. While it appears their divorce is still on, “Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children,” says an insider .
