In full-page ads that ran in The New York Times and The Chicago Tribune, along with the commercial featured here, the fast food company reaches out to McDonald’s and asks if it wants to collaborate on an item. The McWhopper would be available on September 21, the International Day of Peace, and it would be offered in a special pop-up store in Atlanta that would constructed in a parking lot between a McDonald’s and a Burger King for that one day only. “Dear Burger King,” McDonald’s has responded to this ad on Facebook, adding: “Inspiration for a good cause… great idea. We love the intention but think our two brands could do something bigger to make a difference. We commit to raise awareness worldwide, perhaps you’ll join us in a meaningful global effort?”
Another llama just got loose in America. Six months after the country lost its collective mind over footage of llamas running wild in Arizona , a similar incident took place this week in North Carolina. According to the report featured here, a llama named Phantom broke free from his enclosure and hit the quiet streets of Buncombe County, flummoxing both local residents and reporters alike. Fortunately (for us), videographer John Boyle was on hand to capture the moment that Phantom moved from a golf course to a field, as we see him being chased by lurching and mostly helpless bystanders. Eventually, after THREE HOURS, the llama was apprehended and no person or animal was injured. That means it's okay to watch this footage and laugh. Enjoy!

Those closest to the family were puzzled, as the 14-year-old aspiring singer is a self-described “daddy’s girl” who’s always gotten along well with her hot-tempered father. Now, sources are claiming that the sudden friction between the two has less to do with Gia’s teenage rebellion, and more to do with Joe cracking under the pressure of raising a family single-handedly, with a lengthy prison sentence looming. “He curses and yells at his daughters,” one insider tells Radar Online. “It’s just the way he speaks — and they are [often heard] crying because of it.” Some have even gone so far as to say that Joe verbally abuses his daughters , often shocking other family members with his behavior. “Audriana, the youngest, was in the bathtub and the water overflowed and came through the light fixtures in the kitchen,” says the source. “Teresa’s mother and father were there — and Joe noticed the water and started swearing and cursing like a crazy person.” “He went flying up the stairs yelling, ‘Why isn’t Audriana monitored?’ He was cursing out Gia, who was supposed to be watching Audriana, and he yelled at Audriana as well.” “Teresa’s mother ran up and grabbed Audriana and screamed, ‘She’s only a baby. She’s only a baby!’ And Teresa’s dad scolded Joe and said, ‘I never swore or yelled like that in front of my children in my life.’” Some insiders claim that part of the problem is that the girls have picked up lots of bad habits due to a lack of supervision, as Joe is often out romancing other women while his wife is incarcerated. Now, it looks as though Kim has taken a “you’ll have to catch me first” approach to her problems by going fully MIA, presumably somewhere in Mexico. An insider tells Radar Online that Richards “completely disappeared” after the wedding and none of her family has been able to get in touch with her. “Kim has not returned to rehab after the wedding,” the source says. “She will not answer anyone’s calls and is missing in action. Everyone is really worried but no one knows where she is.” We can understand why Kim would’ve wanted to keep a low profile for a couple days (After all, she acted like such a drunken idiot at the party that her sober coach quit on the spot, and her daughter won’t talk to her.), but now that almost a week has passed, there may be cause for concern. Family friends say things came to a head when Rob bailed on Kim’s wedding back in May. She took it as a personal affront; he felt that the whole star-studded international event was just the latest sideshow in the Kardashian circus, and he blamed her for turning his family’s private life into a public spectacle. “They really have not been on speaking terms since the wedding incident,” a source tells Us Weekly. Family Reportedly Saying Goodbye To Bobbi Kristina Things are looking especially grim for Bobbi Kristina who remains in a medically induced coma after being found face down in a bath tub Saturday. As previously reported her brain function has allegedly continued to diminish and now a new report claims that her family is gathering to say their final goodbyes. People Magazine reports: It wasn’t the news that Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family wanted to hear. On Wednesday, four days after the 21-year-old was found unresponsive in her home, a doctor told her family that nothing more could be done. “Everyone is coming to the hospital to say goodbye,” says a family member. The news was especially devastating to her father, Bobby Brown. “Bobby has been crying nonstop since yesterday,” says the source. “We are grieving.” A second family member went by the hospital overnight to say goodbye – and admits that the devastating news is hard to believe. “If you saw her, you’d think she was just sleeping,” says the source. But even with the bleakest prognosis, the family is still clinging to some hope. “It’s sinking in that this is it,” says the second family member, “but we’re all still praying that God will intervene and heal her body.” This latest bit of news is so disheartening; continue to pray for her and her family.

John Sundahl, a pilot and former boyfriend of Britney Spears, was tragically killed by the Taliban in Afghanistan after he was shot down flying a helicopter. John, 44, had been working for the last few months as a private contractor ferrying officials across the war-torn country. Sundahl was killed outside Kabul. His brother Karl said: “It’s heartbreaking. John went there to try to repair the country. He was trying to help people, he [often said] the country was in chaos.” Karl Sundahl told the Mirror (UK) that the U.S. State Department informed John’s family of his death and that the Taliban was responsible for the attack. Britney Spears, now 33, dated Sundahl in 2007 after they met at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in L.A. Their romance didn’t last, but their bond did. At one point the pair were rumored to be engaged, though the singer’s rep denied this. What can’t be denied is that he tried to help her quit drinking.
